Phimosis is a painful condition that makes it difficult to retract the foreskin of the penis. It occurs in boys and men who have not undergone circumcision (removal of the foreskin covering the tip of the penis). Tissue damage can occur if the foreskin is forcibly retracted. Phimosis is common in newborn males because the skin covering the tip of the penis is still tight and less pliable, and it is fairly normal for most babies and toddlers to have initial difficulties with retracting the foreskin. Phimosis typically resolves or improves on its own with age. Most boys can retract their foreskin completely by the age of eyes. Another condition affecting the foreskin is called paraphimosis, in which repositioning of the foreskin to the unretracted position is not possible, and this limits or stops blood flow to the penis. It is a more serious condition because it affects blood supply and must be treated in an emergency setting. Phimosis, if present since birth, is purely a surgical condition. But if it develops in later age due to any inflammation/infection then there are many homeopathic medicines like Merc. Iod. Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. Your BMI is 37.4. You have to persist with a low carbohydrate and low fat high protien diet. Stop all cereals, sugar, bakery products and desserts. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

I am 28 years old male and have skin itching problem when I am taking somespecified foods like milk, eggs, wheat, and some other good (not cleared) for last 4years. That time I used atarax 10 mgtablet. Now it is increasing symptoms. Inprevious time I feel symptoms like somegap like 20 days one month. But now in every week or 10 days these symptoms isrepeating. Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Shoulder pain could be due to many reasons like bursitis, tendinitis, capsular involvement, impingement etc. I would like to ask you regarding the onset of pain and cause of it? have you got any relevant investigations/treatment done for it till now? normally if there is no swelling or any other sign of inflammation, you can start with - physical therapy - anti inflammatory medicine for 7-10 days ice packs at home 3-4 times in a day - adequate calcium and vitamin d intake as per requirement. If your pain does not subside with this, then we will have to consider getting some tests like x ray to see joint degeneration, or maybe even mri of the affected shoulder. Hi lybrate-user, thank you for seeking help, its very important to know what kind of fear is she actually going through. The thoughts and emotions that she is experiencing which is keeping her awake all night. When we explore that in more detail treatment guidance can be better. One of the body's natural anxiety coping mechanisms is sleep. When you sleep, your mind and body relax, so the next day you're sharper and able to withstand some of life's daily stresses. The irony is that anxiety can actually make it harder to sleep. Sleep problems are extremely common in those with persistent stress, and in many cases it can actually cause a cycle that makes it harder to overcome anxiety in the future. Yet there are tips and strategies you can use to get more rest with anxiety. Consider the following: journal writing the first, and arguably most important strategy to try, is journal writing. People see journal writing as important for kids, but writing your thoughts in a journal has an effect on your ability to sleep as well. Your brain is a fascinating thing, and when your mind knows that you have written a persistent thought down (one that keeps you awake), it will feel better about letting the thought go, knowing that it's in a permanent place. Any time you have a thought that won't leave your mind, try writing it in a journal. Herbal sleep supplements depending on any medicine - including herbal medicine - is not ideal for those trying to overcome anxiety. But herbs like valerian root, kava, and passionflower are very popular for those that need to get more rest. 1.Prepare a mixture of powdered dried ginger root, black pepper and long pepper in equal amounts and store in an airtight container. Have ½ teaspoon of this powder mixed with honey. 2.Add one teaspoon of turmeric powder to one glass of hot water. Drink this sip by sip frequently during the day. 3.Dry roast 3-4 black raisins and add pinch of black pepper and rock salt to it. Have this 2-3 times a day for 15-20 days. 4.Drink luke warm water 3-4 a day. 5. Take 2 tab giloyghan vati twice a day/ 1 month.& swallow 2 basil leaves daily empty stomach with water 6. pour 2-2 drops of badam rogan shrin/hamdard at night just before sleep. follow up after 10 days. 7. Take 1 tsf chywanprash/jiva with hot milk in breakfast daily in this winter season.
