For making regular your period these are some instructions given below: • Take proper diet full of nutrition . Eat green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits and a glass of milk daily. Eat a fruit daily . • Do Not take stress because stress causes imbalance in hormones of female and make your menstrual cycle disturb and make your ovulation disturb .Do some meditation for maintain hormonal balance. • Do jogging and running exercise daily .If you are obese lose some weight this is also a cause of irregular periods. • Do skipping regularly for 2 to 3 minutes daily. • you can take these medicines for regular periods. Dear lybrate-user I think you have muscle strain and it needs detailed evaluation you can apply ice for 20 minutes every hourly for 2-3 days and avoid anything which gives pain so that it recovers well and then only you can do your athletic activities.

I had hemorrhoids because of my poop come hard then I take medicine from doctor, he told me to do 7 days course of his medicines and I had done that 7 days course and my pain and blood gone while I poop but after 2 ya 3 days same problem occurs and blood come while I poop. Hi. It could be hemorrhoids or fissure. The cause is constipation. Treat it first. High fibre diet. Adequate water intake. No spices or oily food. Do sitz bath and take some laxative.

Hi, Apply Trichup Hair oil to the scalp at night daily and take cap. Trichup 1-0-1 after food cor 3 months continuously. Do not take frequent head bath. Do not use very hot water for head bath and see that the scalp is not heated up while using a hair dryer; keep the drier at further distance from your head.

The following tips help one to avoid sleep disturbance: a) have bath regularly in evening after coming from work or before going to bed. Early to bed and early to rise (awake) is a nice process for natural sleep cycle. B) do not engage mind in active work or stressful talking at night before bed time. C) do not engage mind in too much of computer work in night before bed time (for example, do not do stock market work in night). D) do not take heavy meals in night. Best is to have heavy breakfast, lighter lunch and lightest dinner to maintain stomach rhythm which affects sleep. Vegetarian diet is best for good sleep. F) do not over engage mind in television in night. H) do not smoke cigarette, chew tobacco, tobacco containing masala, or similar intoxicants (If u Consume it)which can disturb rhythm of mind and disturb sleep cycle. I) no tea or coffee in night (preferably cocoa and caffeine containing drinks should be totally avoided for best results). J) listen to relaxing music and even then if you do not get sleep, then hear soothing stories or nice talks. K) read books which not only calm the mind but also nourish the thinking process.

Dear. Such pains are common at this age. Because of early cervical spondylosis. Use a firm mattress and a thin-soft pillow. Do hot fomentation and apply a local gel /balm twice a day. Take a painkiller for a week or so. If of no avail. Go to a physiotherapist (u can do it from today it self) who will give you swd, ust and ift for a week or 10 days. You will settle. Take care.

Sir, donor site of skin graft area is not healing. Now 4 months was complete. Skin is taken from entire left thigh to cover my crush injury due to accident. Doing alternative dressing by using N S for wiping wound and bactigras for healing. 700 rs wants for alternative day dressing. Many of antibiotic tablets and I V was already taken for healing. No use at all. Im already consult with many plastic surgeon. All of them said that doing another skin graft to cover the wound. But no guaranty. I want to know whats the reason. Most of skin graft donor site was healed with in 21 days usually. Please help me sir, because its very paining. During the time of dressing and also at night.

Superficial wound would have healed by now. If wound has taken so long to heal probably wound is deep or may be having some infection. If no infection skin grafting is a good option but in experienced hands now.

Hi, Hollow cheeks can be a result of aging. As you grow older, your face muscles lose their normal tone and elasticity. The result is sagging skin on your face, wrinkles and hollow cheeks. Failure to eat a healthy diet, dehydration or exposure to excessive sun may also contribute to hollow cheeks. Engaging in regular exercises that work out your face muscles can help prevent or lessen the prominence of hollow cheeks. -Cheek inflation- It is performed by holding your mouth closed and filling it with air. Begin by moving the air under your upper lip and hold it there for 10 seconds before moving it to your left cheek followed by your right cheek. Be sure that you hold the air for 10 seconds in each position. -Exercise With a Smile-It is performed by looking into a mirror and smiling while keeping your mouth closed. Follow this exercise by wrinkling your nose to help stimulate the muscles located under your cheek. -Cheek lifting-The ‘cheek lifting’ exercise entails lifting your cheeks by smiling as you press down on the lower part of your eye socket using your index fingers. You can also tone the facial muscle beneath your eyes by performing eye exercises. With your mouth open, pull your upper lip inwards. Then, while looking upwards, narrow your eyes and place your fingers just below the lower eyelids. Gently press downwards as you try to close your eyes. Hold this position for 4 to 5 seconds, release and do five to 10 repetitions. The facial yoga exercises work out all muscles of the face and help eliminate sagging facial skin and wrinkles.

You may be under some stress, and I do not know if you are aware of it. Find out what this disturbance is all about and as you address it, memory and concentration will happily return to favor you. Do meet with a counselor, if your stress is too much. In the meantime please follow the suggested guidelines: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night?s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that you and the family go for counseling too.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Hello, a proper diet plan can be decided only after considering all your condition. Cholesterol being one of them, I can give you the list of what not to eat items keeping in mind cholesterol only. Avoid- ghee, oily foods, cheese, butter, chocolate, ice cream, cakes and pastries. You can eat rice if you dont have diabetes. Besides, if you have replaced rice with rice, it doesnt make any difference any ways.

Everyone's system works differently. Its ok if you can't digest spicy food. As such with in digestion n mouth ulcers, you should avoid spicy n oilly foods. Increase your intake of raw fruit and vegetables. Also drink more water. If necessary, start taking vitamin supplements.

Hi a) take 30 ml of rubyclin liquid before meals b) take 1 tsf of haridra khand after meals c) take 1 tablet of gandharwa-haritaki vati at night prior to sleep do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Thanks.

By rubbing the skin it gets irritated and blood supply to that area increase so it swells it us a normal reaction and not a disease.
