Apply lip balm before you sleep. If possible, use balms containing shea or cocoa butter. Never peel off the dead dry skin from the lips, instead clean it with a cotton ball soaked in warm water or with the help of soft bristled toothbrush. Never lick or bite the skin of lips.

Do the frequent changes in the season really affect your body and food habits?

A big YES!

Selection of appropriate food according to seasonal change is very important for staying healthy. In modern times, most fresh fruits and veggies are available round the year, however, the nutritional content is much less in the non-seasonal fruits and vegetables. An update of your eating habits consistently is a must to stimulate energy level of your body.

Here are some key dietary behaviors that must be considered while choosing the perfect diet plan for different seasons-

- Cherish the novelty of Spring
In spring, the green leafy vegetables with their fresh, tender leaves represent the arrival of the new season. These must be added to your menu that must include such lettuce, parsley, spinach, basil and fruits like strawberries, apricot, blueberries, peaches, and cherries etc. Try to consume less amount of salt in this season.

- Take delight in the cool squash of Summer
Due to excessive heat in the summers, it is recommended to adhere to the watery, cool and light diet. Include seasonal fruits like watermelon, plums, melons, cherries, vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumber, mint etc in your regular diet. Restore your energy with cool, refreshing drinks such as fresh juices, coconut water, milk shakes etc. Drink lots and lots of water during the summers.

- Relish the freshness of raindrops
The Monsoon season comes with lots of lip smacking food items. In this season, many people face dyspepsia problems so pick up foods that are easily digestible. Avoid consumption of watery foods, heavy meals, meat and fish. Eat gram flour, brown rice, barley, corn, oats, garlic, ginger, turmeric, yogurt and fruits like pomegranate and apple.

- Savor the crisp sunshine of Autumn
Consumption of warm harvest food products is appropriate for this season. Veggies like onion, fenugreek, garlic, pumpkin and fruits such as banana, pears, apple, cranberries work well in this season. Spices, nuts and seasonings like cinnamon, mustard seeds, walnuts, and peppercorns are a must in the autumn months.

- Enjoy the warmness of Winter season
As soon as the cold winter seeps in, you must eat warm nutritional foods. In the winter months, the guiding principle is that the foods that are slow to grow are more warming than the ones that grow rather quickly. This means you can take foods like lamb, fish and chicken and root vegetables like onion, garlic, potato and carrots. You can also take sesame, corn, fenugreek and milk products that are good sources of nutrition.

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated. Take cap cobadex z once daily after food for 15 days and revert.

Hye. Thanks for the query. The Zika virus disease can cause fever, rash, joint pain, and redness in the whites of the eye. But most people won’t know they have it. Though some people have no symptoms at all. The virus rarely causes major complications, but in rare cases, Zika has been associated with Guillain-Barre syndrome, a disorder that can cause partial or complete paralysis, usually starting in the legs, most often temporary. Zika, dengue fever, chikungunya, or West Nile virus, all can cause a variety of flu-like symptoms that range in severity and can last from a few days to more than a week. There’s no treatment, but most people with symptoms do well with medications for aches and pains. The disease usually runs its course within a week or so.

Hello David you have nicely wrote that if your exam phobia goes your interest in studies may also go. Well it is true but in correct sense if exam phobia goes then actually you won't take your exams seriously, which can worsen your performance. There will be always tension for any exam and it can't be erased. But our job is to make it not go out of bounds.Well my advice to you is plan early for exam, Reading daily, Revise topics regularly which is very important. Take adequate breaks, take notes, use sticks notes, eat healthy, sleep well, avoid bad habits and enjoy your time with family and friends.

Do regular exercise like swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,plank,squat.Eat small amount of foods.Do not skip meals.Take lots of watery fruits,vegetables.Use unrefined foods.No sugar,sweetened juice.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Take extra protein for weight loss program.Take yogurt,dates everyday.Use small amount of healthy fat in cooking.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Drink lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning.These will help you.

*. Take protective measures when you have to expose to abnormal weather
*. Change from heat to cold and cold to heat should be gradual and not sudden. For example, when you come home after exposing to very hot weather, don't gulp ice cool fridge water immediately. Drinking normal water is better.
*. Avoid sources of infection-mosquito bites, moving with infected people
* maintain personal hygiene and keep your surroundings clean.
*. Drinking lots of water is good. Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits.

. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Wash your feet in warm salt water and apply vaseline time to time on the cracked area and wear socks. When the pain goes and it is heeled, try to remove the dead skin using pumice stone, and apply thick moisturiser.

Dear Lybrate User, If you do not masturbate when you attain erection then you may notice the secretion of a sticky colorless fluid from your penis as your penis gets flaccid. This is called Retrograde Ejaculation & it is a normal phenomenon. But if you experience secretion of sticky colorless fluid from your penis as soon you attain erection then you are surely suffering from Spermatorrhoea. Another symptom of Spermatorrhea is involuntary emission of semen from penis while applying pressure during defecation of stool. This symptom is mainly noticed after stopping the habit of masturbation. Continue the following medications for at least 30 days to get rid of your problem of Spermatorrhoea:- 1) Take 5 drops of Homoeopathic STAPHYSAGRIA 30, thrice daily, in empty stomach. 2) Take 30 drops of Homoeopathic Mother Tincture ACID PHOS Q in a cup of water daily after breakfast. 3) Take 30 drops of Homeopathic Mother Tincture NUPHAR LUTEA Q in a cup of water daily after lunch. 4) Take 30 drops of Homoeopathic Mother Tincture WITHANIA SOMNIFERA Q in a cup of water daily after dinner.
