1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Hello Lybrate User, Travelling does create problems to follow a diet... .but what is life without some challenges.. We just need to look for alternate solutions. 1. Since you are travelling a lot.. always carry your tiffin from home. 2. Keep 2-3 apples with you so that whenever you feel hungry you can have them. 3. Keep low cal snacks like Peanuts or chana which you can eat when hungry. 4. Drink a glass of water every hour 5. Reduce all fried stuff like parathas / puris / samosas / kachoris etc. 6. Instead you can take poha / sprouts / fruit salad etc 7. Instead of Colas/Juices just take plain water. 8. Stay Fit stay Happy

Plus you should do regular exercise so as to keep both upper and lower back muscles well toned and relaxed. There are specific exercises for upper and lower back muscles, which should help in overcoming the stiffness in these muscles. Your weight is shown as 91 kgs, but height is not mentioned. It appears you are having excess weight, which can be a mean reason for stiffness in the back.

Hello there, next time before going out door you have to apply Sunscreen lotion at least( SPF 30 or 50 ). No need to worry for your tanned skin, it will be OK within 2-3 weeks. Just take precautions.

1. Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2. Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3. Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having,6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days. 8. Consult me for further advice.

Does androgenic alopecia have different “levels” of hair loss? I haven’t taken any medication to help, but I know for sure that I do not lose a crazy amount of hair. However, I am also certain that this is certainly not normal for a teenage boyto have so little hair (I now have less than 50% of the hair I used to have as a child, and from the top of my head, my scalp is pretty visible). From what I can see, I do, in fact, have new hair that grow, but not many. I am so desperate for answers. Hi Deepa According to height your weight high.There is very simple and easy to follow diet plan with which you can lose 2-5kg in just 15days. This plan can be done by you easily. For Breakfast you take 150g curd, 30g Lipolyzer powder, 10g milk cream, 25g roasted flax seed, 100g any fruit, mix them all together in a bowl. Lunch – 2 Chapatti made with Nutroactive Brown Atta, 150g cooked vegetables, 150g green salads like cucumber and tomato. Dinner – 200g any cooked vegetable or vegetable soup only. I think you are allergic to milk. Avoid it and replace with soya milk, almond milk from only almonds or any plant based protein powders. Check for a week if you are feeling comfortable after avoiding milk. Take probiotics blend for a month with lactobacillus acidophilus and start again drinking milk in small quantities. if you are still facing same problem. Pain during periods is called dysmenorrhoea. It is seen to affect a few women each month. You can consult privately for homoeopathic treatment for the same.
