I am 30 years old men 5.10 height and weight is 78. My parents are pure veg but I eat non veg on occasional basis. I do lot a exercise also going gym for last many years I also used to participate in long distance swimming but currently I workout only in gym my question is I eat 7 eggs daily 2 complete and 5 whites.
