You should not take more than 2 peg a day for not more than 2 days a week. If you take alcohol as advised than it will not harm you. Always ear some snacks along with alcohol because having only alcohol increase the chance of low blood sugar.

Hi,Gas and acidity is the result of constipation and indigestion.Take homoeopathic medicine to get relief:-1. Gastrobin (WSG), 10 drops+ 1/2 cup of water, half an hour before meals, 3 times a day. *Lycopodium 30, 3 drops once daily in the morning for 7 days. 2. Natrum phos 6x, 4 tablets at a time, 3 times a day 10 mins. after meals. 3. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 4. Drink two cups of coconut water daily. 5. . Avoid heavy spicy and oily food , pickles. Revert me after 7 days.

Hello, first of all take worm medicine and then start taking homoeopathic medicine - Tonic Alfamalt, give your detailed information- Since when you have this? Do you have any past history of any illness? Family history? Treatment depends on many factors, need a detailed history as in homoeopathy, constitutional medicines are prescribed which are based on the physical generals and symptoms of the mind of the patient.

Start massaging castor oil daily on eye brows. It will help in eye brow strengthening. Also take more milk, ghee & fruits, vegetables in your diet. Avoid fried food, junk & processed food.

Day before yesterday my mom just slipped on the floor, from then she's feeling lot of pain on her back bone. When I took her to an orthopedic doctor he asked to take an x-ray and said that one bone were slightly disturbed but will become normal in 2-3 weeks. After that he suggested some medicines after using which my mom facing EVEN MORE PAIN THAN BEFORE. Can you help me on this? Also suggest her a good diet to loose some weight. She's 5.4 feet height with 69.3 kgs of weight.

I'll recomment to do mri for detail examination 1) do light massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. Consult privately to get more help.

Please note that you need to do blood test for CBC/Malaria/Typhoid/Dengu/LFT first to understand the cause of fever. Secondly also do urine R/e & culture. Soak a washcloth in cool tap water, wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature. Also, you can place cold, damp washcloths on your forehead and the back of your neck. The cloth pieces should be changed regularly after a few minutes. This remedy is beneficial when dealing with a high fever as it helps keep temperature under control. You can also take a bath in lukewarm water to relax your body. Taking a shower, however, may not be a good idea. Plus, needless to say, take as much rest as possible as it helps the body fight the illness. Note: Do not use very cold water as it may cause the internal body temperature to increase. For further queries get back to me.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. 1.Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2.Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3.Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4.Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Don't worry. These problems are due to extreme sensitivity to the hormonal changes during periods. You must have an exercise schedule on a daily basis. That will raise the pain threshold, so the pain during cycles will be more bearable. Excess salty foods, chips, acidic foods, colas, and fried foods can increase the sensitivity and should be avoided or minimised. Water intake should be increased. Use a hot water bottle during the cramps tightly against the lower stomach. Flaxseed oil, ginseng, fish oils are recommended since they are anti- inflammatory. But cost and availability are the concerns here. Stress can be managed with regular sleep, low fat diet and daily exercise (30 mins walking/jogging), swimming, cycling, badminton or tennis. If still there is no response, visit a doctor for check up and medicines.

Hi take brahmi vati. Smriti sagar ras and praval panchamrit. Make its powder and mix it. Then take these medicines with honey twice a day. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Do pranayama early morning for freshness. Avoid oily food. Junk food. Avoid alcohol consumption. Eat green vegetables. Walk for at least 45 minutes a day.
