Hi , here the reports you showed are not clear. Moreover, you didnt mention about your menstrual h/o in general in brief. What other c/o. You hsv other than this. These all weigh more in assessing your fertility. In general ovulation period is in b/w 2nd n 3rd wk. But varies from person to person as per their cycle and circumstances. Here you find not mention anything about your usual cycle etc all details. So personally I suggest you to get opinion of a gynaecologist n b under her supervision for a while. Based on diagnosis, you can consult any homeopathic doctor also.

Hormonal tests and hsg are normal. So, the most likely cause may be unresponsive endometrium (the uterus not responding). So, we need to confrim this disease and treat it before future pregnancy.

At the clinic we answer questions all the time about irregular periods. A textbook period happens every 24-29 days, but in truth what is “regular” covers a wide range. Cycles between 23-35 days are very common. A woman may get her period only one to four times a year. Or she might have periods that occur 2-3 times in a month and involve spotting or extremely heavy flow. Alternatively, she may have heavy episodes of bleeding every 2-3 months. Irregular periods are simply what is irregular for you. • Significant weight gain or loss • Overexercise • Poor nutrition (or a diet too high in carbohydrates) • Smoking • Drug use • Caffeine • Excessive alcohol use (interfering with how the liver metabolizes estrogen and progesterone) • Eating disorders • Increased stress • Polycystic ovarian syndrome/Estrogen dominance • Uterine abnormalities (fibroids/cysts/polyps/endometriosis) • Hormonal imbalances related to perimenopause Home remedies Sesame Seeds and Jaggery Sesame seeds are useful in regulating menstrual cycles as they help balance your hormones. They are loaded with lignans that help bind excess hormones. Plus, they contain essential fatty acids that promote optimal hormone production. Jaggery, too, helps regulate menstrual cycles due to its warming effects. 1.Dry roast a handful of sesame seeds. 2.Grind them along with one teaspoon of jaggery into a fine powder. 3.Take one teaspoon of this powder daily on an empty stomach in the luteal phase, or second half of your menstrual cycle (two weeks before your period starts), for a few months. Simply eating a piece of jaggery, also known as gur, will also help regulate menstruation. Note: Do not use this remedy during your periods.

My wife don't have any interest in sex. We often do it in a week or two. She have hormonal deficiency.
Still, talking about sex and working on your sexual relationship can be difficult, even when you've enjoyed great intimacy. These ideas can help pick neutral territory for a conversation. To help make it easier for your partner to open up, don't approach the topic in bed. Paget advised keeping the conversation simple -- ask just a few questions so your partner doesn? t feel overwhelmed or attacked. Start by telling your partner you enjoy having sex with her and ask what you can do to help her enjoy it more ask about any stress or other concerns that might be keeping her from feeling pleasure. As experts at harvard medical school point out, physical desire can be enough to lead to arousal, sex, and orgasm in men, but the sexual response for women is often more complex. Her motivation for sex may be to feel close to you. If an emotional connection is lacking because of relationship concerns, mental health problems, stress, or some other reason, her desire for sex may lessen be an unselfish lover. Are you having sex in ways she wants or that keep her interested, asked paget? don? t focus solely on your own needs. Encourage her to tell you what feels good to her. Maybe there's something about your sex life that makes her uncomfortable or there's something she wants to try but is embarrassed to mention. Be open to what she has to say help her relax. If your partner says sex is painful, discuss ways you can help her relax before sex. Perhaps draw a warm bath for her before meeting in the bedroom. Using lubricants and trying different positions may also help let her know you find her attractive. Show her that she's desirable. Make it a point to compliment her more often -- not just during foreplay, but also at random times when you aren't trying to initiate sex find other ways to show support. If you know that she's under a great deal of stress at work, take on some of her household responsibilities so that you can enjoy more time just being together. Consult privately for treatment.

Menstrual periods are often irregular during the first few years after menstruation starts. It may take several years for the hormones that control menstruation to reach a balance. Menopause or peri-menopause is the phase when a female again faces irregular menses. Pregnancy is the most common cause of a missed period. If you might be pregnant, treat yourself as if you are pregnant until you know for sure. Use a home pregnancy test as the first step to finding out whether you are pregnant. If you are not pregnant, other causes of missed or irregular periods include: Excessive weight loss or gain. Although low body weight is a common cause of missed or irregular periods, obesity also can cause menstrual problems. Eating disorders, such as anorexia or bulimia. For more information, see the topic Anorexia Nervosa or Bulimia Nervosa. Increased exercise. Missed periods are common in endurance athletes. Emotional stress. Illness. Travel. Medicines such as birth control methods, which may cause lighter, less frequent, more frequent, or skipped periods or no periods at all. Hormone problems. This may cause a change in the levels of the hormones that the body needs to support menstruation. Illegal drug use. Problems with the pelvic organs , such as imperforate hymen, polycystic ovary syndrome, or Asherman's syndrome. Breast-feeding. Many women do not resume regular periods until they have completed breast-feeding. Other diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome, tuberculosis, liver disease, and diabetes can cause missed or irregular periods, although this is rare. Any nutritional deficiency can also lead to Menstrual problem/ irregularity. Take more of green vegetables, nuts, salads, seasonal fruits, yellow coloured veggies, milk & milk products, plenty of water and enough of sleep & rest. Take homoeopathic medication – Schwabe's Five Phos. And Alfaalfa Tonic – both thrice daily for 1 month. *****also get an Ultrasound (pelvis) done****

My doc said I must go with laproscope. I used medicine to melt the cyst but it not accepting any medicine (reacting. My age is 23. Please tell me what to do ?

Dear , it is better that you follow the instructions of your gynecologist. It is a fairly big cyst and since it is painful there might be a chance that it might be endometriosis which is a endometrium growing outside the uterine cavity. Surgery is definitely indicated. Ashokarishta and chandraprabha vati will help please start the same after consulting an ayurvedic physician.

You can deliver anytime. Keep your bag ready. Get treated for red pore by doctor looking after you as it can affect the new born baby if it's infected labor pains are typical, regular and last for few seconds to start with, occur after five or ten minutes if bag ruptures first, rush to hospital immediately if it's your first baby, it may take upto 12 hours to get delivered if second or third. It can get delivered within an hour after pains don't waste time.

Hi. Firstly, want to know the type, pattern and stage of hairloss you have? In male pattern hairloss of initial stages of 1-2, homoeopathic medicines can arrest the stage where it is already in. But in advanced stages of hairloss of 3, 4, 5 - one can have homoeopathic medicines (3 & 4 stage) along with hair transplant. Hair transplant is a procedure where one's own hair follicle from the back side of the scalp (donor area) is taken out from the root and is placed on his own required area (because of DNA reasons, we can't donate hair follicle to each other, not even to our own kids/ siblings/ parents). And in the whole lifetime, we can only take to around 12000 to 14000 follicles from the back (depending on the condition of the donor area) - it's one day procedure. Go to any renowned hospital, clinic or firm which deals only in hair (they may cost little more from you, but will give you a quality results ultimately. And they only allow plastic surgeon to perform this)! cost differs from one doctor to another (from Rs. 40-50 per follicle to Rs. 80-90 per follicle). No. Of follicles depends upon requirement of your scalp and capacity of your donor area (back side of the scalp which is never ever affected by dht) as well. For eg. For stage 1 - may be 2000-2500 follicles are needed, so you can calculate accordingly. Yes, hair transplant done by an experienced Indian Surgeons is successful! You can find plastic surgeons in Delhi/ NCR like in Advanced Hair Studio, Dr. A's clinic, Enhance and many more. But get it done from a good firm only.

Polycystic Ovarian Disease

Polycystic Ovarian Disease results from the disorder more commonly known as PCOS or Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. A syndrome is starkly different from a disease, for the former entails a set of symptoms usually occurring in concurrence, while the latter means a particular biological condition with an identifiable reason behind it.

A syndrome solicits your concern and forethought in order to eliminate or at least control the chances of an underlying disease. Trigger to a syndrome is undetectable and hence fighting it efficiently is fairly problematic. It is rare to find adolescent girls without hormonal problems.

Hormonal imbalances are just too common to be a novel topic any further. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is faced due to imbalances in hormone secretions. It refers to the development of multiple cysts in your ovary. This condition usually affects women falling within the age group of 15 to 50. Eight among ten women, at a given point of time, are reported with PCOS. Symptoms of PCOS, when neglected, can lead to Polycystic Ovarian Disease. If you have been facing similar health issues, it is advisable to undergo a check- up and get diagnosed at the earliest possible.

Symptoms of Polycystic Ovarian Disease

  1. A receding hairline or increased hair fall can lead to thinning of scalp hair. Such a sign should not be taken lightly as it could be indicative of Polycystic Ovarian Disease.
  2. Extremely painful menstruation, irregular periods or prolonged periods with heavy bleeding might be reason enough for worrying.
  3. Development of acne could be another sign. Acne is common to girls attaining puberty, but an unprecedented growth should be a matter of concern.
  4. Patchy skin, pigmentation and discoloration of the skin are the other symptoms.
  5. PCOS may also result in continual depression and anxiety.
  6. Obesity is the most commonly noticed symptom. People suffering from Polycystic Ovarian Disease have lower metabolism and thus, reducing weight is an ordeal.
  7. Many women tend to grow thick facial hair or chest hair. Such a condition discourages the person to go out in public. It leads to social ostracizing which further bears severe effects on one's mental health.
  8. PCOS mostly affects women belonging to the childbearing age. As a result of this syndrome, females stop ovulating. Conception becomes extremely difficult as the syndrome may lead to infertility.

Polycystic Ovarian Disease can result in Type 2 diabetes or even cardiovascular problems. If not diagnosed and treated at an early stage, it might lead to ovarian cancer. There is hardly any preventive measure to counter the chances of such a syndrome, but certain alterations in your diet under the guidance of a dietician and regular exercising can improve your health.
