Dear, follow methods by which you can gain some centimeters of height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Do suryanamaskar asan and tadasana daily under guidance of yoga expert. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day. 6. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

The best solution for Weight loss is Simple Natural Diet + Daily exercise. Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. One glass every hour. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet.  Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. Eat slowly and mindfully.   Reduce portion size. Take small bits of food in your plate. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.  This will keep you toned and trim. Reduce outside food. Try to avoid company of people who are addicted to junk food and overeating. I am 25 years old I use betnovate and for past 2 years on my face. I need 2. Stop it but I will skin itching pimples and my skin get damaged. Is thr any solution for this.

Stop betnovate since it is a steroid and will harm your skin in the long run. If you cant stop it right away, use it alternate day for 2 weeks then twice a week for 2 weeks then once a week for 2 weeks and then stop. Please see a dermatologist for further assessment of any side effects on face.

Being an Ayurveda doctor I can suggest you eat light meals which are easily digestible bcoz you already suffers from Vata vridhi and Agni Dusti. Nourish yourself with light food followed by buttermilk. No heavy meals, no stress, little exercise, no late night awakening.

Two other aspects of yoga — breathing exercises and meditation — can also help people with depression feel better. 2. Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat.. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals (even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit, to keep you going). 3. Identify troubles, but don't dwell on them. Try to identify any situations that have contributed to your depression. The question, "are vitamins vital" is in fact a rhetorical question, one that answers for itself. Vitamins are organic compounds and important nutrients, which are required by human beings in appropriate quantities. They provide a host of benefits, affecting metabolism, digestion as well as immunity and are imperative for the existence and survival of human beings. Few reasons that establish their importance are: 

  1. Digestive system: The digestive system, like the rest of the body, requires important minerals and vitamins for proper functioning. Your body requires ample amount of vitamin B and vitamin C to improve and maintain digestive health. In fact, folate acid is required by the body to prevent you from an impending danger of colon cancer. At the same time, vitamin B is also responsible for breaking down the carbohydrates and converting them into energy. 
  2. Boosting the immunity system and eyesight: The proper functioning of your physical and mental health requires a sound immune system. The invasion of diseases can be deterred and treated on its own, if you have a proper functioning immune system. Vitamin A, found in carrots, pepper and sweet potato is very crucial for boosting the immune system, at the same time it helps repairing the cornea and improving the eyesight. 
  3. Improving the nervous system: Vitamin B12 found in beef liver and octopus is very important in strengthening and improving the nervous system. Hello. I am a 33 year old male living in Denmark since 10 years. I am originally from India. Recently on my trip to India, I was sleeping on hard mattresses, as is the case usually with beds in India. And for some reason it has probably not gone very well with my back. In Denmark we sleep on very soft mattresses. And my back has usually been pretty good and have had no complaints around it. Even though I have knee problem due to my history in sports. But this time around, the pain has been very consistent. The problem is that when I sit on my bed, in a fairly nice posture, with back straight, and leaning back on a pillow or something, my middle back starts feeling sore and irritates me, and then I have to sit with out any support for a while to relieve the tension. Even when bending sometimes, I can feel the tightness in lower and middle back, can feel its sore. It's been a month and now I am back in Denmark since a week, but still don't see any changes. In general what do you think is the problem and could it be linked to the mattresses? On a side note, an MRI of my lower spine was normal, with a slight slight disc bulge, without any significant nerve compression, according to the radiologist. So I am assuming the structure and things are good, but maybe it's just a passing thing. But still need to do something so it does not get worse, and hopefully to get it back to normal sooner. Kindly suggest. Thank you

hi, You have a slight disc bulge, but you did not mention the exact area. Depending on your history given i can suggest you complete body rest in proper position whenever pain starts. Don't carry heavy objects. Use hip bandage during prolonged sitting and travelling. Make sure to get proper bowel evacuation. You can manage the discomfort and further increase of the condition through traditional ayurveda therapy along with some internal medication. I can suggest you accordingly if you revert back in private consultation.

Dear user, it might be due to weakness and insufficient oxygenation to your muscles leading to pain. Also due to K,Na imbalance pain / crams arises. All you can do is take warm water bath or dip your feet fully in Luke warm water for sometime and take electrolytes along with these use a remedy Rhus Tox 200 twice for 5 days and then consult back for permanent restoration.

A) Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of honey and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep. B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10ml of ginger juice before meals. C) eat 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals.
