Uterus can have 3 positions, mid position / forward bending (anteverted) most common / backward bending (retoverted). There is 1 cm size fibroid in the wall of the uterus. You have not mentioned size of cyst in the left ovary, I presume it is small irregular, post ovulatory is not important. Endometrium is normal. Minimal fluid in pouch of duglas (pod) is normal. If your menses are regular then there is no cause for worry. The 1cm size fibroid needs to be observed once in a year to watch for any increase in size by ultrasound.

Remember 5 days before periods and 5 days after periods is relatively safe period to have sex. In this chances of pregnancy is very less to negligible. Early ejaculation or premature ejaculation is a common problem and most indians have it. It happens because you are not able to control your excitement when you go for sex. By the time you start to sex with your partner, your peak is near and you get discharged soon. Males usually have 3 minutes from arousal to discharge. Females take 10-15 minutes to get aroused. So how to match both. Learn to desensitize or control your emotions a little by thinking some thing else while you do fore play on your partner. You can increase the time of foreplay and that will you be satisfied that you are spending enough time in bed. When about 10-15 minutes have passed then think of yourself and you will charged immediately in a second. Then do sex then. If you have proper desires then erection will too be good. If negative thoughts are there then erection will not be good. For insertion take help of some lubrication but if you have good desires and foreplay is good, lubrication come automatically. Ask your wife to help in getting insertion. Changing of positions also helps in proper insertion and lasting & satisfying sex. Your diet should consist of is fresh fruits what ever available and similarly fresh vegetables and one hour of jogging or brisk walking every morning. This will keep you sexually active.

5 Major Symptoms of Liver Problems

Liver is the largest internal organ of our body and plays an indispensable role in a number of important body functions such as blood detoxification, glucose storage, storage of iron and vitamins etc. Liver disease, commonly known as hepatic disease affects a large part of the liver tissue and can be treated effectively if detected while it is in its initial stages.
Here are five major symptoms of liver disease which you must watch out for:
1. Weight loss: Rapid loss of weight is the most common and noticeable symptom of liver disease. If you feel that you have lost an extra couple of kilos within the span of a few months, you should definitely consult your doctor and get a check-up done.
2. Fatigue and weakness: This is usually accompanied by weight loss. As the body loses fat, it tends to become lethargic, low on energy and fragile. Feeling tired at all times and witnessing a reduced stamina can be signs of liver disease.
3. Tendency to easily get bruised: Liver disease affects at least three quarters of the liver tissue which makes your body susceptible to bruises, cuts and wounds. The skin becomes fragile and is thus damaged easily at the slightest provocation. Moreover, once bruised, it also takes a longer time to heal than normal, as the generation of new tissues is erratic and takes longer amount of time.
4. Darker than normal urine: This is another early warning sign of an impending liver disease which can easily be noticed. If you are noticing urine which is dark yellow in colour and this happens continuously for a couple of days, it is in your best interests to consult a doctor at the earliest.
5. Swelling and pain in the abdomen: Abdominal pain is often dismissed as being trivial and occasional but is a definite symptom of liver disease. If you are experiencing severe pain and swelling in the area, make sure to get a doctor’s opinion.

Hi..as such no need of treatment for head sweating . For joint pain ,mostly ur doctor has started calcium supplementation, remaining requirement can be fullfiled by taking Milk 2times other calcium continuing food like soyabeen n ghee. Avoid taking painkiller.

Diet Chart For Diabetes Patient

 

In India 61 million people are victims of diabetes.

Diabetes disease related to metabolic, in which oxidation of carbohydrates and glucose is not fully detected. Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder in which the body fails to convert sugars, starches and other foods into energy. Many of the foods you eat are normally converted into a type of sugar called glucose during digestion. The bloodstream then carries glucose through the body. The hormone, insulin, then turns glucose into quick energy or is stored for futher use. In diabetic people, the body either does not make enough insulin or it cannot use the insulin correctly. This is why too much glucose builds in the bloodstream.

The main reason is irregular meal, mental stress, lack of exercise.
There are two major types of diabetes:

1. Type 1
This is popularly known as juvenile onset diabetes.
Here, the body produces little or no insulin. It occurs most often in childhood or in the teens and could be inherited.
People with this type of diabetes need daily injections of insulin. They must balance their daily intake of food and activities carefully with their insulin shots to stay alive.


2. Type 2
Also known as adult onset diabetes, this occurs around 35 to 40 years. The more common of the two types, it accounts for about 80 per cent of the diabetics.
Here, though the pancreas produce adequate insulin, body cells show reduced sensitivity towards it.
Type 2 diabetes is usually triggered by obesity. The best way to fight it is by weight loss, exercise and dietary control.
Sometimes, oral medication or insulin injections are also needed.

Symptoms of diabetes
    Extreme thirst and hunger
    Frequent urination
    Sores or bruises that heal slowly
    Dry, itchy skin
    Unexplained weight loss
    Unusual tiredness or drowsiness
    Tingling or numbness in the hands or feetsymptoms of diabetes

The role of diet in diabetes
Meal of diabetic patient is depending on calories. Which decides on it s age, weight, gender, height, working etc. Depending on each person s different   different dietary chart is created. We must take special care of time and amount of food in diabetes. Here we are giving diet chart for general diabetes patient.

Diabetes diet chart:
Morning at 6:   teaspoon fenugreek (methi) powder + water. 
Morning at 7: 1 cup sugar free tea + 1-2 mary biscuits.
Morning at 8.30: 1 plate upma or oatmeal + half bowl sprouted grains + 100ml cream-free milk without sugar
Morning at 10.30: 1 small fruit or 1 cup thin and sugar free buttermilk or lemon water
Lunch at 1: 2 roti of mixed flour, 1 bowl rice, 1 bowl pulse, 1 bowl yogurt, half cup soybean or cheese vegetable, half bowl green vegetable, one plate salad
4 pm: 1 cup tea without sugar + 1-2 less sugar biscuits or toast
6 pm: 1 cup soup
8.30 pm: 2 roti of mixed flour, 1 bowl rice, 1 bowl pulse, half bowl green vegetable, one plate salad
10.30 pm: take 1 cup cream -free milk without sugar.
When you feel hungry intake raw vegetables, salad, black tea, soups, thin buttermilk, lemon water.

Avoid it: molasses, sugar, honey, sweets, dry fruits.

Foods you must avoid!

I. Salt: salt is the greatest culprit for diabetics. You get enough salt from vegetables in inorganic form, so reduce the intake of inorganic salt.

II. Sugar: sucrose, a table sugar, provides nothing but calories and carbohydrates. Also, you need calcium to digest sucrose. Insufficient sucrose intake might lead to calcium being leached off the bones. Substitute sucrose with natural sugar, like honey, jaggery (gur), etc.

III. Fat: excessive fat intake is definitely not a good habit. Try and exclude fried items from your diet totally. But, remember, you must have a small quantity of oil to absorb fat-soluble vitamins, especially vitamin e.

IV. For non-vegetarians
Try and stop the intake of red meat completely. Try to go in for a vegetarian diet. If you cannot, decrease the consumption of eggs and poultry.
You can, however, eat lean fish two to three times a week.

V. Whole milk and products

Try to switch to low fat milk and its products like yogurt (curd).

Replace high fat cheese with low fat cottage cheese.

VI. Tea and coffee

Do not have than two cups of the conventional tea or decaffeinated coffee every day.

Try to switch to herbal teas.

VII. White flour and its products

Replace these with whole grains, wholewheat or soya breads and unpolished rice.

VIII. Foods with a high glycemic index

Avoid white rice, potatoes, carrots, breads and banana -- they increase the blood-sugar levels. 

Advice for diabetes patient:
    35-40 minute faster walk every day.
    Diabetic person should eat food between times intervals like take breakfast in morning, lunch, some snakes and dinner.
    Avoid oily food.
    Intake more fiber foods in meals. It increases glucose level gradually in blood and keeps control.
    Do not take fast and also don t go much party.
    Diabetic person should eat food slowly.
    
 Calorific requirement:
 
 An obese middle aged or elderly patient with mild diabetes 1000 -1600 kcal.
 An elderly diabetic but not over weight  1400 -1800 kcal.
 A young active diabetic  1800 -3000 kcal.
 Daily intake of carbohydrate: 1/10th of total calories approximately  180gm.
 Daily intake of protein: 60gm to 110gm.
 Daily intake of fat: 50gm to 150gm.

has the embryo been implanted? grade 2 is a good sign . control you cough and asthma as violent cough will go against implantation , get back with more details about when embryo will be implanted , if none done so far . chance of getting pregnant again with grade 2 embryo are good , rest is post implantation care which you have to take care of , total bed rest and no exertion.

I am a 26yrs old female. With gradual increase in age, facing bleeding problems. Like sometimes, my gums start bleeding, it's so fragile. During my menstrual cycle, occasionally, bleeding starts from my nose for initial 1 to 2 days only, along with menstrual bleed. Also having c/o. Over time, we have caused tremendous harm to our immune system. Day in and day out, we have potentially risked our lives by being so casual with our health choices. But still, is it possible to leverage some of this burden and thus make our immune system stronger? What if we incorporate some healthy habits into our daily regime? What if we improvise on our diet? Take certain additional vitamin supplements perhaps? Make other lifestyle changes in the hope of achieving a near-perfect immune system?

What exactly is the Immune System?

The immune system in layman language can be considered as a protective cover of the human health system. We are surrounded by millions of pathogens (disease causing germs) that have the ability to enter into the body and cause damage to it. Here comes in the importance of the immune system, the body’s natural shield against these pathogens.

How can you boost your Immunity?

You definitely cannot evade all the pathogens and get a top-notch, impeccable immune system, but you can at least try and listen to what your body has to say, and take steps accordingly.

The first and foremost protective measure can be to follow certain general good-health guidelines.

  1. Do not smoke. There can be no compromise on this issue. Smoking or consuming tobacco in any form brings about a host of health complications; the most pronounced of them all is probably cancer. Smoking, in more ways than one, can spell real trouble for your immune system. So better cut down on your puffs or gear up to face the various medical banes of smoking.

  2. Eat a diet which is rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and low in saturated fat. Some examples may include citrus fruits, green leafy vegetables such as spinach or lettuce, yoghurt, almonds, lean meat. Sipping on green tea thrice a day is a wise choice in this regard. These measures not only strengthen the immune system but also enhance the Immune System.

  3. Drink plenty of water. Water keeps the body hydrated, the ultimate prerequisite for a strong immune system. It helps to flush out all the toxins and ensures that the cells get the optimum levels of oxygen. Drinking a glass of lukewarm water mixed with honey and lemon on an empty stomach after getting up in the morning can prove to be one of the best health choices that you can make for your body.

  4. If you drink alcohol, drink only in moderation. Excessive alcohol consumption causes dehydration and it can deprive your body of the valuable immunity boosting nutrients. It also impairs the body’s ability to fight off germs and infections.

  5. Get adequate sleep. One reason behind stressing on the need to get adequate sleep is because it’s so closely linked to the immune system. While you sleep, the body secretes certain hormones and substances which help better fight infections and diseases. This makes these hormones so vital and indispensable at the same time. So now you know what wonders can those 8 hours of sleep do to you.

  6. Exercise Regularly. If you're looking for a safe and smart way to boost your immunity, regular exercise is the answer to it. But we are not talking about being an ardent, hard-core gym-junkie; rather exercising in moderate amounts would suffice. Cardiovascular exercises such as walking or swimming, performed 30-45 minutes a day, can prove to be very beneficial.

Including good hygiene habits in your daily routine, such as washing your hands properly, bathing and brushing your teeth daily, etc. can be useful as well. Good sanitary habits can be the most basic way to ward off infections at the germination stage. Hi lybrate-user, there are 15-20% chances of conception in one cycle. However if you are trying for one year & not getting pregnancy, consult your nearby gynecologist for local examination & get investigated for tsh, prolactin & tubal patency. Your husband should also get investigated for husband semen analysis. Take care.

Yes you can have sex without being getting pregnant, but it's not 100%safe method. But you need to do is ejaculation outside intoitus. But preejaculate may have sperms.

Increasing amounts of research are demonstrating the importance of an active lifestyle. Unfortunately, common myths would have us believe that as we age, our bodies become less able to fulfill the active lifestyle that we would want. While there are many examples of unique individuals who are yoga teachers, weight lifters, marathon runners and athletes well into their older age, they are often presented to us in the media as unusual examples that are all but attainable.

Nothing could be further from the truth, however. We are all designed to have the ability to live an active lifestyle for most if not all of our lives. This may not mean being extreme athletes for most of us, but being active doesn?t have to mean spending all of your free time at the gym or dieting. Some people do suffer from chronic health conditions as they are, and this should of course be taken into consideration when choosing an exercise routine that is adapted to those conditions.

Choosing the Right Active Lifestyle

Living an active lifestyle doesn?t have to mean signing up for the gym or a triathlon if you have arthritis, nor does it have to mean being a weightlifter if you?ve got chronic pain. It is important to choose an activity lifestyle that fits with any conditions that come up as you age. Low impact sports like swimming, aquafitness, yoga and pilates can be excellent choices for an aging body that requires a gentle entry into a new active regime.

If you?ve never been a runner, it may not be wise to start signing up for a marathon, but you can start building with some walks around the block and eventually, start jogging part of the way and then maybe running. Cycling can be an excellent way to improve your health and activity levels without worrying about impact on the joints. You can ride a bike outside, or use the elliptical as a great, safe exercise tool.

Reducing Screen Time

Most individuals in today?s society spend the majority of their time in front of a screen. Not only is this detrimental to our social connections, but it promotes a sedentary lifestyle. If you have a physical job, then it may be that in your off time you spend a large amount of time watching television, movies, or even playing video games.

There are now options in the marketplace to make screen time overlap easily with activity time, such as stationary machines that can be purchased for home, as well as video games like the Wii Fit by Nintendo that allows people to work activities in the comfort of their home. This can be especially great for winter time, but it?s not necessary to spend a lot of money getting active. There are many free resources Online that you can follow exercise instructors routines or design your own home workout to do with very little equipment and space. For example, sometimes all you need is a yoga mat and you can do squats, plants and push-ups in your living room!

Run Toward an Active Lifestyle

There are so many short term benefits to exercise, like increasing heart rate and production of endorphins, which improves mental and emotional health; moving the fluids through the body which improves circulation, as well as general muscle strength and flexibility. In addition to this, long term benefits to maintaining an active lifestyle also include reducing the risk of cancer, heart disease, Alzheimer?s, adult onset of diabetes, arthritis and osteoporosis. With so many reasons to stay active in life, how can one continue to avoid working out?

It?s important to start building activity into the lifestyle when we are young, so that as the body begins to age we are not playing catch-up with all our health conditions.

Yes. Anomaly scan should be performed between 22 and 24 weeks. Sometimes, small VSD may be missed on USG.
