In some children skin colour fades as they grow older because of excessive exposure to sunlight. Use a suncreen with spf of at least 15. Give vitamin a rich foods like carrot, papaya, green leafy vegetables etc.

Sir I can not concentrate on one thing at a time, even while studying I can concentrate only for 5minutes max. You probably have an overactive mind that fantasies easily on any possibility. This is a non-productive way of living. You must ground yourself to reality. The following will help if you did them meticulously: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning, at least, five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food.

Mr. Lybrate-user, blood glucose level of 451 mg is too high. It is better to use insulin injections to control that level. Otherwise there can be very severe complications related various organs. Oral drugs may not be benefiting much. Thanks.

Alterations in food habits may help u. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of liquids. Avoid fermented foods, reheating of foods, processed foods and carbonated drjnks. Avoid constipation. Antacids may be helpful. Do yoga and deep breathing exercises to relax ur self and avoid anxiety.

Dear lybrate user, you are suffering from spermatorrhoea. Continue the following medications for at least 20 days to get rid of your problem of spermatorrhoea:- 1) take 5 drops of homoeopathic china 30 or cinchona officinalis 30, thrice daily, in empty stomach. 2) take 30 drops of homoeopathic mother tincture acid phos q in a cup of water daily after lunch. 3) take 30 drops of homoeopathic mother tincture ashwagandha q in a cup of water daily after dinner. Apart from medicines you could try a home therapy. Soak 5 grams of fennel seeds (snouff) & 5 grams of rock candy (misri) in a glass of water before going to bed daily. On waking up next morning drink the snouf-misri soaked water in empty stomach.

Gym exercises do not stop the height gain. But very heavy weight lift can effect your growth & can damage the ossification centres (growth centres) of bones, so practices all exercises except very heavy weight lifting.

If you have any habit like chewing of guthkha, pan masala etc. If yes than firstly you must stop this habit. There is two type of white lesion, scrapable or non scrapable. If it is fungus like outgrowth you should immediately contact your nearby doctor. Avoid hot and spicy food also.

Bleeding in stool is due to piles more commonly. You should get your proctoscopy done under local anaesthetic jelly. To confirm the diagnosis. Treatment of piles is surgery only. Meanwhile you should apply shield ointment locally.

Procrastination is a phenomenon that all people are familiar with. It is the squandering away of time in the pursuit of meaningless fulfillments at the cost of important targets and responsibilities. The more urgent tasks are constantly being put off for a later time.

In some cases, it becomes a chronic problem that can lead to severe difficulties in life. When one keeps delaying the confrontation of essential commitments, it can have a tremendous negative impact on life in the form of failure, stress, and embarrassment.

Whether you are a chronic procrastinator or an occasional one, there is always room for improvement. Following are a few examples of ways in which you can keep procrastination at bay:

1. Make a list - This is the simplest and most effective way to avoid procrastinating. It is helpful if one lists down all the necessary things that need to be done. Having a visual reminder of tasks and goals can increase motivation to accomplish them at the earliest.

2. Set a deadline - Time management is the most important aspect of avoiding procrastination. For every task that you set yourself, chalk out a time frame within which it must be completed so that no time is wasted.

3. Fragment your goals - Consider breaking your tasks into a set of mini-tasks and tackling each of those at a time instead of trying to accomplish the entire thing at one go. The larger the task, the more overwhelming it appears. Mini-tasks are easier to complete and hence this method can help in the prevention of procrastination.

4. Reward yourself - Devising a reward system that lets you celebrate accomplishments can act as a boost to morale and provide motivation for working consistently. Treat yourself after every achievement as a prize for all your efforts.

5. Eliminate all distractions - There will always be distractions all around that keep you from focusing on your goals. These add to the tendency to procrastinate and must be identified, and removed from the environment in which you are required to work.

6. Start right away - As the saying goes, there's no time like the present. Taking immediate action is the only real way to avoid procrastination. Identify your goals and get started on them at the earliest in order to achieve the fruits of your labor.

Do contrast bath therapy take hot water in one bowl & cold in another. First dip your hand upto wrist in hot water for 3 min then immediately in cold water for 1 min, keep repeating for 20 min, twice daily when your hand is immersed in water keep moving wrist actively take a smiley ball & squeeze it, hold for 3 sec then relax, 20-25 repetitions twice daily avoid lifting heavy weight with affected hand.

Drink lot of water and make changes in ur diet to include more fruits vegetables and dry fruits. For even skin tone, u can use jathiphal rubbed wit milk as face pack not more than thrice a week. It helps to even the skin tone n removes tan. Use a herbal scrub twice a week. Face packs normally depends on ur skin type. So can't suggest much on that end.
