Average protein intake for healthy person is 1gm per kg of body weight. And for people who does workout it is more say 1.5gm per kg body weight. In your case you may require s arround 160-180gm of protein daily. Even you eat 100gms of legumes protein content in it variable. Only concern, may people unable to digest large amount of legumes suffers from gases, pain in abdomin, constipation, abdominal discomfort any many more. So consult dietitian or doctor and then follow.

Looking like UV Ray's sensitivity. Try Chandanasava 10 ml mix with water after food and application of shatadhauta ghruta on sensitive area before going out. Observe for week.

Try pure safron with milk. Apply locally over forehead morning and evening. Take 1tabke spoon of milk and 2 safron threads mix and apply milk gently.

Stop junk food, oily food, street food. Use Mahamanjishtadi kashaya 10 ml mix in water two times a day for 1 month. Also avipattikar choorna 1tsf at bed time. Don't apply any cream and lotion. Wash your face with warm water 2/3 times a day.

Sinusitis - How Ayurveda Can Help It?

The vast majority of us never consider our sinuses when we take a full breath through the nose. For others, this problem of stuffy nose, excruciating headaches, fever and infections, in episodes of sicknesses, last up to twelve weeks no less than four times each year. We should take a look at how this issue occurs and how to help them through Maharishi Ayurveda. This is how sinusitis occurs:

  • Sinus issues are really brought on by a fundamental irregularity in Prana Vata (the subdosha of Vata that sees the brain and the head) and Shleshaka Kapha (a subdosha of Kapha, which administers oil and dampness levels).
  • At the point when these two sub-doshas are at the same time imbalanced, another problem emerges. Step 3: Detoxify the body and restore the sinus territory. Eat a lot of natural, crisp foods grown from the ground. Abstain from eating eggplant, banana, tomato and pepper, since these block the channels. Try not to skip meals or suppers, since that will annoy the stomach and create more problems for your body.

Try Mahamanjishtati kashay 10 ml with water twice daily for month. Clean your face with warm water and mop it gentle. Avoid curd, chilly, tamarind.

I have large and small acne in my face even in back also every place of face specially cheek has large acnes and other has small ,I noticed that in winter it getting more large one 's become small in summer but when winter came the start grew so how I can take care of it without taking any medicines bcuz I already tried to get rid from these from last 4 years and I tried every single medicine on it &how much glass of water I need to drink daily for clean face and how much time I needed for it (my. Father had also same problem so this is parental problem })

Acne according to ayurveda are because of problem in rakta. Your problem is looking like of ralkta and kapha dosha in your body. For this as your are saying your took treatment for 4 years. My suggestion is go for detoxification like vaman therapy for this you need to visit Ayurved doctor. After detoxification you will definitely get rid of acne problem.

According to ayurveda gas trouble is because of incomplete digestion of food. Many people are suffering with gases, constipation and later with backpain. Reason behind it overrating, untimely eating habits, poor water intake, lack of excersices, sedentary lifestyle and many more. Try this eat only when you feel hunger. Avoid junk oily, do regular exercise, drink milk+ 1spoon ghee+ pinch of dry ginger powder at bed time. Currently use Pathyadi kadha 3 table spoon +1/2 cup of water twice daily for 15 days. Mostly it works. Else consult ayurvedic doctor.

You can try nilibringyadi oil application on head with gental head massage twice weekly and putting ANU tailam nasal drops 4 drops each nostril for 3 month. Most people get benefitied else consult ayurvedic doctor for better fast results.

In Ayurved it is called as Daha vyadhi. Avoid curd, tamarind, sour food, chilly for few days. Have Paripathadi kashaya (sandu) 10 ml with water 2 times a day for 15 days. Avipattikar choorna 1gm at bed time.
