Dear lybrate-user. Provided that your weight is appropriate for your height (I.e. BMI is normal) and you have regular cycles, if your egg cycle is not increasing beyond 11 mm, in the next cycle you need to have additional injectable drugs (called gonadotropins) to hep in follicle development. Kindly get a baseline day 2/3 FSH and LH investigation as a baseline as well. Regards.

I am a 48 years old male and having high blood pressure since last six years and consulted a doctor locally and he prescribed me the medicines as follows Tab Tazpure-LN 40/10 BD, Tab.Moxcent 0.3 mg TDS, Tab.Etibliss 0.5 mg at night. Sir prior to this I was taking Tab Triallmighty 40 BD and Tab Temsan 40 BD. But from present medicines (which is tazpure, Maxcent and Etibliss )my BP is not coming down to normal it is always counting approx. 150/ 95. What I should do. Moreover I am little bit Alcoholic I drink in the evening only 3 to 4 pegs daily. Request you to kindly advice me urgently. Best Regards Millan Lahiri.

Dr. My father had a blood count test. He ws having fever. Dengue is neg. Bt the platelet count is 254000 nd the wbc's are 5900. RBC count is 4.36 Packed cell volume is 30.9 Is it okay or we need any further test. please suggest.

You don't need any other test. Since wbc is <6000, it indicates viral fever may be due to rhinoviruses or other simple viruses. If body muscle aches and intense joint pains are there, it may also be chikungunya. Repeat platelets counts as fever subsides.

Tips for removing kidney stones: 1. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. 2. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. 3. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water lemon soda etc. 4. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. 5. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. 6. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. 7. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. 9. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day. 10. Take 2 tab neeri thrice daily with water.

Thanks.
1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Wash your face frequently&wipe dry. Avoid soap. Use moong dhal powder for washing your face. Take homeopathy medicines internally.

Rosemary And Sage • Mix rosemary and sage in coconut oil or even coconut milk and apply it in the affected areas of your head. • Leave it there for 15 to 20 minutes and wash it off. • Repeat this process four times a day for a few weeks to get rid of bald patches. Egg • Apply beaten egg on your scalp at least two to three times a week to help in promoting hair growth. • It works even better when mixed with olive oil. Lemon And Pepper Cons • Take 8 to 10 pepper cons and seeds of seven to eight lemons and crush them together. • Use this powder directly or you can also add little water to make it smooth paste and then apply it on your bald areas twice a day. • Repeat for a few weeks and this remedy will help in improving blood circulation and stimulate hair growth.

Increase weight up to 60 kg. Add in your food carbohydrates, proteins, vitamines, minirales, green vegirabales, milk end milk prodycts. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking will help.

Hi lybrate-user Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food exm. Chapati, rice, bread, potato. U can use high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg, chicken. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.
