It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. This is due to the improper posture as while sitting in front of the computer it leads to back pain. This is due to the improper posture as while sitting in front of the computer it leads to back pain and also due to stress you might get head ache. We suggest general back mobilization exercises that would reduce the stress falling on the lower back and that also helps you to improve the blood circulation. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having pain in the joints.

Mr. Lybrate-user its only fron 3 days do not worry. Apply heat fermentation along with diclofenac ointment twice a day. If not you can also take ultrasonic therapy to reduce pain.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Hi Sir, From nearly a month, I have frequent pain in finger joint. I feel pain while folding fingers but have nothing when pressed one. Similarly, I also feel in my leg fingers. Sometime (but not always), I feel sudden pinch in knee joint and goes away. No recent accidents. Had calcium, PTH test all seems to be normal. I suspect, if mentioned are signs of arthritis. Appreciate your response and suggestions.

• Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation. • Gentle Stretching of Hand Muscles. • Ball exercises. • Wrist Exerciser.

Hi. Backpain is a common problem. It is mainly due to bad posture and activities like bad reading position, bad chairs n bad bed etc. Stand and walk upright without stooping. Sit in a proper chair. Take 5-10 min breaks every 2 hrs. Sleep on a flat bed. Do exercise daily. While sleeping keep a rolled towel under your knees. Back pain gets relieved by lifestyle modifications. Thank you.

It is commonly seen in if someone is having Affected arm Muscular Imbalance or Nerve impingement such as in cases like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Pronator Teres Syndrome, Upper Trapezius Tightness, UCS, improper nerve supply to your arms and hand which goes from the neck can also be the cause behind your weakness.
