Hello Your Hb value is below the average normal value of Hb in females i.e. 12-15 g/dl. To increase it, hence fight the anaemia you must change your diet first. Your diet should contain food that is rich in iron. Green leafy vegetables like spinach, dandelion green vegetables, meat, poultry, seafood, beans, nuts, seeds, chickpeas, beetroots etc are the best sources of iron that are required to increase your Hb. Your haemoglobin can be maintained if you take them regularly. Also, there are some food items that reduces the iron absorption by the body even if you take enough of iron daily. So, you must abstain from them on the same time when your take iron for eg, milk, broccoli, cheese, yogurt, salmon fish etc that are all rich in calcium which blocks the absorption of iron in body. Don't worry, Your haemoglobin is low but can be managed if you follow the proper diet and lifestyle as mentioned to you. Fatigue shall also go with the increase in your hb as it is a common symptom in anaemia. Take care.

I am a 13 year old girl. My weight is 60 kg and height is 164 cm. I play tennis and I get fatigued very fast, after running for 200 m I am short of breath and am not able to run further, it takes me at least 20 minutes to become normal. It has been 6 months now and I run 5 days a week, still there is no improvement. Sometimes it is so horrible that feel I will die if I don't stop. I also feel very sad and depressed and feel like crying every second, there is no particular reason but many reasons altogether. What should I do?

Dear , you are such a wonderful girl, but too much sentimental. Just try to control your emotions and stop your stupid thoughts. You are 13 year angel lock your happy moments in mind you need some counseling sessions with some medicinal treatments and panchakarma therapies. You will be all right. Focus on limiting the sodium in your diet. Extra sodium causes you to lose more calcium in your urine, putting you at risk for developing another stone. Limit your sodium to 2, 000 milligrams each day. There are many sources of hidden sodium such as canned or commercially processed foods as well as restaurant-prepared and fast foods.------------------calcium oxalate kidney stones are the leading type of kidney stones. Oxalate is naturally found in many foods, including fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, grains, legumes, and even chocolate and tea. Some examples of foods that contain high levels of oxalate include: peanuts, spinach, beets, chocolate and sweet potatoes.------------------another common type of kidney stone is a uric acid stone. Red meat and shellfish have high concentrations of a natural chemical compound known as a purine. High purine intake leads to a higher production of uric acid which then accumulates as crystals in the joints, or as stones in the kidneys. To prevent uric acid stones, cut down on high-purine foods such as red meat, organ meats, and shellfish, and follow a healthy diet that contains mostly vegetables and fruits, whole grains, and low fat dairy products. Limit sugar-sweetened foods and drinks, especially those that contain high fructose corn syrup. Limit alcohol because it can increase uric acid levels in the blood and avoid crash diets for the same reason. Eating less animal-based protein and eating more fruits and vegetables will help decrease urine acidity and this will help reduce the chance for stone formation. You should also be sure to drink at least 6-8 glass of water a day to help reduce the risk for stone formation.--------------------- homoeopathic medicine for prevention from kidney stoness---------------------- ptk-15 or berberis-pentarkan (schwabe german) -------chew 1 tab twicedaily for 4-6 months-----------------

अदरक

अदरक रूखा, तीखा, उष्ण-तीक्ष्ण होने के कारण कफ तथा वात का नाश करता है, पित्त को बढ़ाता है। इसका अधिक सेवन रक्त की पुष्टि करता है। यह उत्तम आमपाचक है। भारतवासियों को यह सात्म्य होने के कारण भोजन में रूचि बढ़ाने के लिए इसका सार्वजनिक उपयोग किया जाता है। आम से उत्पन्न होने वाले अजीर्ण, अफरा, शूल, उलटी आदि में तथा कफजन्य सर्दी-खाँसी में अदरक बहुत उपयोगी है।
सावधानीः रक्तपित्त, उच्च रक्तचाप, अल्सर, रक्तस्राव व कोढ़ में अदरक का सेवन नहीं करना चाहिए। अदरक साक्षात अग्निरूप है। इसलिए इसे कभी फ्रिज में नहीं रखना चाहिए ऐसा करने से इसका अग्नितत्त्व नष्ट हो जाता है।

औषधि-प्रयोगः

उलटीः अदरक व प्याज का रस समान मात्रा में मिलाकर 3-3 घंटे के अंतर से 1-1 चम्मच लेने से अथवा अदरक के रस में मिश्री में मिलाकर पीने से उलटी होना व जौ मिचलाना बन्द होता है।
हृदयरोगः अदरक के रस व पानी समभाग मिलाकर पीने से हृदयरोग में लाभ होता है।
मंदाग्निः अदरक के रस में नींबू व सेंधा नमक मिलाकर सेवन करने से जठराग्नि तीव्र होती है।
उदरशूलः 5 ग्राम अदरक, 5 ग्राम पुदीने के रस में थोड़ा-सा सेंधा नमक डालक पीने से उदरशूल मिटता है।
शीतज्वरः अदरक व पुदीने का काढ़ा देने से पसीना आकर ज्वर उतर जाता है। शीतज्वर में लाभप्रद है।
पेट की गैसः आधा-चम्मच अदरक के रस में हींग और काला नमक मिलाकर खाने से गैस की तकलीफ दूर होती है।
सर्दी-खाँसीः 20 ग्राम अदरक का रस 2 चम्मच शहद के साथ सुबह शाम लें। वात-कफ प्रकृतिवाले के लिए अदरक व पुदीना विशेष लाभदायक है।
खाँसी एवं श्वास के रोगः अदरक और तुलसी के रस में शहद मिलाकर लें।

Hi, tab biochemic silicea 6x 4tabs to be chewed twice a day for 1mth hi, corns have a tendency to recurr. So if they are operated then they definitely recurr. Inorder to stop there growth and recurrence you can follow homoeopathic treatment. Take *antim crud 200 4pills to be taken thrice a day. *arnica 30 4pills to be sucked twice a day.
