Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Dear make three days routine of exercise say on first day you can do yoga second day choose cardio n intense work out third day aerobics exercises. Repeat then in next three day this will braek your monotony as well as keep you fit and healthy.

Hi, here are the exercises to tone your facial muscles. Exercises: -not only can chewing gum calm your nerves and freshen your breath, but it can also help you lose weight from your cheeks. -profoundly pronounce" x-o" at least fifteen times. Take a break and repeat the exercise three times. -open your mouth round and wide and hold this pose for a few seconds. Then, relax your jaw and repeat this motion nine more times, for a series of ten repetitions. -lift up your cheeks toward your eyes as high as you can. Use the corners of your mouth to help lift your cheeks. You should feel like you're trying to form a strained, awkward smile. -draw in your cheeks until you're making fish lips by puckering out your top and bottom lip. -close your mouth and fill your cheeks and mouth with air. Then, move the air from one cheek to the other as slowly as you can. Move the air from one cheek to the other at least ten times, and take the time to fill your cheeks with air again if necessary. Repeat this exercise three times daily. -smiling also exercises your facial muscles. You can just smile on your own, holding each smile for ten seconds and repeating this action ten times. After completing a series of facial exercises, gently rub your fingers over your cheeks and jaw in a circular motion. This will help relieve tension and soreness after exercising.

A high calorie high protein diet, wd regular supervised exercise will help you put on muscle mass n hence b more fitter. Concentrate on muscle gain n not only weight gain.

Voice rest is need be cautious with medications. Many can directly or indirectly affect your voice. Avoid habitual and frequent throat clearing and excessive coughing. Avoid speaking in noisy environments and open spaces such as playgrounds. Avoid intake of spicy, oily and fast food. Avoid caffeinated beverages like coffee, tea and colas. Do not smoke & avoid alcohol intake. Do not sing or mimic natural sounds or animal cries to train your voice. Consult a speech-language pathologist.

For increasing weight u first have to work on ur digestive system...If u have strong digestive system u will able to increase ur weight easily... If you suffer from acne, pimples, blackheads & dark spots it means that the pitta dosha (heat in body) is increased. For that you need proper ayurvedic medicine along with following diet & lifestyle changes. 1) avoid eating salty, spicy & sour foods 2) have milk & ghee twice daily 3) green tea has antimicrobial and antioxidant compounds that can help fight acne. To get its effects, use a cooled cup of green tea as a face wash or lay the bag over the affected area. 4) apply a teaspoon of honey to affected areas, or make a mask by mixing 1/2 cup of honey with 1 cup of plain oatmeal and leaving it on for 30 minutes.

You need to change your lifestyle. Engage yourself in some high physical activities. Increase the intake of fibre rich foods, especially soluble fibre like banana, papaya, pineapple, guava, apple, kiwi, mango at least 4-5 servings in a day. Always drink hot water. Also consume sugarcane juice regularly.

Consulted doctor but first suggested to do blood test for vitamin d3 as Igot less than 6, currently evion lc and jointace c2 tablet taking for another one month Is t curable after one month and can I know the reason for this pain? Hi, cramp like pain is caused by exercise. But if you are suffring from pain with swelling and tenderness it may be another cause like (trauma, o. A, bursitis and of course vit d deficiency also caused knee pain. Becz it is a crucial nutrient for strong bone, and it help to regulate the immune system. So there are some way to maintain your vit d in balance. 1- stand in the morning sun light atleast 10-15 min. 2- take fish (good source of vit d). 3- take fortified food like cereals, milk, cheese, and soya product. 4- and last take proper medication.

It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Depression: Why is this Silent Killer Taking Our Youth Away?

Recently most of us were shaken by the death of the well-known television actress, Pratyusha Banerjee. Her sudden death has brought to light the very common yet under-addressed problem - Depression - that a number of youths are living with.

Most mental and emotional health issues are inconspicuous in nature and, therefore, cause more harm than they otherwise should, most people still live with a number of symptoms of depression without even realizing it or do little to address it. When the depressive symptoms last for more than 2 weeks and affect the individual's personal, social or occupational life, it is known as clinical depression or major depression. There is often a delay in opting for the treatment because of the social taboo associated with depression.

Although cases of depression can vary from an individual to the other, there are signs that one can look out for, to identify a depressed person:

- Low mood most of the time of day along with frequent crying spells

- Feeling of unworthiness and low self-respect are very common in a depressed person. Due to these feelings, the affected person may become very critical and disapproving about himself or herself.

- Lack of enjoyment and loss of interest in a depressed person makes them no longer derive pleasure from things that once gave him or her happiness.

- Exhaustion and insomnia are signs that one should look out for in a depressed individual. These are usually due to changes in sleep patterns, from sleeping a lot because of feelings of constant fatigue or due to instances of wakefulness.

- From indulging in comfort eating to losing the will to eat, predominantly loss of appetite characterizes a depressed person.

- Difficulty in recalling details and tendency to over generalize as also problem-solving issues can point to the presence of depression

- Unexplained bodily pains and aches are another characteristics of the condition.

What are the different types of depression?

Regarding the different forms of this mental health issue, it comes in several forms along with their distinct symptoms, effects, and causes. These are:

- Major depression

- Dysthymia

- Recurrent depressive disorder

- Seasonal affective disorder

- Bipolar disorder

How can it affect your life?

More than 90% people who commit suicide suffer from some form of psychiatric illness and depression is the most common reason. The despair that usually accompanies depression makes the thought of taking one's life as the only means available to escape the pain. In addition to suicidal thoughts, it can also affect one's functioning in day to day life if help is not sought in time.

Depression is as curable as any other illness. Both medical management and psychotherapy are helpful in treatment. Type of treatment depends on patient's condition, the severity of illness as well as availability.
