Take manasa mitra vatakam of SKM siddha, 2 tabs twice a daya after meals with a cup of warm milk. Continue the regime for 21 days. Give a break of a week, take for another 21 days. Do brisk walking for 30 -35 mins in the morning as a routine. Cut down the intake of spicy food, fast food, cold water in your diet. Stay in touch. Good luck.

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy): 1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Consult physician/me for further management

As you are young and so there is still chances of gaining height. There are methods by which you can gain some centimetres of height. 1. The height of body is largely depend on the length of your spine (vertebral column or back bone in general language). So you have to add the exercise of stretching of spine daily in morning. Here are the exercises! * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Bone growth depends upon the adequate intake of calcium rich diet. So take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Vitamin d play very important role in bone growth. So sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are notso strong. 4. The growth and height is controlled by growth hormone which is secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. For meditation, listen toslow and spiritual music, take long breaths for 15-20 minutes everyday. It makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

To reduce belly fat it's important to do stretching exercise for that that particular part. Eat small & frequent meals. Drink lots of water. Moreover take amaranth grain as a breakfast cereal to reduce belly fat.

If no relief even after 3-4 days. You should see a physician for proper clinical examination, related investigations, diagnosis and further management. Take bed rest and consume plenty of oral liquids. Delay in diagnosis may be a problem later.

Hello, Although graying of hair is a natural process as you get older but at your age it may be a reason of too much stress, work load, sun exposure, bad eating habits and acidity. REDUCE STRESS: Breathe away stress by doing yoga and breathing exercises and meditation in the morning. Also, do kapalbhati and anulom-vilom pranayama for 15 mins each. Try to be happy throughout the day. Listen to your favourite music to relax your brain and muscles. In general, to avoid an acidic state within your body, avoid foods that contain sugar, artificial sweeteners, gluten, refined grains, or dairy. Here’s a list of alkaline foods you should be eating more of: Fruits Vegetables Greens (spinach, broccoli, cucumbers) Avocado Beans Raw nuts Vegetable juices (carrot, beet) Sprouts (moong dal, chana, soy, alfalfa, broccoli sprouts etc.) Apple Cider Vinegar seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax, chia etc.) ALOE VERA: To reduce pitta and preserve the health of your hair, drink Aloe Vera juice (⅓ cup preferably with a pinch of cumin) 3 times a day for about 3 months. You can also scrape out the gel from an aloe plant with a spoon, and apply to your hair and scalp (and face too). CASTOR OIL: Castor oil helps with hair regrowth and hair loss and many other hair and scalp problems. Castor oil has a thick consistency, so you can mix it with coconut oil, olive oil or jojoba oil in a half and half ratio. This will make the mask easier to distribute throughout your hair. Use your fingers or a brush and start applying it onto your scalp with circular motions. This gentle massage increases the blood circulation, rejuvenates the hair, and stimulates hair growth. GUAVA LEAVES: Add guava leaves to hot water and boil it for a few minutes till the time the water turns black. Using cotton, apply the solution on your scalp. Repeat this process two to three times in a week. Hope this resolves your problem.

Eating fish is important for a balanced diet, and mackerel fish are some of the most widely available and healthiest fish around. However, before you add mackerel to your weekly diet, it is important to know where they come from and what potential health benefits they hold, as well as possible side effects.

What is mackerel fish?

  • Mackerel fish is actually a general term that encompasses more than 30 species of fish, most of which belong to the scombridae. In many parts of the world, mackerel fish are known as bangada. These fish are typically found near coastal areas, where they breed and feed, and their range includes both tropical and temperate regions. Mackerel fish are usually found in large schools, which makes them an easy target for commercial fishermen, making mackerel one of the most common fish on the menu, particularly in north america. Ranging from 20 cm to 200 cm, the varieties of mackerel fish have varying physical characteristics, but they offer similar flavor and a relatively aligned nutrient profile.
  • Most notably, mackerel species are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, as well as huge levels of vitamin b12 (nearly 700% of your daily requirement), selenium, copper, phosphorus, magnesium, and iron. There are also smaller amounts of vitamin a, potassium, zinc and sodium. Along with 230 calories per filet – an average of 100 grams – there are also 21 grams of protein, representing roughly 40% of your daily required intake.
  • Due to this impressive nutrient profile, and the different ways to prepare mackerel, it remains one of the most popular and readily consumed fish in the world.

Health benefits of mackerel fish

The health benefits of mackerel fish include improving hair health, protecting the skin, strengthening the immune system, lowering cholesterol levels, preventing chronic disease and boosting bone health, among others.

1. Skin care

With ample amounts of omega-3 fatty acids and selenium, mackerel fish can take care of all your skin care needs. These substances both act as antioxidants within the body, helping to reduce oxidative stress and the effects of free radicals, which are the natural byproducts of cellular metabolism. They can also help to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and age spots and relieve certain inflammatory conditions, such as psoriasis and eczema.

2. Hair care

There are many nutrients that are critical to hair care, such as protein, iron, zinc, and omega-3 fatty acids, all of which are found in mackerel fish. Selenium functionsas an antioxidant in the body, helping to prevent cellular mutation and chronic disease by neutralizing free radicals before they can damage tissues, cells, and organ systems.

6. Improve bone mineral density

There are varying ;levels of many minerals in mackerel fish, including copper, selenium, magnesium, manganese, calcium, and iron, all of which are linked in some way to bone density. By regularly consuming this fish variety, you can prevent the onset of osteoporosis, keeping you feeling youthful and strong as you age.

7. Improve cognition

The high levels of omega-3 fatty acids found in mackerel, particularly dha, mean an improved cognitive function and a lower risk of neurodegenerative disease. @20 years if you have hypertension, you need to be investigated thoroughly for secondary causes of hypertension as just stress won't lead to hypertension. But dont worry, usually these are correctable causes. What's your blood. Pressure level? tell last 3 readings 24 hours apart. Any medicines you r taking? family history of hypertension?

Knee pain can result from many problems ranging from sports injuries to arthritis to gout. But strengthening the knee is one way to both prevent knee trouble and deal with whatever knee condition you’re dealing with now. Strengthening the muscles around the knee will decrease the stress or strain on the joint itself. These muscles include the quadriceps at the front of the thigh and the hamstrings at the back of the thigh. Both of these large muscle groups get a workout when you climb stairs. Try some home remedies for your pain- - Ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -If the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: Squatting Kneeling Twisting and pivoting Jogging Also Maintaining a healthy body weight to avoid overstressing your knees are very important. -A full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a Physiotherapist. I think it's gastric ulcer or acidity. Have medicines like asta -choorna with pure ghee nd rice for the first bolus of your lunch. Continue for one month. You will be perfectly alright.

Kindly take rasnaerandai kshayam, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water, twice a day, before meals. Take panchamruta loha guggal, 2 tabs, twice a day after meals with dashmoolarishta, 3 tsf in half glass of warm water. Take ashwagandha powder, 1 tsf in a glass of warm milk, 1 hr after meals, twice a day. Avoid lifting heavy weight, standing for long duration, soft mattress. And kindly consult soome ayurveda physician for basti treatment as it will solve all of your problems. Avoid cold eatables in your diet. Continue the regime for 45 days. Good luck.

Anil its natural that if you work hard then feel tired...but by diet you can feel energetic..Include some form of proteins in your meal like milk and milk products..vegetarian should have dhals while non vegetarian should include chicken..fish..and eggs in their meals.. *check your vitamine B12..D3 and iron levels and add a suppliments in case the levels are insufficient.. *keep a check on your thyroid as hypothyroidism can cause fatigue.. Reason is unhygienic food,junk food,bad climatic conditions...etc avoid tea,coffee,junk food,spicy food,fermented food.. walk for atleast 30 minutes a day... avoid alcohol consumption,smoking and non veg.... drink lots of juices and plenty of water... eat green vegetables and salads.... do pranayama early in the morning... sleep for atleast 7 hours...

Hey, I'm on my menstrual cycle since yesterday and I had a very severe pain for the first time. Today when I went out in the noon time for juice. I nearly fainted and since then i'm feeling weak. Hi, get your blood tested for cbc, hb%, s. Calcium, s. Ferritin and esr. Simple nutritional deficiency can cause general weakness of the body. Would advise you to take homoeopathic medicines - alfaalfa tonic and five phos. - both thrice daily, and let me know about your condition after a month. Management: daily intake more of healthy, nutritious and balanced food which includes green vegetables, seasonal fruits, salads, legumes, pulses, eggs, milk & milk products, oats, cornflakes, muesli, nuts, lean meat (chicken & few seafood), etc. Keep yourself well-hydrated by taking at least 10-12 glasses of water in a day, also increase intake of other fluids like coconut water, shikanji, jaljeera, gulkand, rooh-afza, lassi, curd, etc. Which has got cooling effect on the body during this hot summer weather. Sleep for 6-9 hrs at night and 1-2 hrs. During daytime. Avoid going out or playing under the sun, best time is after sunset.
