My daughter 21 yrs old. Given bcom final 3 yr. In class 10 board she scored 89 percent. In class 12 board she scored 83 percent. Since class 11 she has problem in studying, memorising. From 1 st yr she become very irritable, always busy in past events. Since then her study getting worsen. Not conscious about her career. Getting angry easily. Absent minded. Very slow, frustrated. Concentration is very poor busy in thinking. Mood swing. Given anti depr medicine for 5 - 6 month but medicine helps only reducing some irritation n anger? not in studies, concentration. Suggest what to do?

Reparenting Technique, BA, BEd
Psychologist, Bangalore
If you act fast and responsibly, your daughter may be able to recover fast and with good results. The symptoms coming at this time is typical of issues not yet resolved from her childhood. She should immediately meet with a counselor and talk about these matters. I request you and your wife to accompany her and inform the counselor of her entire history from prenatal days, and a brief of her family background from up to her grandparents on both sides. In the meantime she should continue on the medication, unless you want a second opinion, and then proceed with the medicines prescribed. Whatever happens please do not discontinue her therapy or medication without their advice. The counseling needs to be there right up to her recovery. If you know of anything in her childhood that might have contributed to her condition you must reveal that to the doctor. It will help them come to a proper diagnosis. When you mention? mood swings, there is a more definitive interpretation to be pursued.

I want to increase my height so which diet will I take for that if any solution than tell me.

I want to increase my height so which diet will I take for that if any solution than tell me.
Natural methods to increase our height are all based on sound scientific methods and they do work if we follow them. These methods do not claim to give drastic results because these don’t interfere with our endocrine system and functioning of our body. These methods are the best way to try to increase your height. Proper Diet and Nutrition: • Liver • Green vegetables • Potatoes • Nuts such as almonds and peanuts • Chicken • Beans • Peas • Fruits like apples and bananas Milk and dairy products Proper diet and nutrition play an extremely important role in improving our height. . A well balanced diet which is rich in calcium, phosphorus, iodine and magnesium is extremely important for proper growth. For these minerals to be assimilated in our body we must refrain from junk food and food that contains trans-fats as these interfere with the absorption of the minerals and nutrients which are needed for our growth. In order to get protein, carbohydrates, amino acids and calcium required for healthy growth and development, we should make these following items a part of our everyday meal. • Egg yolk • Beef • Carrots • Fish The importance of calcium in the overall development of the human body cannot be ignored. This nutrient is vital for the growth and maintenance of strong bones and cartilages. Thus, it is advisable to have milk and dairy products to fulfill our calcium requirements. Apart from this, we must also drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water daily to detoxify your body.

You are confused between weight loss , sagging skin & weight gain. Gaining weight will not help you for sure. Eat healthy but no crash dieting which can lead to saggy organs if dieting is not combined with exercise. Moderation should the mantra.losing 21 kgs is difficult and you must have starved to do so. At 23 if getting married is bothering you , then think about a healthy bride who has to adjust and get oriented with a new family. Can you afford to fall sick or eat special diets to remain slim and trim and be body obsessed only? Start eating a healthy high protein diet with no sugars or bad fats . getting massage will tone up muscles besides increasing the blood flow evenly to entire body. simple walking / swimming is a good outdoor exercise but if pollution or humidity bothers , then use a stable exercise cycle at home and do push ups with weights for arms. do yoga and meditation for weight loss and for stability. good luck.
