Hello, thank you for your question. If the biting and sucking is causing pain it would be a good idea to ask him to stop. As long as the touch is pleasurable and acceptable to you generally it will not cause harm. Pain is a sign from your body that the tissue is resisting in some way and is getting hurt. Sometimes you need to learn more about your own body so that you can teach your fiance how to touch you so that you experience the most pleasure. You can have a look at a book called' the mirror within' by anne dickson. This will help you to learn more about your own preferences for sensual touch and how to communicate it to your fiance. After delivery you should avoid sex atleast 2 months in normal and 3 months in lscs. It is better to avoid cut in lscs pt because some times it can get infected in scar and I advise to use oral pills.

White Potato Vs. Sweet Potato - What Nourishes the Body More?

The debate whether white potatoes are healthier or their sweeter counterparts can be put to rest if you consider the nutrient content of both.

It will be favourable to begin with the fact that each type of potato, whether white or sweet, has its own health benefits, though they differ in nutritional content. So, let’s take a look at what both have to offer when it comes to nutrition.

1. Starch and fibre content
Starch and dietary fibre are present in high amounts in both white and sweet potatoes. Starch provides your body with immense energy, enabling you to perform your daily tasks. As for fibre, it keeps your stomach full for a long time.
1 cup of white potato contains 10 grams of starch and 1.8 grams of fibre, while a similarly sized serving of sweet potato comes with 16.80 grams starch and 4 grams fibre. So when it comes to starch and fibre content, sweet potato is the clear winner.

2. Potassium content
Potassium is required by your body to aid the process of metabolism and to support the proper functioning of your nervous and muscular systems. When it comes to potassium, yet again sweet potatoes record a higher content. A regular cup of sweet potatoes contains 448 milligrams of potassium, while a cup of white potatoes contains 305 milligrams of the nutrient.

3. Vitamin content
Vitamin A plays a vital role in enhancing your vision and improving your immunity. Sweet potatoes are enriched with considerably larger amounts of vitamin A in comparison to white ones. Consumption of a cup of this spud in chopped form gives your body 18,869 IU or international units of vitamin A in comparison to the mere 6 IU contained in the same amount of white potatoes. Additionally, sweet potatoes prove to be superior in terms of vitamin C and B6 content as well, which provide for better metabolism and an enhanced nervous system.

So sweet potatoes are clearly better for your health than white ones. Moreover, their calorie content is also lower than that of white potatoes despite being sweet to taste.

This method is called safe period which is not very safe in avoiding pregnancy. In a woman with regular periods of 28 days safe days are considered 1 to 10 and 17-28. Those who have irregular periods or different interval have to go to family planning provider to count.

5 Really Simple Ways to Correct Your Sitting Posture

Does your work require you to sit for long hours? Following a bad sitting posture for a long time can cause a lot of health problems like depression, low energy levels, back or neck pain, fatigue, headache etc. But the good news is that you can correct these posture defects very easily by following a few simple tricks throughout the day. Here’s how.

1. Sit up straight
Sitting up straight is easy if you follow these simple rules.
a. Use an ergonomically designed chair made according to your height and weight as it will provide your body with the required support to sit straight. You can buy such a chair online from any leading furniture shopping website.
b. Ensure that your back remains aligned to the back of your chair to prevent slouching or leaning forward.
c. Try to keep your shoulders straight and squared, paired with an upright head and aligned neck, back, and heels, similar to your standing posture.

2. Ensure that your ears are in line with your shoulders
Use this small trick to maintain the correct posture throughout the day. Whenever you lean forward or backward too much, your ears won’t be in line with your shoulders and you will know that it’s a wrong posture.

3. Uncross your legs
The correct sitting posture requires you to keep your feet grounded. Be careful not to cross your legs and leave one of them hanging in front of you. If your feet find it difficult to reach the ground, you can use a footrest or a small stand for placing them.

4. Take the help of a lumbar support pillow
A lumbar support pillow is a cushion that has been designed to support your spine and help you maintain a straight sitting position. Every time you sit on the chair, the pillow ensures that you sit straight. You can roll up a thick towel and use it instead of a lumbar support pillow as well to get the same benefits.

5. Do some desk exercises at regular intervals
Exercising after sitting for long hours can help you to relax by loosening stiff muscles, besides having the added benefit of correcting your posture. Take small exercise breaks and try out the following workouts, while still sitting on your chair-
a. Maintain an upright position and raise your arms above your head, while ensuring that your elbows remain straight. Bend to your right first and then left, while keeping your fingers interlocked.
b. Extend your left leg forward, while remembering to keep your toes pointed towards the front. Change the position of your toes so that they point upward. Follow the same steps for 5 for times and then do the same with your right leg.

Maintaining a correct posture will not only keep you away from the health hazards of a bad posture, but will also enhance your appearance and increase your energy levels.

Hello, if you are getting regular menses , even though for 2 days , then these are your normal menses and for dysmenorrhoea you may use antispasmodics to counter the pain.

Apply some vaginal lubricant do enough of fore play- kissing, hugging and so on before the actual insertions, vagina will be well prepared to receive the penis. And no pain will be felt, insertion in to vagina from rear side - back side be tried. Good luck do not be afraid, nature will take care of every thing. If vagina can deliver a baby sex will not be a problem.

My wife is pregnant 16 weeks, she has undergone cervical length surgery (stitch) on 5th September 2016, at that time her cervical length was 2.8 cm and now it is 2.9 cm, will it be safe to travel by flight post 5th October 2016.

Hello, Once stitching has been done, there is not much to worry about. Before travelling, consult your obstetrician so that she can examine your wife and then give fitness to fly.
