Turmaric is very good herb with multi organic effect. It will definitely help you in diabetes and high BP. But have little effect on joint pain. Please consult for joint pain.

Drink plenty of water. Consume leafy vegetable, fruits. Eat daily 20-30 black rasins. At bed time 1 cup warm milk+10 ml pure ghee.

My Urine smells very bad. After I urinate the whole wash room smells bad. Family members hesitate to enter into wash room. The bad smell of my urine, I have been observed since 7 years and being said that, I never smoke and drink alcohol. I did my all tests for urine. Dr. said, there is no problem in my urine. Took 100 ml warm water, add 1/2table spoon corriender seed in it. Kept covered for night. Filter it. Drink early morning. Try for 8 days. For good results you can visit near by ayurved doctor.

First of all need to look for reason for high BP. If it is because of increased pitta then better to avoid ginger for sometime. Else no problem with ginger in high BP.

You can try kamdudha vati 2 tab 3 times a day and pathyadi kadha 10 ml mix in water after lunch and dinner for 15 days. Consult for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Stress is a mental condition that can be triggered by various factors like personal problems and diseases. Ashwagandha is yet another herb that helps in limiting levels of stress and fatigue in the body. It also improves the immune function in the body which means that you will be less prone to diseases.
  5. Massage therapy: You may opt for massage therapy to reduce stress levels in the body. Use a concoction of various medicated oils to massage your head and body. Massage therapy can improve blood circulation in the body and lead to lower levels of stress.
