Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching stretch. Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation.

• Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily • . Avoid bending in front. • Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. • Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. • Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Avoid strain do rest. Tk heat fermentation and apply pain relief ointment. Sit straight maintain your posture. Avoid long sitting and toward bending. Avoid all exercise at time. If feel better then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment for few days after relief start stretching exercise of spine and legs.

Knee Pain: As arthritis is very common that you get generally bilaterally. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Simple Knee ExerciesSpecific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. I have closed hand bone fracture. I had removed plaster after 1.5 month. The bone dislocate & joint a bit at the edge. Is it enough? Is there any chance to infection while no wound. Tell me medicine to heal fracture properly. Calcium rich food. What is the treatment of it.

Thats good to follow your diet chart and its better you too startt going in for a walking regularly and do exercises in morning session. Strech your calf muscles also and keep ice fermentation around your knee joint.

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

I'm working as sales officer in Tw loan department. Where I suppose to set in showroom where I has to approach customers to take bike for loan. I had to do back office work like filling loan application form and all agreements and get it ready and finally I have to go to branch for file disbursement I prefer going branch by walking hence it might cause me leg and back pain. And while going home I prefer bus I always stuck in traffic in sakinaka. Because of that my leg and back pain start paining more. Whn I reach home I became were dull I don't have any energy so how can I get energy and relief from leg and back pain please suggest me as soon as possible. Consider my age to I m just 23years old.

HI Lybrate USER…. 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 2) avoid late night sleeping habits …sleep upto 10-10.30 pm…. 3) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 2 tsf of SHATAVARI KALP with 250 ml of lukewarm water, in the morning instead of break fast…B) take 60 ml of triphala juice along with 15 ml of honey and 1-1 tablet of VASANTKUSUMAKAR RASA and MOUTIKYUKTA KAMDUDHA VATI at night before sleep…. C) take 10 gm of FENNEL SEEDS along with 10 gm jiggery after meals…D) eat 4-5 seeds of ALMONDS during meals…do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result….
