I am giving you some health tips to avoid acidity 1.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2.Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 4. Moderate physical activity regularly 5.avoid excessive tea, coffee, Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food 6. Do Not postpone Breakfast 7. Avoid excess citrus fruit 8. Avoid smoking and Alcohol 9. Regular Physical activities 10. Meditation Consult me for further Management

Eating jaggery increases calorie intake . It is normal to clear bowel after food as it is normal reflex action

Hello, Whenever I drink milk, gas forms and I need to go to loo and after pass stool then I feel relaxed. During my intercourse sometimes I am aggressive and last long and sometimes 50-50. Please suggest.

Avoid fatty and spicy food Control your sugar levels if diabetic Loose weight if obese (BMI<25) Control lipid levels (cholesterol and triglycerides) Get tested for hepatitis B and C, liver function test and lipid profile Quit alcohol if you take it Visit a gastroenterologist/hepatologist Review Ultrasound after few weeks Itching in testicles is most probably unrelated to the fatty liver but you should get it examined.

1. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fried and junk food2 eat and drink slowly. 3. Avoid fatty food, carbonated drink like soda/ soft drink/beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5. Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean, peas, potato, lentil, lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mushroom, whole wheat bread. Fruits like apple/peach/pear 6. Avoid stress, anxiety 7. Stop alcohol/ smoking 8. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style 9. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 10. Take unienzyme 1 tablet thrice daily after food for few days.

1. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from hyperacidity Mix equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. 2.Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. 3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages.Especially stop drinking bed tea. 4.Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. 5.Curd should be strictly avoided at night. 6. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. 7.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 8. Avoid constipation. 9. Revert back after 10 days. Take Care.

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy): Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Kindly see a physician for further management

Hii sir. I'm 23 years old and I have digestion problem if I ate fried rices acidity happens and stomach ache.
It may gas distention trouble due to indigestion. Have simple bland food (khichadi) for next few days avoiding junk, oily, spicy fried and deep-fried food items. Drink lot of water. Do not lye-down or sit immediately after having meals. Have a walk instead. Maintain good bowel habits. For gas some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Avoid spicy and fried food. Have simple easily digestible food, fruits and green leafy vegetables Try Omeprazaole 20 mg daily for 10 days and a 7 days course of Oflaxacine and Ornidazole Tablets. If no relief this may be Functional Bowel Syndrome see a Consulting Physician or Gastro enterologist

U may be suffering from hyperacidity and gerd. You should avoid fried, spicy food items. Avoid cold drinks and tea. Morning walk early in the morning for atleast half an hour. Take proper sleep at night. Raise your head side of the bed to avoid regurgitation of gastric contents.

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day for medicine contact on private chat.

A lot of blood tests, ECG is required. Have you got blood tests done? If so, please send me the reports. A lot of modifications may be needed in terms of life style. Do not be tense. I am sure once the treatment is initiated you will be fine.

You should take small meals every 2hrs instead 3 big meals. Avoid fried and spicy food. Take plenty of fluids and fruits. Make isafgole 3tsf with a glass of water as one of your meals. You can try some antacids before meals. If there is no relief you must consult a doctor and have yourself examined by him.

1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato,cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat.limit fluid intake during meal 4.Drink plenty of water(8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having, 6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days .8.Consult me for further advice
