Dear lybrate-user, these are mental issues but not much difficult or serious as you think. Anger is an emotion. Emotion comes when you are frustrated. Once extremely frustrated, you outburst. You feel guilty when it goes out of hand and you realize it later. These behavior patterns are normal and there is nothing to worry about it. You need to practice anger management techniques. Consult a psychologist. Take care.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Focus on eating whole grains and cereals, legumes, fresh fruits and vegetables. And go for foods that provide plenty of protein, calcium, and iron (and, as always, an occasional treat is fine). Traditionally, breastfeeding mums are given a lot of dried fruit, ghee and sugar. These high calorie foods usually were meant to supplement the khichdi diet that mums traditionally follow after birth. If you are eating normal food, you can leave out the extra ghee and sugar. Dried fruits are extremely healthy and used in most traditional confinement foods. Try having them without the ghee and sugar by putting them in your porridge (dalia) for example or in some kheer. This way your relatives will be happy that you are eating the traditional ingredients but you will not be loaded with the high calories. If you must eat the laddoos or panjiri you can reduce the calorie count by eating smaller portions. Some recipes could work well with lesser quantities of ghee and for others you could use a healthier alternative such as canola oil. If you are used to having aerated drinks to quench your thirst it is best to avoid these while breastfeeding. They contain just empty calories and no nutrition. You could instead substitute it with healthier drinks such as lassi, coconut water, buttermilk (chhaach), fresh fruit and vegetable juices or nimbu pani.

While your hair mostly depends on your genetics;  stress, hormonal imbalance and poor diet have a great influence on your hair health and appearance. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Include skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet.

My husband last week experienced tachycardia at rest for consecutive 2 days thereafter we consulted a cardiologist who advised ecg n echo. Which came out normal. He gave him nebistar 2.5 twice daily after that he s feeling less episodes of increased heart rate. Now the doctor is saying to do holter test. When everything is fine. Why more investigations n what could b the possible cause of increased heart rate. My husband he drinks n smokes occasionally.

If you want to get rid off this problem naturally, I suggest him to do regular exercises, yoga, pranayamas, regularly.& tell him to quit those smoking alcohol consumption, though less frequently it is. Taking more water, daily minimum 3-4 litres irrespective of his thirst, consuming more raw vegetables,[whatever he can eat. Like carrots, beet roots, lady's fingers, keera etc], fresh all seasonal fruits, sprouts will help keeping general health, take daily 1 glass of lemon juice mixed with honey. 1-2 times/ day. Don't take pickles, spicy, junk, oily, fast food, which will take up to risk of increasing the bad cholesterol levels. Taking 1 litre of water in morning with empty stomach will help maximum to keep all vital organs function well.

Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

Hi, please follow these tips: don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 pm, take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch tv till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room.

Hello,1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. fatoline drops from Haslab, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. For making regular your period these are some instructions given below: • Take proper diet full of nutrition. Eat green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits and a glass of milk daily. Eat a fruit daily. • Do Not take stress because stress causes imbalance in hormones of female and make your menstrual cycle disturb and make your ovulation disturb. Do some meditation for maintain hormonal balance. • Do jogging and running exercise daily. If you are obese lose some weight this is also a cause of irregular periods. • Do skipping regularly for 2 to 3 minutes daily. • you can take these medicines for regular periods. Syrup Dashmolarishtha or, syrup EVECARE of himalya. 2 tsf daily once in a day after meal but only under the guidance of ayurvedic doctor. • Check out Thyroid hormone level & if your T3, T4, TSH hormone are abnormal then get treatment of it to make your periods regular.
