HEIGHT GROWTH IS UNDER CONTROL OF HGH Human growth hormone (HGH) is a vital component of the human endocrine system. It is secreted by the pituitary gland, a small gland located at the base of the brain that produces several hormones. In childhood and adolescence this hormone is necessary to promote growth in height.  In adulthood, its presence leads to a healthier body composition and is responsible for such important jobs such as: Keeping your body lean Decreasing fat accumulation Strengthening your bones Protecting your organs from the decline that occurs with age Promoting more rapid hair and nail growth Improving circulation Giving a more favorable cholesterol profile Helping protect you from the consequences of aging Unfortunately, natural production of HGH declines as you get older. This progressive deficiency, beginning for most in our 20s, leads to a reduction in lean body mass and bone mineral density, an increase in body fat – especially abdominal, and a worsened cardiovascular risk profile. All in all, you begin to look and feel older as HGH declines. The ways we can stimulate this again in Natural way is to do the following things: EAT more of Fresh Fruits and vegetables. Include more of calcium containing foods like dairy products, Increase Intake of Vitamin D ,you can get it from Mushrooms, Fish,Tofu, eggs. Also add Zinc in diet through peas, almonds, walnuts, peanut butter egg. Start doing Bhastrika pranayam for 15 mins once daily followed by Anulom Vilom 15 mins (start from 2 mins and later increase as per your energy levels) followed by (do alternately alternate asanas or you can do all as per your time & Energy )Taad Asana 5 repetitions, Vrikshaasana 5reps, Surya Namaskar 2 repetetions, adhomukh shwan asan 5, Trikonasan5 and lastly do shawaasan for 5-10 mins.

Hi Mixing two teaspoonfuls of ghee in a glassful of milk and taking this once a day acts as a liner inside the gut and will heal all the destruction caused by the high flow of Pitta. Take pranacharya aceno syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya aceno capsule 1-1 twice a day. And avipattikar churna 1-1 gm with warm water. Take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day with warm water. Take fresh butter milk empty stomach. Avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Junk food. How can I gain body weight while doing fasting. I mean not at all drinking, eating for 13 hr.
For all those who want to put on weight are suggested to keep distance from junk foods which are not healthy for the body, since they are surely going add weight to the body but at the same time they also are said to add bad fat to the body. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system...by digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system...take chitrakadi vati after meal...Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day..Take banana milk shake... Drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products.. Like butter...ghee...

Your immune system is compromised due to the drugs you take. Hence a greater risk from any infection including Swine flu. Avoid getting in contact with patients. If somehow you got the contact, meet your physician who will give you prophylactic antiviral Oseltamivir probably. Further frequent hand wash , wearing a good mask will suffice

Tadgola a great summer fruit

Tadgola a great fruit especially to have in summer, it actually cools you down although peeling the fruit is a little messy job.

Also known as ice apple, palm fruit or nungu. It is a delicious fruit, famous in maharashtra and tamil nadu, in summer. In bengal, it is known as taal. In bihar, it is known as taari.

It grows in clusters, and has a coconutty, brown exterior. On cutting open, each fruit had three to four jelly seeds that have a soft yellowish skin that darkens to a light brown when exposed to air.

They are a great source of potassium and low in sodium which helps to control blood pressure. They cool your body during summers and also help in maintaining electrolyte balance.

Eat this anytime of the day and enjoy it to the fullest in summers.

Rh negative is a little higher risk than a normal pregnancy as it requires more frequent monitoring- blood tests and ultrasound. You need to do it every month till 28 weeks. If it remains negative, then you'll be given an anti-D injection. Youll also receive this injection after delivery. Nothing to worry about. Follow your doctor's advise.
