Avoid sitting cross legged. Ankle stretching. Ankle strengthening exercises. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Core strenthening exercises.

Yes there is no problem in taking coconut water daily. Take more n more fibrous food. Avoid spicy and oily food. Drink plenty of liquids. For backache you may go for massage with mahanarayan tail. Calcium supplements can also b added.

I am 32 years old female suffering from backache now and then from the day I got done caesarean, 4 years back. At the area where spinal anaesthesia was given is very painful. Pain comes if I stand for too long and stress during work. Subsides on taking rest.

Do Spinal Extension Exercise regularly at least 20 times. Do some stretches and exercises for your Calf muscle and Hams. Do Hot Compression over the Painful areas of your back. There are lots of other stretches and exercises that you need to perform at a daily basis. Electro Therapeutic Modalities are also needed to cure your condition. So I suggest you to consult with a Physiotherapist ASAP.

Hi My dad is facing problem in his left leg from a few months and now the problem has become acute and we are still not able to find a good doctor who could determine what the actual problem is! a few days back he had severe swelling in his left lag. We went to the doctor who was specialized in veins[since my dad was saying he is feeling the pain and the stretch in veins]. He did sonography and xray and said everything is perfect this problem just might me due to the obesity[since my dad is a little obes, we thought it might be the reason] but those medicines dint workout and we asked us to visit the heart specialist. We went to the heart specialist and he did ecg and 2d sonography and gave medicines for heart saying that heart is facing pressure on the right side nd it is slightly increasing from that side. This pressure might be due to the pressure on lungs due to the weight issue. Then he referred us to a lung specialist, we went to him and he gave some other medications too. The swelling went down because of all the medications my dad took. But, his left leg is still paining a lot and on various part of his leg we can see the veins are getting infected the clusture can be easily seen with green color. I had somewhere read about varicose veins so I went to the doctor to ask if dad is suffering from it bbut he said no he is not! But, my dad is still facing a lot of problem and he cannot walk properly nor can he sit. Please help me.

For your dad apart from symptomatic treatment I will suggest him to take tablet folvite twice a day for two weeks and than once a day for six months and please tell us his symptoms after two weeks.

- check for vit d, uric acid, b12 - do back and beck exercises with stretching to maintain muscle strength and range of movement of joint. - precautions: 1avoid vendong spine and neck for long duration 2 avoid any weight lifting 3 use of firm matress 4 no jerky movement to spine 5 use hot water fermentation , specially at night to relax your muscle tension

Your pain is radiating to your lower limbs. There is nerve compression due to which the following symptoms are experienced. Postural correction, core strengthening, and physiotherapy will definitely help. You need to consult for sure considering your age factor.

Hi, Any problem in urine. If no then it’s gas/ acidity. 1. Don't Overeat 2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style. This is most important n non negotiable part 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, Carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water. 10. Curd is good for u. 11.
