I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

The best way to avoid these health problems is to maintain a healthy weight. And the keys to healthy weight are regular exercise and good eating habits. To stay active, try to exercise 30 to 60 minutes every day. Your exercise doesn’t have to be hard. Walking, swimming, and stretching are all good ways to burn calories and can help you stay fit. Try these activities to get moving: Go outside for a walk. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk or bike to places (such as school or a friend’s house) instead of driving. If you have to drive somewhere, park farther away than you need to and walk the extra distance. Tackle those household chores, such as vacuuming, washing the car, or cleaning the bathroom – they all burn calories. Alternate activities so you don’t get bored: Try running, biking, skating. Limit your time watching TV or playing video games; even reading a book burns more energy. Go dancing — it can burn more than 300 calories an hour! Eating well doesn’t mean dieting over and over again to lose a few pounds. Instead, try to make healthy choices every day. Soft drinks, fruit juices, and sports drinks are loaded with sugar; drink fat-free or low-fat milk or water instead. Eat ample amount of fruit and vegetables every day. Eat a healthy breakfast every day. Don’t eat meals or snacks while watching TV because you’ll probably end up eating more than you intend to. Pay attention to the portion sizes of what you eat. If you want a snack, try carrot sticks, a piece of fruit, or a piece of whole-grain toastinstead of processed foods like chips and crackers, which can be loaded with fat and calories. Eat when you’re hungry, not when you’re bored or because you can’t think of anything else to do.

Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you: practice good oral hygiene. Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. Don't forget to brush the tongue, too. Replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. Use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. See your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor. Drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. Chewing gum (preferably sugarless) stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria.

Dear lybrate-user, one of the major nutritional substance required for human body is carbohydrate. We take carbohydrate in the form of rice, wheat, sugar etc. The complex molecules of carbohydrate are broken down into simple glucose molecules during digestion & released in the blood stream to be absorbed by the muscle cells. Insulin hormone plays a vital role in the absorption of the glucose molecules by the muscle cells. In abnormal conditions, either due to less production of insulin or due to resistance to insulin, the process of absorption of glucose by the muscles comes to a stand still. The glucose molecules remains in the bloodstream which results in the increase in the blood sugar level. This abnormal condition is clinically known as diabetes mellitus. Once a patient is diagnosed with diabetes he has to take regular medicine to keep his blood sugar level within normal limits. Your brother can take homoeopathic mother tincture gymnemna sylvestra q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Also he needs to walk at least 1 hour daily without any interval. Also he needs to take a low carbohydrate rich diet & avoid rice, sweet dishes, fruits, cold drinks, fast foods, alcoholic beverages, potato etc.

Hi there are some contraindications otherwise absolutely you can by adopting proper hygiene and adopting comfortable positions. Men on top, esply applying weight on her tommy should be avoided as pregnancy continues. It should be comfortable to both of you. Hello, your weight should be around 65 kgs.follow the below tips to lose the weight. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. *Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. * Do Surya Namaskar , yoga asans like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose),Vajrasana (Diamond Pose), Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose), Matsyasana (Fish Pose) * avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. *drink plenty of water daily. *Eat good quantity of green vegetables, salad and fruits.

Twelve hours is too much take rest in between. Strech back. Refresh you r self. Do not preoccupied with pain. But do not. Ignore. Take hot water fomentation daily. At home surrounding pain area. Check for ergonomical designs of chair desk. Computer level. Adjusted. With you r height. While working keep you r feets. On the ground. Do back excs. Such as cat and camel. Straight leg raising. Surya namskar. Hip extension. Abdominal excs. 20 counts twice a day. For one month. If pain persist visit occupational therapist. In you r area.

Hi lybrate-user, it seems you have dissociation along with depression. Dissociation is a common phenomenon. Most people will experience dissociation at some point in their lives. It becomes a disorder, like in dissociative identity disorder (DID), when it is so frequent or severe that it interrupts a person’s daily life. One common technique used for dissociation is called grounding. It is a technique that helps a person regain connection with his or her physical body. This may often end the dissociation, or will at least make it more bearable. When a person dissociates, he or she may practice the technique of grounding. There are many different ways to practice grounding. The main idea is to do something that brings a person back in touch with his or her body. Use physical sensations. Try touching the table, feeling the grass, or smelling a flower. Doing activities that enhance your physical sensations will help you to come back to a solid state. It has helped me to wash my face with water, or hold a couple of ice cubes. Speak truths out loud. It has been helpful for me to try to speak the truth out loud. This can be things like, “I am 31 years old,” or “I live in Indianapolis.” This will help to make sense of the reality that the person lives in, as we can often get confused about our lives when we dissociate. Try laughter. This is a big one. If you’re alone, try turning on some comedy on YouTube. If you are with a trusted friend, try asking them to make you laugh. Better yet, tell your loved ones ahead of time that laughter helps when you dissociate. It will help you to feel your internal body, it will lighten the seriousness of the situation, and it may bring you out of dissociation. Overall, be patient with yourself. Grounding techniques take practice and may feel unusual in the initial moments. Remember that dissociation is not usually dangerous and that it will pass. I would suggest you to consult a psychologist. You can consult with me too. All the best.

Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals etc. It may be due to some internal weakness also. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs. Too much shampooing can lead to more hair fall. Start using amla bhringraj oil on your dry scalp. This will increase the density & stop hair fall. Eat amla (indian gooseberry) in daily routine in any form whether it is candies, juice or raw. This habit will help in hair re-growth. Amla is a good source of many vitamins & it also increases absorption of iron from gut. For females above 40 years of age iron, calcium is must for stopping hair fall. Avoid using comb in wet hairs.
