Hello. Hair fall is due to change of weather and unhealthy dietary habits. Follow these steps to redice hair fall:- 1. Eat healthy diet like all green leafy veges, fresh fruits. Include green salad in your diet. 2. Drink plenty of water (10-12 glass daily). 3. Protein is good foor healthy hair. Its high in soya food and non veg. Take lean meat which is less in fat. 4. Nuts are also good for healthy body. Its rich in fiber. 5. Use mild shampoo and conditioner. 6. Curd is good for hair fall. Apply curd on hair after 1 week. It will also reduce hair fall. 7. Avoid stress. 8. Take 8 hrs good sleep. For weight loss:- 1. Avoid junk food and fried things. 2. Avoids sweets and carbonater drinks. 3. Take green tea 3 times a day. Avoid regular tea. 4. Start exercise daily. You can join gym also. If you do not want to go to gym then you can do jumping, running, skipping, brisk walk. 5. Reduce carbs in your diet. 6. Take dairy products. Health Tips For Control Of Hair Fall Hair fall is experienced by most individuals in their lifetime. Most of the time hair fall goe unnoticed if the density of hair is good. Patients experience the hair fall though they are taking good diet and infact water intake is normal and even if they do not have any significant systemic disease. 1.Don't go for hair straightening and vigrous heat treatments if you are having hair fall. Its a myth that straightening would prevent hair fall. 2.Cover your hair when you are taking steam, sauana,or hot water bath 3.Treat your hair as a baby and pamper them. Do not use harsh shampoos and soap instead use a mild medicated shampoo and conditioner and infact wash your hair minimum twice in a week 4. Do not comb the hair when they are wet, let them dry a bit before you comb 5. You can oil the hair 1 hr. Before shampooing or washing, no neec to apply oil overnight. 6.Males And females have different pattern of hair loss and needs seperate consideration and treatment. 7. Wash your hair preferrably with luke warm water, avoid using hard water or underground water for washing them. 8.Hair Fall May expose some areas if your scalp, try to change combing pattern and do not tie your hair very tight. 9. Anti hair fall shampoos and serums may be applied after consultation with the dermatologist Hair fall or loss is a multifactorial problem where hereditary along with environmental factors and diet play an important role. Iron deficiency along with essential things like biotin, vitamin A along with other nutrients have a major role to play. Serums,tablets along with specified shampoos and conditioners can also help. Most of the time, this loss is progressive and may take 4-6 months to respond to treatment. Sooner the treatment is started better are the results. Hi lybrate-user, try to rule out what is disturbing you and come away from that. Having hot shower at night, drink hot milk, or reading a book, listening to soothing music before go to bed might help.

Drink plenty of water-- at least 3 liters per day. Get urine examination done to rule out infection. Indication of infection will require treatment.

Commercially available fruit juices are the worst food choices as they have a high glycemic index instead eat whole fruits. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to. Weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there' s more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0. 5-1. 0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. I started exercise of brisk walking and after few days I started muscular tremors i.e while I am sleeping or resting my muscle bump ups my hands, feet and neck started blow up when I am sleeping or resting doctor has given Beta Blocker but that is not working. Hi lybrate-user here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Try to start your day early in the morning. Write down the things that you want to do during the day, and follow that routine. Have healthy food and on time. Have plenty of water. You need some physical exercise, like walk, jog, run, cycling, gym, yoga. Choose whatever you like and do it. This will help you in releasing your stress and when the body is tired it will help you in having a good sleep. It appears that you are having lots of tension/stress. Please try to analyse the causes and contributing factors of your stress. Try to search for best options to reduce this stress. Share your emotional burden with family and friends whom you trust. If all this does not help then talk to a counsellor who will help you in understanding and managing stress which will result in you having peace of mind and getting required sleep. All the best.

When Penis Sensitivity Is Impacted by Masturbation

With the easy availability of online porn, there has been an increase in concerns that aggressive masturbation by men may lead to a loss of penis sensitivity. Certainly, any man who cares about his penis health wishes to avoid such a situation. But is there evidence that this is actually occurring? And if so, what can a man do about it?

Lack of studies

At the moment, there isn't significant fact-based evidence to back up the theory that we are turning into a culture of penis-de-sensitized compulsive masturbators. Part of this is due to the fact that the kind of randomized clinical trials which are traditionally conducted to provide evidence are woefully lacking in this area (and in many areas involving sexual practices and their effects).

As a result, we are left to rely on unscientific online surveys (which tend to be unrepresentative of the general public and can be heavily influenced by a small group of people) and on anecdotal evidence (e.g., "Since three men I know have reported a loss of penis sensitivity and they masturbate a lot, it must be a trend all over the world.").

Whether loss of penis sensitivity is increasing or not,, it always pays to know some strategies for helping to deal with this, in the event that a man finds it is happening to him.

Strategies

Some of these strategies include:

- Stop masturbating so much. A no-brainer, of course, but if a man believes his masturbation is "deadening" his penis and decreasing his sexual enjoyment, his best recourse is to decrease the frequency of his fondling. In some cases, this may mean cutting back; a man who masturbates daily may want to try masturbating every other day instead, for example. But sometimes it may mean taking a "masturbation vacation" and stopping self-groping for a week or two, until the penis has time to heal and get back in shape for more action. Of course, sometimes stopping masturbation can be challenging, especially for a dedicated masturbator - but it can be worth it.

- Ease up a bit. Often the problem is not how often one masturbates but how aggressively one does so. For example, some men really get caught up in a frenzy and may subject to their penis to unduly rough handling while masturbating. This can cause peripheral nerve damage that seriously diminishes penis sensitivity. Alternatively, a man may use a seriously tight "death grip" while self-handling, or may take too literally the phrase "beating off" and actually pound his penis. Learning to be more gentle with the penis can pay off with a return of penile sensation.

- Lube up a bit. The excessive friction from aggressive masturbation can be duplicated if a guy masturbates more gently but does not use sufficient lubrication. Many men like to go with "raw handling," using only the lubrication that the penis naturally provides. But this often is not sufficient, especially when masturbating for an extended period of time. Utilizing an appropriate lubricant helps prevent damage and maintain sensitivity.

- Switch things up. Sometimes it can also help to add some variety to the masturbation routine. For instance, if a man typically masturbates with the right hand, he might try using the left occasionally. If he focuses almost exclusively on the head of the penis, he may try to incorporate rubbing the shaft. Incorporating a sex toy, such as a fake vaginal toy, might be beneficial. Going a different way can help those areas of the penis which have been de-sensitized to rest and replenish.

Use an appropriate penis health crème. Perhaps most important of all, a man should really attack loss of penis sensitivity through masturbation by finding and using a quality penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). The crème must contain a neuroprotective ingredient which fights peripheral nerve damage; acetyl L carnitine is a first rate choice in this category and can help to heal the penis and restore lost feeling. If the crème also contains a combination of hydrators (such as Shea butter and vitamin E) to moisturize the skin and restore suppleness, so much the better.

You must do sonography firsh. Meanwhile I suggest you following remedies first of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5.
