perhaps you are having contact lens intolerance. you could either wait for few weeks and then start wearing them after showing it to eye doctor till then continue using glasses

Actually I have pain only in my right side of head which also creating pain in my eyes too so can you tell wats this.

It can be a cluster type of head or could be migraine is it associated with nausea vomitting is it associated with watering of nose or eye? if you wish you can consult in private with all your report and previous treatment.

Masturbation is a natural habit in both the genders during their life time. Continuous masturbation in men will certainly leads to unwanted curvature of penis. Masturbation once a week is fine but do not make it your habbit.

There are no such tablets available for females for now... the available are not that effective and experimental.. and also chances of having side effects..

there are lots of pain in my legs muscles! I don't know how to explain u! but there is vry critical condition for me becz I can't play, can you please helm me.

This could be due to OA knee &/Or obesity. Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. IBUPROFEN 200mg OD & SOS x 5days CALDIKID PLUS (mankind) 1 tab ODx10days You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan.. Don't ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. 1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg, then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans, soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories.------------ 2. Eat custard apple (saripa, sitaphal) to put on some muscular weight. This fruit is high in calorie.------------------ 3. Healthy fats: avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in india give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola).------------ 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious --------------------- 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight and muscles. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates.--------------------------- 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories.---------------------------- 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty.------------------------ don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles----------------------------

Get your Ultrasound done to see for any PCOs or any other issue, if all is fine in Ultrasound you may need to go for few blood tests etc to rule out any harmonal imbalance etc.

Few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.
