Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. You have mentioned that your pain is in sole region, if it is at back of heel then it is due to fascial inflammation most commonly. This kind of pain is usually due to inflammation of your heel fascia. It is chronic pain which get aggravated especially when you walk more and is better with rest. Treatment modalities are aimed at relieving inflammation of the fascia, like ice packs, physical therapy, footwear modification and anti-inflammatory therapy. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Severe pain on right hand between shoulder and elbow which triggers more at night . Doctor diagnosed it as frozen shoulder suggested physiotherapy excersise and ultra sound etc Following suggestion since last one month . Not much improvement . Can it be pain due to some other reason ? Pllease comment.

Frozen shoulder takes long time in most cases to recover. There are specific exercises and modalities which help you relieve pain and increase rom gradually.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Massage with your thumbs from the midpoints of your shoulder blade towards back of your head upto the lower edge of the ear on your either side. Use oil or water. Move only upwards only. Afterwards do arm rotation forward and backward slowly.

The most common reasons your feet might be hurting after a day of walking are swelling, cramps, and blisters. And there's nothing unusual about some foot pain after standing on your feet for an extended amount of time. If you don't walk regularly and one day you decide to go on a 5-mile walk through the woods, odds are you're going to experience some foot pain later that day. Mere left leg ka surgery hua tha dec. 2014 mein or plate laga tha, plate remove ho gaya january 2016 mein lekin plate nikalne ke baad mere foot mein sensation or heat feel hota hai or wound jaisa halka pain bhi hai. What exactly is a spine block injection? Will it work long-term for low back pain due to disc problems?
Spine block injections are injections of pain relieving medicine cocktail given around spinal nerves by different routes most commonly caudal. Medicines are injected in epidural space. These injections are helpful in neuritic type of pain. Long term relief can be seen in patients if there is not severe root compression. Transforaminal route offers best results in unilateral radicular pain.

Try rest x 2 weeks and then physiotherapy x 4weeks. Grade 2 signal does not mean a complete tear. Partial/low grade injuries can heal.

Hello madam. Try to avoid sitting cross legged, or bend the knees too much in any way like offering prayers, cleaning or going to the loo. Use western toilets only. Consult a physiotherapist and stat knee quads and hamstring strengthening exercises. Also go for a morning walk and taek a diet rich in milk and calcium and vit. D like fruits, spinach, papaya, mango, ragi, soyabean etc. Hope this helps.
