Fastest Hair Growth With the Magic Home Made Recipe: 3 Ingredients Only!

Fastest Hair Growth With the Magic Home Made Recipe: 3 Ingredients Only!

Usually, baldness is associated with aging. However, there are a lot of other factors that can contribute to premature baldness like stress, weight loss, type of food, etc. Hair loss is a huge issue in both women and men, and, often times, losing hair leads to low self-esteem and loss of confidence.

For this purpose, there are numerous store-bought products for treatment of hair loss, as well as hair transplantation- a rather expensive procedure. However, the problem is that not everyone who's struggling with baldness is able to afford it.

Luckily, there are more alternative measures when it comes to hair loss. Namely, the recipe that you're about to see below is a very beneficial remedy for hair loss:

Needed:
2 tbsp of castor oil
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp of organic raw honey

Preparation:
Mix all of the ingredients well until you get a homogenous mixture.

Use:
Massage the content into your hair and then cover it with a shower cap. Leave it for 3 hours. Afterwards, rinse your hair as usually. Repeat this procedure twice per week for 2 months until you notice improvement.

I work in a software company over 10years. I have some body related tiredness and weakness building over last few years. I am not sure what is the reason. After going through some tests the doctor said it is due to d3 and b12 deficiency. I am taking the medication prescribed. But still the improvement is not much. I feel tired for no reason even after a good sleep. One of my friend who is a doctor suggested to check if it is due to chronic fatigue syndrome. Can someone suggest over this problem?

Hello, i'm 25 year old I am married but I think I do not satisfy my wife I need more power please help me.

BHMS
Homeopath,
Hello, i'm 25 year old I am married but I think I do not satisfy my wife I need more power please help me.
Dear lybrate user, kindly note that if you indulge in sexual relation after an interval of minimum 7 days then you are bound to discharge quickly during intercourse but that does not imply that you have any disease. It occurs due to loss of control of the muscles of penis. Normally it is seen that when a person does sexual intercourse daily he gains control over the muscles of penis & can stay longer during sex. You need to take homoeopathic mother tincture salix nigra q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water to get rid of premature ejaculation. But before taking any medicine kindly notice whether you are having a second erection within 15 minutes of ejaculation for the first time. If you are not experiencing any erection within 15 minutes of ejaculation then you are surely suffering from erectile dysfunction. There will be a change of medication in this case. To get rid of erectile dysfunction you need to take homoeopathic mother tincture agnus castus q q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water.

Exercise you indulge in should be practical for you to follow and must make you feel good and not stressed. Also what ever you decide to choose you must understand that maintaining a discipline and consistency is important to see any benefits. So based on all these points decide for your self what you can manage at leadt 4-5 days a week.

Mouthwash - Should You Really Use Them?

Mouthwash - Should You Really Use Them?

Who doesn’t love the smell and the freshness of a mouthwash splashing across their oral cavities?

Many agree that the first thing that comes to their mind when they want to eliminate bad breath is to use a good mouth wash. Moreover, mouthwash has moved over to other realms and are now actively fighting gum and tooth problems along with their elder cousin, a toothpaste. However, there exists some scepticism that prolonged usage of mouthwash may not be good for your health. Let us look at some definitions in detail.

Can mouthwash reduce bad breath?
Yes, a mouthwash can temporarily restrict bad breath, but it is never a permanent solution. A good oral hygiene comes from regular brushing and flossing practice and these are still the best ways to curb bad breath from its root. Mouth rinses are used for a variety of reasons: to freshen up breath, to help prevent or control tooth decay, and to reduce plaque

Is it necessary to use mouthwash?
A mouthwash is not mandatory to give a good oral health. An effective routine of brushing and flossing your teeth is enough to take care of good oral hygiene. Mouthwash is like an add-on to your oral care regime and is definitely not an alternative for brushing and flossing.

Advantages of using a mouthwash
A mouthwash can easily go into places between your teeth and gums and can help remove food particles that might have missed when you brushed. It can be used to kill bad odour of your mouth temporarily and can freshen up your breath. In some cases, a mouthwash may be recommended to treat infection, reduce inflammation and relieve pain

Disadvantages of using a Mouthwash
Most of the mouthwash contain a high amount of alcohol content in them and their prolonged usage is not safe for your mouth. In some cases, alcohol causes sensitivity to the root surface of your teeth and this may lead to adverse effect on the senses of your teeth. Mouthwash is strictly meant for spitting and accidental consumption may not be good for your health. They actually contain products that can be very harmful if taken in large amounts. It is generally not advised for children and even adults can limit their usage to twice a day. Always check with your dentist before you take up and use a mouth wash. It is also best if you can opt for a homemade mouthwash that has natural ingredients in them for taking care of your bad breath. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a General Physician.

General Physician,
She was suffering from insomnia disease pls tell me how to cure this problem completely.
Sleep is the best reliever of all stress and physical pain. Not only is it important to get sleep, but also to sleep soundly and without any disturbance. The quality matters. Here are a few tips to get better sleep: 1.It is important to maintain the same sleep schedule every single day. This helps to naturalize your body clock and get the best quality sleep. 2.Switch off all mobile phones, laptops and other electronic devices. Their artificial glow not only hampers your eyesight, but also prolongs the amount of time your body takes to relax and fall off to sleep. 3.If your back pain causes you to continually wake up in the middle of the night in discomfort, then sleep with a pillow or cushion between your legs so as to straighten out your back and relieve pent up stress. 4.The importance of your pillow can never be stressed upon enough. Your pillow should be not too fat, hard or soft. It should just about support the natural curve of your neck, so that it is perfectly aligned with the centre of your body. Correct sleeping postures are extremely important. 5.Make sure your room is nice and dark so as to stimulate the secretion of a hormone called melatonin that is regulated by light exposure. Darker the room, greater melatonin, making you more sleepy. 6.Those who exercise regularly and well are known to be fitful sleepers. Exercise well before bedtime. If required, do some light yoga or stretching exercises that promote sleep. 7.What you eat throughout the day makes a difference to the quality of your sleep. Stay away from too much caffeine, alcohol, or a heavy meal just before sleeping. They only make you stay awake for longer and may cause heartburn or stomach trouble. Don't drink too much water, or else you will be making more midnight trips to the bathroom than clocking those sleep hours. 8.Try to keep your head clear of all worries and stress when in bed. Regular meditation and deep breathing can help. There is no end to all the things you can do to sleep well and comfortably. It is important to be self-disciplined to sleep well and hence be a healthy individual. Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. Excess sleep can be due to anaemia, Hypothyroidism or general weakness and a blood test is needed and you may contact me personally by Lybrate site for further advice 1.Make regular and a fixed sleep pattern: Going to sleep and waking up the same time every day helps to maintain an equilibrium in the sleep-wake cycle called diurnal rhythm. If this balance is maintained, then your body will be accustomed to this pattern and as a result, you will feel less tired and fresh throughout the day 2. Maintain a definite dietary regulation: You should also maintain a proper diet plan and observe the consequences/effects of the foods that you are eating and the fluids that you are drinking on your sleep pattern. Taking a good and properly nutritious diet on a daily basis will help you to stay healthy and help your natural sleep-wake cycle. 3. Ensure that your room has mild or dim lighting or darkness if you prefer: The level of light also matters at the time of your sleep. You should definitely make sure that there is a very minimal level of light or darkness around you when you try to sleep. This should be done because the lesser is the light, the more comfortable you are while sleeping. Additionally, the sleep that you will get in a dark room will also be sound and undistorted as it helps keep all the sensory organs calm. 4). Do some relaxing activities before bedtime: Depending on your choice, you should follow simple techniques of relaxation in order to calm down the brain before sleep. Like mediation, Yoga or- deep breathing exercise, muscle relaxing activity, visualizing a peaceful setting/ scenario like a calm garden or beach or mountain area. These activities are just guidelines and you can do anything that helps you to get a relaxing mood and sleep. 5). Avoid daytime naps if you can, But Having short naps of less than one hour is absolutely okay if you are excessively tired during the day or you did not have a sound sleep the previous night. But, if you are consistently having long naps during the day then you are bound to have sleep issues during the night. So it is advisable to sleep early and wake up early for a healthy schedule. 6) Regular exercise: Exercising regularly helps to improve the overall quality of sleep by making you tired at night and sending you to bed more efficiently. Light to mild exercises also helps cure sleep disorders like insomnia. Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are 6 lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep on a daily basis. 1. Having a fixed sleep pattern: Going to sleep and waking up approximately during the same time every day helps to maintain an equilibrium in the sleep-wake cycle. If this balance is maintained then your body will be accustomed to this pattern and as a result, you will feel less tired and sleepy during the daytime. 2. Maintaining certain dietary regulations: You should also maintain a proper diet plan and examine the consequences of the foods that you are eating and the fluids that you are drinking. Taking a proper and nutritious diet on a daily basis will help you to stay healthy by not disrupting your natural sleep-wake cycle. 3. Ensuring that your room has appropriate lighting: The level of light also matters at the time of your sleep. You should definitely make sure that there is a very minimal level of light around you during bed time. This should be done because the lesser is the light, the more comfortable you are while sleeping. Opting for some relaxing activities before bed: Depending on your personality, you should follow simple techniques of relaxation in order to calm down the brain before sleep. Some of the most common relaxation techniques include- deep breathing exercise, muscle relaxing activity, visualizing a peaceful setting/ scenario and a light before-bed snack. The above-mentioned activities are just suggestive and you should do anything that helps you to get a sound sleep. 6. BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
I am suffering from hair fall for last two years. I tried lot of medicines and shampoos but all this failed. Can you ...
Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin folli hair once daily for 1 month.
