Do hot fomentation x twice daily. Postural correction- always sit with a small pillow at your low back. Sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises like bridging and bhujang asana x twice daily. Sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees. And get vit d levels checked. Go for regular walks follow 30-30 rule when at work. After every 30 min of work. Do 30 sec of stretching or stand and walk a bit.

My cousin is 7 years old. She keeps on scratching her urinary area in a cloth only at night till sleeping (for past 2-3 years). Why is the child doing like that? What is the reason? Does she have any infection? We have used dettole but still no use.

You can go for following remedy it will help you mix triphala powder in water. Keep it away for half an hour. Add a table spoon of pure honey. Have this in early morning daily. Raw onion dish eaten daily also can fix the matter. Have sweet soup made up of black gram. Combine black gram, rice, wheat and long pepper in equal quantities. Grind them to form powder. Fry the mixture in pure clarified butter so cook it with milk. Eat when adding sugar to that. Causes: consistent with ayurvedic concepts, nightfall is because of vata irritation. Quickness is the primary nature of vata. Its affectability is expanded by over considering sex. So for the curing of nightfall vata ought to be cured and adjusted. Overindulgence in sexual considering, constipation, unhealthy diet, low water intake are likewise a percentage of the fundamental driver of the nightfall. This remedy will be helpful.

Hello, for pink stretch marks: you can massage gently any good brand oil containing more percentage of vitamin e like olive oil, coconut oil, egg oil, bio-oil twice and aloe vera daily, but after completion of 1&1/2 months of giving birth (if the delivery was normal) or after 4 months (in case of caesarean section that too depends upon the condition of the stitches and the area). Make sure you are eating a nutrient based diet. Make sure that your skin is getting the proper nutrition so that it can repair and stay healthy. Drink enough water (2 litres daily), as the skin loses its elasticity when you are dehydrated. Being at a healthy weight also helps. Use vaseline, or petroleum jelly to keep the skin moisturized. Can take vitamin c & e orally. *******************if the stretch marks are white in colour, then you will have to opt for laser which can only help you to reduce it to some extent only**************************

Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. I have been suffering in neck and shoulder joint pain severely 2 to 3 days interval and mild pain in all other joint of my body since 2 year. I was diagnosed to little elevated uric acid level which was normalized by taking medicine. But even after normal uric acid level all those pains are persists. Another problem is if I do not take plenty of water my urin turned in yellow and burn like feeling when it releases. Please give me suggestion?

Hi lybrate-user tips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. To improve the metabolism, try increasing the duration, frequency, intensity of your daily workout. Remember that maintaining the ideal weight is a lifetime commitment and not a short-term affair. Pros: 1. It makes you feel fresh for at least an hour or two of drinking tea. 2. It is a great way to socialise with people. 3. It help you to concentrate sometimes when your mind is running wayward. Cons: 2. You may become psychologically and physically dependent on it. Many times, you experience headache or low energy if you don't have tea for a whole day. 3. If you take sugar with tea, it adds on extra empty calories everytime you have tea.

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

Two glasses of milk contain around 14 gram of protein while the polyunsaturated fats in almond add those extra calories when included in the everyday diet. Crush a handful of almonds and add it to the boiling milk. Simmer it for five minutes. You can sweeten it with a tsp of sugar. Then, pour it in a glass and sip it slowly. To make it more effective, you may put in dates and dried figs in the boiling milk. Drink it twice daily for two months.
