1.Take bland diet, Avoid spicy, oily, fatty and Junk food 2. Eat and drink slowly 4.Drink plenty of water. Don’t drink water while having food and immediately after food 3. Go for regular exercise 4.Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast 5. Take unienzyme 2 tablet twice daily after food for few days. 6.consult doctor for further advice.

What diet is to be followed to ensure that there is clear bowel movement at 0530 inthe morning?
As here it was mentioned there is h/o c/ohypothyroid, that also causes constipation. But in general for daily regular free evacuation, you need to first set your biological alarm in that way, that you can maintain suffficient hrs of sleep&food properly. You need to follow spcfc timings for food intake. For breakfast, lunch& dinner. For easy stool, the dinner part shows more impact, thats why, its always suggestable to take light, bland diet& more fibre rich food, with more proteins. Like whole wheat. Pulkas, or jawar roties is good. Even in day also, you should take more raw veg salsds, fluids, water, solids also, like sprouts, dal, veg curries, fruits. You should avoid or lessen the intake of oily, junk, spicy, fast food, which will show impact defntly on next day evacuation. Taking minimum 3-4 litres. That to 1/2-1 litre in morning itself with empty stomach will give great results. Always keep in mind that early to bed, spcfc timings for food[not too late& not after 9 pm], maintaning of quality in food like rich fibre, more fluids, proteins is always good.

Hi Take pranacharya virechan churna or triphala churna 1 tsf in warm water before sleep at night....take chitrakadi vati 1- tab after lunch and dinner...take 5-7 munakkas with milk...eat papaya in fruits

1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit, tomato etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. 4.Drink plenty of water. Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee if you are having, 7. Avoid stress 8. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days 9.Consult for further advice

do tests stool r/m, stool c/s, cbc,blood sugar,lft,kft,urine r/m,mp,widal. take ors liquid, take tab. dolo-650 mg twcie a day.tab. emeset -4mg twice a day. ulgel-A 15 ml before meal.tab. metrogyl-400 mg thrice a day. Start with easily digested foods such as gelatin, crackers and toast. When you can keep these down, try cereal, rice, fruit, and salty or high-protein, high-carbohydrate foods. Avoid fatty or spicy foods. Wait to eat solid foods until about six hours after the last time you vomited

Feeling bloated or acidic after a heavy meal can take away all the satisfaction the taste of food gave you. Indigestion and gas are some of the most common gastrointestinal problems faced by people around the world. In most cases, indigestion is a result of bad food choices and unhealthy lifestyles. Thus they can simply be relieved at home and do not necessarily need medication. Here are 4 easy steps to lower heartburn, gas and indigestion.

  1. Add more fiber to your food: Fiber is crucial to healthy digestion. It is easy to digest and help push waste out of the system by adding bulk. In this way, fiber helps detoxify the system as well. It also prevents diabetes, heart disease, hemorrhoids and other diseases. Add fiber to your diet in the form of whole grains, cereals, fruits, vegetables, nuts and plenty of water. Ideally, a woman should have 25 gms of fiber a day and men should have 38 grams of fiber a day.
  2. Healthy food eating habits: How you eat also makes a difference to your digestion. Instead of eating on the move, eat mindfully. Chew your food carefully to begin the digestive system. Eating smaller portions can also help improve stomach functioning. Avoid fast foods that are difficult to digest. Ensure that you do not eat anything for at least an hour before going to bed. Anal Fissures - Causes, Symptoms And Treatment

Anal fissures are the small tears formed in the anal lining. They are also known as anal ulcers. An anal fissure causes a lot of pain and bleeding during your bowel movements. Usually a fissure heals automatically in a few days time. It can be treated with simple home remedies as well.

Causes:

  1. You can suffer from an anal fissure if you pass hard and large stools. 
  2. Also strained childbirth or suffering from violent spells of diarrhea might get you an anal fissure. 
  3. Chronic constipation may also be cause of a fissure. 
  4. Other rare causes may be anal cancer, HIV, tuberculosis or herpes. 

Individuals of all age groups can suffer from anal fissures. It is not a very serious problem and heals on its own in a few weeks. Although it can heal itself, there are certain treatments which can help relieve the pain you get from an anal fissure.

Symptoms:
An anal fissure has quite a lot of symptoms for you to understand what you are suffering from:

  1. There will be a very visible tear around the anal region. You will be able to spot the tear on the skin very easily.
  2. A small lump of skin may form next to the tear.
  3. When you will be undergoing your bowel movements, you will feel a very sharp pain in the anal region.
  4. You will find spots of blood on the stool passed.
  5. You will also feel a burning or an itching sensation in the anal region.

Treatment:
Although most fissures do not require treatment, there are a few remedies that will help cure them faster:

  1. Stool softeners: You get certain medicines at the chemist, which are known for their stool softening functions. These stool softeners help to soften the hard stools and initiates smooth bowel movements.
  2. Eat fibrous foods: Eat foods rich in fiber like fruits, whole grain cereals, raw vegetables, etc.
  3. Take warm baths: Take a bath in warm water as it relaxes your anal muscles, helps to relieve irritation in the region, and increases blood flow in the anorectal region.

Eat anything thats not contaminated. Better is to eat a home made cooked food. First drink lots of water mixed with ORS or sugar and salt. Then If you r certain the milk, bread and cereals r good eat any of them it does not matter, do not stay hungry as you already must be feeling weak.

Hi my wife has gallbladder stone with size of 13mm. She is having pain at below right side rib cage. Is it necessary go for surgery.

Although the gallstones cannot be removed with medicines but being a homoeopath and with an experience of 20 years besides me,I have developed certain technical medicinal combinations with which our gallstones will be removed completely but the percentage of removal of gallstones is 70% ( means if out of 100 patients ,70 patients were removed of gallstones.)This is very high percentage and I am very much confident about it.consult me if you dont want to go for surgery.

take amlapitta mishrana syrup, 2 tsf ,three times a day in a glass of warm water, before meals. Take kamadudha rasa, 1 tab, three times a day empty stomach. Stop tea, coffee, spci food, fried food, balery products in your diet. Stop red chilly powder. Continue the regime for 21 days. good luck
