I am 41 years old and had a shoulder pain from last 20 days. Suddenly feel pain in shoulder and shoulder to arm area.
Shoulder pain & armIt is called as peri arthritis shoulder and for that you can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm.

I am suffering from the ankylosing spondylitis. I have a hla b27 positive. Ye mujhe 5-6 years hai. 2013 main allopathic treatment bhi liya tha ek saal tak treatment chala or uske baad chor diya usi samay pata chala ki mujhe ankylosing spondylitis hai. Mujhe bahut pain or stiffness rahta hai neck main jiski wajah se neck ko move kar nahi pata. Dono knee main or knee ke niche bahut dard rahta hai chalne ke waqt bhi pain hota hai. Muscles pain or waist main bhi pain rahta hai. Raat main sone ke waqt rib cage side pain rahta hai jiski wajah se move karne ke waqt dard hota hai. Please suggest medicine.

Hello, Ankylosing Spondylitis is an autoimmune condition, where the body own immune cells attack the body. It is one of the painful conditions which gets worse during winters. 1. You need to keep a moderate amount of exercise daily to reduce stiffness and increase mobility. This may also include some stretching and exercises which help in full range of movements. 2. A hot water bag at the region of stiffness helps in relaxation. 3. Since you have mentioned about pain around the rib cage, I would also suggest you to do some breathing exercises daily. 4. I will suggest to you 2 medicines and also how to take them. CIMICIFUGA 30. 3 pills every 2 hours. GUAIACUM 200. 3 pills in morning and at bed time. Keep a gap of 15-20 mins between the medicines in morning and also between the medicine and meals. Take these two medicines for 1 week. If you have to still continue your work then you need to use lumbo sacral belt to avoid further strain on the back and try to avoid heavy weight lift and long drives and if you have sitting job then don't forget to take a few micro breaks every 20-30 min. And apply hot water bag at your back at bed time so you may have a no pain and get sound sleep.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.
