it depends on many factors, hereditary, diet and others, to increase height According to Ayurveda, ashwagandha (scientific name: Withania somnifera), also known as Indian ginseng, helps increase height. Ashwagandha contains various minerals that broaden the bone skeleton as well as its density. This in turn increases your height. You can easily find ashwagandha in an herbal store. 1. Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 2. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 3. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. 4. Note: For this remedy to work, you must avoid fast food completely. 2. Drink Milk Milk is rich in calcium, an important mineral for bone growth. Calcium also acts as a height booster. Besides calcium, milk has vitamin A and protein that are essential for overall development of the body, including height. To increase your height by a few inches, drink at least two to three glasses of milk daily. In addition, eating dairy foods like cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt and cream can have an effect on height.Do regular exercise daily, yoga, streching your body, sound sleep, all will help. Thanks

I am 25 year old girl and I am unmarried and I have irregular period problem since 8 month. What should I do?
Mentrual cycles and periods are known to be irregular, and for this one needs to be evaluated by a gynec. Usually there are many factors which can make a period come irregularly, e. G. Stress, exams, change of job, anxiety of job, thoughts of the person, etc. In young adults like you, irregularity is not usually due to any disease, but some diseases need to be ruled out like hypothyroidism, tuberculosis, hormonal disturbances like pcos. In an unmarried girl if diseases have been ruled out there are 2 options: 1. Either take medicines to make cycle regular, and see. After about 3 months treatment, the menses do become regular. 2. Leave it alone. Let the menses come when it wants to. So you must think and see a gynecologist to assess the cause of your cycle irregularity.

Jab tak aap beti ko feed kar rahe hain koi diet change mat karna. Aapka weight abhi bhi teek hai. Jab aap feeding complete karte tho jab dietitian se bath karna. Abhi jyada doodh aur dhal har roj lena chahiye. Kai aur phal bhi kaana chahiye.
