Causes of bad smell - If you don’t wash your penis every day, a cheesy-looking substance called smegma can build up. Smegma is a natural lubricant that keeps the penis moist. [use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, tvs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. First thing you should do is to get rid off anxiety and stress as those are main offenders in many. You can try any of the following methods. You can do squeeze and stop technique. You can stimulate your partner to maximum before getting yourself stimulated. You can deviate your thought to something nonsexual when you about to near ejaculation. You can put on a condom or condom with anesthetic which will decrease the excessive stimulation on penis and there by prevent premature ejaculation.Hope this may help you. Dear lybrate-user. A) take 20 ml himcocid liquid before meal. B) take 2-2 tablets of chitrakadi vati and leelavilas rasa after meals. C) take 20 ml of audumbaravleha after meals d) take 1 tablets of kapila-aaragwadha vati and 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result.

You are absolutely right that the stress is causing much of your distraction. Meet a counselor and seek some help for the stress. In the meantime do the following sincerely: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning, at least, five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food. You may also include these noted foods that are good for your brain health: Brain-Friendly Foods MIND stands for Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay. But the MIND approach “specifically includes foods and nutrients that medical literature and data show to be good for the brain, such as berries,” says Martha Clare Morris, ScD, director of nutrition and nutritional epidemiology at Rush University Medical Center. You eat things from these 10 food groups: • Green leafy vegetables (like spinach and salad greens): At least six servings a week • Other vegetables: At least one a day • Nuts: Five servings a week • Berries: Two or more servings a week • Beans: At least three servings a week • Whole grains: Three or more servings a day • Fish: Once a week • Poultry (like chicken or turkey): Two times a week • Olive oil: Use it as your main cooking oil. • Wine: One glass a day You avoid: • Red meat: Less than four servings a week • Butter and margarine: Less than a tablespoon daily • Cheese: Less than one serving a week • Pastries and sweets: Less than five servings a week • Fried or fast food: Less than one serving a week

I am a 29 years old male, I have been having sleep related issues. For about 3 weeks now, my sleep has been very disturbed. I have no issues falling asleep, but i am getting up in 2-3 hours in general, and unable to sleep later. Could you suggest where should I check. For solution. Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. Add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of honey with 1 cup of warm milk. Drink before going to bed. Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily in the morning to reduce headache. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cumin on a sliced banana. Eat at night regularly. U can take mentat syrup 2 tsf daily morning and evening. with water 30 min after meals.

Hello in ayurved its called krumi. Usually you should take ayurved medicine for this. As it will not have recurrence also. Advice 1) stop jaggery, sweet, chocolate for 1 month 2) take 2 figs every morning 3) papaya and pineaple is good for worms so you can have anyone of them for 15 days this 3 advice will reduce it fast. Dear lybrate user, you have stomach pain and allerdy there are two problems. The root cause of both your problem is digestive system problem means weakness in digestion. You need to make poweful your digestive system. For that. Take green leafy vegetables more which are easy to digest. As well as they contain vitamins, minerals etc. Fibres are very good to purify our blood. Purification of blood lead to good digestive health. Don't take fast food, junk food, oliy food, spicy food, chinese, panjabi, rice, potato, cold drinks, ice cream, vada pau etc food which are heavy in digest. Drink more water 3 litres per day. Regular walking for an hour 5 days in a week. Manage the stress and anger. It is also necessary. Don't supress natural urges like stool, urine etc. Don't take opposite potency diet like milk and carrots, milk and sour fruits etc. Regular yogasana / pranayam / exercise / deep breathing can also help you. Take zinger and lemon juice before half an hour of taking meal. Your second problem regarding allergies. There suggest your lower immunity level. And to improve your immunity level you must make your digestive system powerful. So follow above instructions.
