Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

Beard is purely genetic make up. It could be a pituitary issue, hair follicle or their lack of, or could possible even be genetics. To make hair grow you need to stimulate, moisturize, and cleanse. Use a soft bristle scrub brush for the face and use circular motions using a eucalyptus, menthol, and/or peppermint type cleanser or lotion. The invigoration of the brush and cleanser/moisturizer will wake up that hair follicles and gives them a signal to produce.

For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. • Practice SARVANGASAN and BHRAMARI PRANAYAM daily for atleast 3-4 months. Dear Don not self medicate. Its very harmful. You never know why you have pain. Visit your dentist and see why you have pain. Medication will only help you avoid pain but not the cause of your pain.

Hello doctors, I am 24 and FTM. I am 21+2 days pregnant. I started feeling some flutters around week 19 just belpw my belly. It feels like something is punching me from inside. But not on the daily basis, in every one or two days. I don't know how to react but I am worried all the time because before this I had a stillborn. Yesterday morning I felt some moves below my belly but then nothing. Had a level 2 scan at week 20 amd everything was normal except the position of placenta because I am having a low lying placenta. Please help me. It really worries me. I do not know if I am being paranoid or if this is just normal.

Generally baby moves more after eating food. Do a kick count after breakfast lunch and dinner. Initial movements are very subtle and soft like somebody touching from inside .you ll need some practice in appreciating those movements. Please be positive and look forward to a healthy baby in arm. If you do not feel any movement for 12 hr you can call your gynecologist and undergo a CTG to rule out fetal distress.

Hello, I am vandit Jain, 21 year, man. I was having pain in my lower back, that sometimes extended to my hip and thigh. It became very tough for me to sit for long hours. I also started to feel weakness. I undergone x-ray of LS spine and thoracic spine. They were normal. I took taxclav 200, dolonex dt, Dilona forte, rantac d and bcosule. Due to these medicines pain reduced but was still there. Now I have undergone MRI scan and it reveled that I have loss of lumber lordosis due to muscle spasm. What should I do. Which doctor to consult. Ortho, physio etc?

The condition occurs due to lack of lumbo pelvic rhythm that is imbalance in the muscle strength & length around lumbar and pelvic region. Loss of spinal lordosis occurs due to posterior pelvic tilt i.e. tight abdominals and hamstrings + gluts. Your problem can be cured ,Consult expert physio. I would not suggest you any medicine as muscular spasm will come back when you will discontinue the medicine. We need to establish normal lumbo-pelvic rhythm and work on your muscle lenghth and strength as well as on posture. I hope I helped you. Thank You ! EXERCISE DAILY, STAY FIT.

Hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses. Get your vision tested and wear glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 21 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Hello lybrate-user, it might be because of dandruff, If your hair is thin, damaged, dry or brittle or you are suffering from dandruff, some simple changes into your daily nutrition needs & hair care can give you thick, bouncy and shiny hair. While your hair type mostly depends on your genetics, stress, hormonal imbalance and poor diet have a great influence on your hair health and appearance. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Tolerance does change with age and use. It is safe to have two drinks of 30 ml every day for a body of average size for a man, and one drink for a woman. You must also eat well and exercise well as a normal course of keeping yourself fit.

During ramazan (fasting - no water, no food for 15hrs) how to maintain (or gain) body weight? I m already under weighted. 55kg- 5'9inch- male- 19yrs.

Weight gain is a process where in you have to ingest extra calories to gain weight, even in ramadan you can increase weight by having proper saheri & nutritious iftaar. You can have 2 chapatti + omlette with cheese for saheri, or oats porridge made in buffaloes milk, with dry fruits added & 2 boiled egg. For iftaar you can have high protein dishes like dahi vada or medu vada, or idli +sambar or french toast (bread dipped in egg n fried, chicken tikka paneer pakoda etc+1 glass fruit juice/ fruit custard+4 dates. This can be iftaar at 7, later at 10 you can have something light like daal+rice/khichadi. What I feel, my observation is people who have high calorie food like abovedont lose weight in ramadan. *oats-go for ecovalley oats as it does not contain msg /derivative of msg, so it is safe for all muslims & non muslims to eat healthy.
