All dried fruits are rich in fats as well as proteins. Eating a handfull of nuts preferably light roasted are good for health. Excess of anything creates problems.

Do not take sleeping pill I suggest you some natural way to treat this take following remedies 1. Yogaraj guggul 1 tab after lunch and dinner 2. Sarswatarishta 4 tsp after lunch and dinner.

I don't know if it's a pimple or acne but it looks like boil. Unknowingly I touch it and next day it becomes a black scar. I have dark black scars all over my face. After using so many creams and home remedies the scars are not fading. I have this problem for 5 years.

Use sugar scrub to erase pimple marks- this is a simple and easy scrub for healthy, pimple-marks free, glowing skin. It will work as an exfoliating agent and would help you to achieve a brighter skin tone. - take three tablespoons of sugar - 1 tablespoon of milk powder - 1 tablespoon of honey mix them together and scrub this mixture over the face for few minutes and rinse it off after 15 minutes. you can follow following diet chart for four week to reduce much weight Week 1 8:00 am (as soon as you wake up) – 2 glasses of methi seeds water ( soak 1tsp of methi seeds in 2 glasses of water. Strain out the methi seeds and drink the water. Helps a lot in water retention and bloating) 5 soaked almonds with the skin. 1 kali mirch u don’t have to chew it just swallow it down. 9:00 am – 1 toast (brown bread) with amul lite butter / hung curd dressing/ salad and chutney 11:30 am – one fruit of your wish 1:30 pm – A small plate of salad before starting the meal. The fibers in the salad fills u up which in turn prevents false hunger that makes u overeat.1 bran chappati (mix wheat flour and wheat bran in equal proportions.) with 1 bowl ( normal sized katori ) of dal. Generally at my place dal is cooked at night so I used to store the dal made at night for the other days lunch, u can do the same. 5:00 pm – 1cup of milk or tea with 2 biscuits(just marie, no other biscuits)/ 1 small bowl bhuna channa/ 1bowl popcorn ( not the buttery act 2 ones but air popped popcorns without the butter) 7:30 pm –A small plate of salad before starting the meal. 1 bran chappati with 1 k vegetable ( any vegetable not rajmah, channa or kadhi) Week 2 8:00 am (as soon as you wake up) – 2 glasses of tulsi leave water ( soak 5 tulsi leaves in 2 glasses of water. Acne or pimples is a chronic disease involving the pilosebaceous follicles. Sebaceous glands are found most abundantly on the face and scalp, though they are present on every part of the skin except the palms of the hands and soles of the feet. Though the sebaceous gland is a mini organ, it is anatomically and functionally related to the hair follicle. Cutaneous disorders attributed to the sebaceous gland are really disorders of the entire pilosebaceous unit. The areas most commonly involved in acne are the face, upper chest, and back. Other less common areas include the upper arms, buttocks, and upper thighs. Acne arises from the interaction of 4 factors 1. Excess sebum production caused by androgenic stimulation of sebaceous glands; 2. Outlet obstruction of the sebaceous follicle arising from excess production of keratinocytes (the basic cell of the epidermis); 3. Increased proliferation of the bacteriaPropionibacterium acnes that normally live in the sebaceous follicle; and 4. Inflammation caused by sebum escaping into the surrounding skin. Excessive manipulation by the patient, causing the primary lesions to disappear and leaving excoriated, raw-looking marks. This is called acne excoriée and can cause scar formation. For removal of black marks you can apply pure coconut oil daily before sleeping, don't apply while going out in sun together with this constitutional homoeopathic treatment will give you best results.

Asthma is an inflammatory disease, which affects the airways of your lungs (respiratory tract that pumps oxygen into the lungs). It is long term in nature. It is characterized by shortness of breath, coughing and wheezing. It occurs few times a day or few times a week depending on the person it affects. Sometimes it worsens during the night.

What triggers Asthma?

  1. Airborne particles such as dust mites, mold spores, pollen and cockroach waste.
  2. Infections in the respiratory system such as common cold.
  3. Cold air can also trigger asthma.
  4. Physical or outdoor activities which make you pant such as running, skipping, jogging and jumping can cause shortness of breath, thus triggering asthma.
  5. Pollutants and irritants in air such as smoke.
  6. Some medications can also trigger asthma.
  7. Stress and nervous attacks (panic attacks) also trigger asthma.

How to manage asthma better by changing your lifestyle:

  1. Try to avoid keeping animals in your house such as dogs, cats and rabbits. Many times animal fur, waste, urine and saliva contains particles which can cause allergic reactions and make you cough uncontrollably. This in turn triggers asthma attacks. If you have pets try keeping them away from your bedroom.
  2. Dust mites also cause allergies which trigger asthma. So wash your carpets, rugs, bed-linen and pillowcases in hot water.
  3. Bugs and insects such as cockroaches are not only unhygienic, but can also trigger asthma. Cockroach droppings near your bed, kitchen and food are dangerous and you should call an exterminator to get rid of these bugs.
  4. Sometimes, heavy fragrance also aggravates your respiratory tract and triggers shortness of breath. Avoid using heavy perfumes, deodorants and room fresheners.
  5. Pollution also triggers asthma. Dust particles come out from the vehicles and mix with the air. If this air is inhaled, it might trigger uncontrollable asthma. So try to cover your mouth with a cloth when you step out of your house.

Asthma can be very severe and can bring many hurdles in your day to day activities. Changing your lifestyle and certain habits can reduce asthma to a great extent. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a pulmonologist.

Try to get himasagara thilam and prapoundarayadi thilam. Apply daily on hair halfan hour before bath 5 ml each. Continue for three months and see the results. Chavanaprasam leham 20grm daily taking give good health.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

Hello. Avoid spicy and oily foods. Factors like hormonal changes in the body, excessive use of cosmetic products, improper skin care, stress and genetics contribute to this problem. Honey and cinnamon used together helps to fight acne because of its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial properties. Add a couple of drops of tea tree oil to either of the masks above during an active acne breakout. Tea tree oil is considered one of the best home remedies for acne. I dont know the reasons, whether, it may be due to change of water, weather, r bcoz of stress, where you do work, or due to studies. Etc, but, in general taking sufficient nutritious diet, avoiding junk food, taking fresh fruits, juices, raw veg, sprouts, dry nuts will certainly help you from getting relief from hair fall. If its due to dandruff, use shampoo. Very milder. Reduce applying oil. But can apply oil for 1 hr before the head wash, taking headbath weely 2-3 times, good. Use soft waer for head bath. Try touse hair oil. Which contains, homeopathially arnica, weisbadan, jaborandi, brahmi, acid phos, lyco, etc. N shampoo also with same contents. Take weisbadan 200 daily twice[6-8 pills].
