. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello, she, should follow the under noted tips to reduce the wt, causing pain in knee joint. * go for a walk in the morning/evening for 45 mnts. * take, plenty of water, * cut your meal by 20%. * take, easily digestible diet, avoiding junk food. * your plate be arranged with salad, fruits, sprouts nd 2 breads. * take, oats and green tea as breakfast. *homoeo-care** @ fucus vas q-20 drops, with 1/4 cup of luke warm water 1/2 an hr before each meal. @ colch 30-6 pills, thrice a day. Report your progress, fortnightly. Take care.

Hello lybrate-user, - use gingely oil with eucalyptus oil and apply over the area of pain and hot mil fomentation for 10 min, if that is only muscular pain it ll reduce with this. - even after if the pain subsides better to consult doctor in personal. Thank you.

Dear user I can very well appreciate your concern. As per the symptoms explained it appears that during your accident you also injured your small stabilising ligaments of your joint. The best treatment for that is arthroscopic repair. It is advisable if you can see an orthopedician dealing in sports injuries in you city so that he can examine you and advise accordingly. Hope that solves your query. Anything more then feel free to revert.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

You can use nicotine gum to supplement nicotine. Nicotex/ nicorrette/ nicogum are available over the counter. If it doesnot help, seek psychiatric consultation.

Avoid bending forward to lift any heavy weight avoid sitting on floor take analgesics and muscle relaxant, vitamin d supplement once the pain settles, start doing back and core strengthening exercise.

NIDAANPARIVARJAN is the doctrine suggesting to avoid the cause of illness. If you can, pl avoid bike for the time being. Take alternative transport. Clean gut by Tarunikusumakar chooran 2 tsp with warm water first of all then every week. Take dashmool herbs and boil. Separately boil Panchakol herbs. Drink warm 20 ml each twice a day. At night put Erand sneh 20 ml to one of the decoctions. Heat a bit Mahanarayan oil + Mahavishgarbh oil 1:1 mixture and gently massage at night over back. After two hrs take hot water bath or next morning. Report after two weeks. Send X-ray etc reports if any or get one of LS spine.

Lie on your back - bend your knees with foot placed on floor - rotate the knees together to sides. After few times rotate and hold knees near to the floor at side without rotating your upper body. This may give relief.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in painfree movement. Best wishes.

How to control arthritis knee pain with natural remedies without medicines.

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Simple Knee Exercises would help to strengthen the quadriceps muscle which is the key muscle. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping a soft ball underneath the knee and you have to keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone.

I am 35 year old. Suffering from lower back pain in lower spine since 6 months. Consulted three ortho doctors. One said it was dics problem and other teo said it was just muscular pain. Went to physhyotherepist. But no gain. Now finally I have joined yoga classes. Kindly advice.

Backache is the commonest ailment. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore, lest it becomes starting point of a major problem.

I am 23 year girl. I am suffering through severe back pain which is on right side. Not in the bone. The pain so severe that I had to take pain killer. I have gone through the mri but the reports are normal. The pain is increasing day by day and has started in my right hand also. Please help

Start with physiotherapy sessions and learn exercise for spine. Don't sit on floors. Don't do forward bending. Use lumber spine belt also. Take calcium and methylcobalamine supplement with evion capsules.

Dear lybrate-user, it is difficult to pinpoint why you wd be having this pain. May be the doctor would advise you certain tests and painkillers also. One can safely start walks any time and exercises from 14 weeks onwards as by this time the body strength starts recovering and sleepiness also lessens.

I have wrist pain from 2years my age 38years please find me a parchment solution.
Mostly pain in wrist is due to strained or inflamed soft tissues like tendon. There are many other reasons why pain in wrist occurs so to rule out the exact cause you need to go for proper investigation. After looking to your pain I would recommed you for some care that you can take at home. If possible visit some physio who can give you several mdalities like us, ift etc to cure the pain. Along with it we have a special program designed like pnf, hold relax etc just to get relief from pain. Precautions: 1. Avoid weight lifting. 2. Avoid doing twisting moments like supination-pronation which usally is done while playing badmitton or while washing clothes. 3. Give rest to your work for some days. 4. Wear wrist band to rest your muscles. 5. Avoid bending your wrist into positions that cause the symptoms. Treatment: 1. Give rest to your wrist. If severe pain you can use sling/band to avoid gravity pressure. 2. Take alum in hot water and take fermentation with that water thrice a day for 15-20 minutes. While your hand is in water do some exercises like close hand, open hand, making circle from indivisual fingers etc. 3. Massage using your 2 fingers over the painful area. 4. Exercises: start the exercise once your pain is decreased atleast 50-60% a) palm lifting b) wrist up and down in gravity eliminated position c) strengthening of wrist muscles. D) strenthening of all finger muscles. E) making fist and then open hand. For any query please contact me right away. Good luck and get well soon.
