Simple Knee ExerciesSpecific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Knee pain more than 2 weeks:if your knee is paining since 2 weeks, then you have to rethink whether you had any injury in the previous years. As arthritis is very common if anyone would've neglected any injury in the previous years. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hi two days back happen accident. There is back pain and one side hip pain. What should I do?

First of all do an x-ray of your back. Take rest for 2 days then gradually return to normal activity. Apply hot compress and gel locally. If pain does not reduce consult an orthopaedic surgeon.

Hello, calcium and proteins are the most vital nutrients for the bone health. Having egg, chicken with bones, fish, milk and its products like curd, paneer are rich sources of protein and calcium. I am 17 year old male. I had an tibia fracture one month ago. I went through a Surgical Treatment. After that I consulted another doctor who recommended that second screw from top must be removed for faster healing. What should I do?

Please send me detailed report meanwhile don't go for removal of screw or anything it is not like that please take tab hadjod by himalaya 2 2 have x ray after 15 days to see improvement in healing please avoid rice, fast food, fish outside food take milk twice a day dates 4 to 5 daily beet root one daily have green leafy vegetables daily take some jaggery daily.

You may be having tennis elbow or arthritis of the elbow. You can take crocin 500 to relieve your pain. Apply hot bag to ease your pain. Pain relieving gel will also help. If the pain persists you need to see your local orthopedic doctor.

Hi = relax and stay positive. = increase fluid intake. = eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins = do streching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. = if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. = do check your calcium and vit. For more than 30 yrs I have terrible itching on the body.Last 5 yrs I am unable to bear the radiation of heat and sun. When atmospheric temperature shoots up beyond 31 degrees skin become uncomfortably greasy and sticky. Lips has become red with irritation. Lot of white heads appear on head and a little on body. These are coming out with an itching. Frequently sprains hands and legs.Some times shooting pain on waste.
