Don't waste time on a girl who does not love you. There are lots more people out there and lots more things to do. Think ahead and be positive. If still her memory lingers, consult a psychiatrist to come out of depression at the earliest. All the best.

Dear Doctor, Since last 2 - 3 days, in the evening around 8.30 pm onwards, slowly I feel heaviness in my left side of the head and slowly it turns out to be severe by 10.30 onwards and continues till 4 am in the morning. Due to this I am unable to sleep soundly. After 4 - 5 am onwards and thereafter, it is normal and no heaviness is felt. Sometime in between the day times slight heaviness is felt. Please advice what is the cause and treatment.

A headache can be a sign of stress or emotional distress, or it can result from a medical disorder, such as migraine or high blood pressure, anxiety, or depression or tension headache. It can lead to other problems. People with chronic migraine headaches, for example, may find it hard to attend work. Headache may result from a deficiency of a particular nutrient or nutrients, especially magnesium and certain B vitamins. Sir, I have two questions, First, What will be the proper diet I should take so that I will feel more energetic and less lazy and also less sleepy. Second, what it takes to get wake up early in the morning around 4 A.M. As I am preparing for GATE entrance exam along with my regular college days. So in order to balance time for preparing for exam as well I tries to wake up early but not able to make it happen any day due to laziness or may be this is due to some health issues with me. You need lifestyle changes. Diet: it is always important to watch your diet. You are what you eat. Eat what your body needs, reduce refined foods, processed foods and increase the amount of whole grains and fruits and vegetables. Eating small frequent meals goes a long way. Reduce intake of saturated fats; include more lean meats. Choose grilling and steaming over frying and roasting. Recommended foods - Healthy carbohydrates, Fiber-rich foods, Heart-healthy fish and Good fats. Foods to avoid - Saturated fats, Trans fats, Cholesterol and Sodium Exercise: Every week, make sure about 2 hours is dedicated to physical activity. This could include any exercise of your choice, brisk walking, swimming, cycling, aerobics, hiking, jogging, skipping, gymnastics, or playing games like football or basketball. While in most cases, the person can do these on their own, in some people, supervision may be required. Watch your weight: controlling weight to a desirable level of BMI of 18 and 23 is very important. Obesity is one of the predisposing factors for diabetes heart diseases, and reducing weight controls the onset of diabetes and helps the progression of symptoms in diabetics. Smoking: Another risk factor for diabetes onset, palpitation, sleeplessness. Quitting is the best option. If not feasible, reducing smoking and gradually quitting should be aimed at. Not just diabetes, the effects on overall health will be evident almost immediately after quitting. Stress management: there is no getting away from stress. Everybody has their stresses but the trick is to manage it well. Whether it is music or meditation or medication or counselling, make sure stress levels are managed. I regularly take 100mcg thyronorm tab. But my thyroid symptoms never goes even when my levels are normal. So do I need t3 tablets along with thyronorm so that symptoms go? symptoms-swelling, brain fog, dry hairs, low energy. These remain same even on normal levels. They never goes. HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. 1. Night fall is common in adolescent age group and young adults. It is due to involuntary ejaculation during sleep in night/early morning. 2. Night fall in moderation relieves sexual tension. 3. Excessive fall can cause weakness, fatigue, sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Precaution 1. Vitamin b 12 and d deficiencies do not have any effect on day to day activites and pain associated with it. The deficiencies are rare and are not a cause of worry. Your gastric pain and pain in heel seem to be unconnected. Gastric pain could be peptic in origin and your family doctor can treat it without much investigations. Pain in heel needs a closer look. It may require an orthopaedic consultancy, but let it be decided by your family doctor. So see a physician.
