Hi doctors, My mother felt a pain in abdomen last week and we took her to near by hospital where 3 small stones were diagnosed by doctor in pancreas nd was kept in observation for 1 night when we took her back home pain started again and we admitted her again in hospital then doctors said she has swelling in pancreas and need to b admitted in hospital for couple of days. Now its being 4 days since she was admitted they gave her antibiotics and infusions as well continuously but no any results and relief in pain and doctor keep saying only 1 thing she has infection and swelling in pancreas they come and see the prescription and say she has swelling and will be cured slowly continue the medication and keep her admitted but my mum does not feel any relief. They give her pain relief injection for pain which lasts for couple of hours and pain stars again. Can you advise what is the issue. Sho5ul we change the hospital or it takes time as I said there is no relief in pain.

Stone in pancreas, and swelling in pancreas is something to be careful as pancreatitits may lead to further complications. It will take time to relieve. Keep on with advise of the same doctor who is look after her. In between you can give her homoepathic medicine to relieve her pain and suffering. Get (Iris versicolor 30/ 2dram and Spongia 30/ 2dram) and give 3 pills each half houlry to be taken by mouth chewing without water.

You need to focus on your lifestyle with changes in eating pattern and physical activity. Try to look into the factors which caused the weight gain n that will help you find answers to how you would lose weight. Diet plays 80 % role in a weight loss regime and rest is exercise. If you make necessary dietary changes and combine it with 30 -40 min walk / exercise you can easily shed weight. You need to correct your diet wherever it’s going wrong. Focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only. Avoid simple sugars completely. HelloLybrateUser, Oily scalp occurs because of either improper care of hair or due to deficiency of vitamins & minerals. Try to wash your hair after every 2-3 days. Dear user, in various kinds of salts, saindhav namak is good for health according to Ayurveda but it is not necessary to take it with water in the morning water intake in the morning with out thirst may lead to various diseases of gastro intestinal, it hampers hunger, have a bad effect on bones etc. One should avoid such kind of habits slowly if he feels thirsty in the morning advise to take of some sips of water, instead of a glass thank ylu.

  2. Neck: “Men and women both love getting kissed and licked on the neck, especially the lower side, towards the collar bone,” says Shah. 
  3. Inner thigh: Thighs, inner thighs especially, are another sensitive zone of the human body. Graze the inner thigh with your finger nails or let your hands glide over them. Use aromatic oil, moisturiser or water-based gels to massage for some guaranteed-to-excite action. 
  4. Feet: While gently tickling your partner’s feet is bound to excite, playing and licking the toes can be very arousing too. Gently nibble the base of the toes to heighten the excitement. 
  5. Lower belly: The navel and the area below is a very sensitive zone. A favourite with love-making scenes in the movies, take it slow here as you walk your fingers around the navel and below. Move downwards slowly and gently lick the navel and wait for the moans of pleasure. 
  6. Armpit: "Rubbing ice, feather touches or even pouring chocolate over this area and licking it can ratchet up the excitement," suggests Shah. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a sexologist.

1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% fat, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /8-10 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress 8. Avoid smoking, consumption of tobacco and Alcohol.

Hi,Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Avoid all outside food that includes junk, processed food as well as food items that are oily, sugary, or salty. Instead eat home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat a protein rich breakfast every morning. Drink plenty of water throughout the day; especially before meals. Exercise at least 5 days a week, 30 minutes each time. We are here to guide you.
