They have broken the backbone of my brother lying on Wade time is more than four years in the blisters come back because of the drug effect tell some way so they can recover.

PGDHHM, MBBS
General Physician, Delhi
If it is because of lying continuously, then these are bed sores. It's essential to keep wounds clean to prevent infection. If the affected skin is not broke, gently wash it with water and mild soap and pat dry. Apply antibiotic powder or cream. Avoid pressure on blisters. Have healthy diet. If it is open wound, take surgeons opinion. May require oral antibiotics. Hope this answer helped you.

You can do exercise that do not involve weight bearing on your legs. You can lie down on an exercise mat and raise your legs in air to do leg exercises like air cycling. It costs you nothing and works out all the parts of body. Swimming is an excellent exercise in this regard.

Treated with medications, still I am having difficulty in raising up and articulating my right arm. I noticed further more the skin under the right biceps is sagging while the same is fine with my left arm. Kindly suggest what can be done. Thanks.

Well, you have rotator cuff tear. It happens in this age group commonly. Most doctors don't take it seriously. You need specialist care. Shoulder specialist orthopedic surgeon. Even general orthopaedic surgeon may ignore it. If its cuff tear because of trauma, you need to get mri with 3 tesla machine at the earliest. Longer you weight, worse is outcome if it's cuff tear.
