Yes you need to be evaluated further with chest X-ray and basic blood investigation do it on priority basis and meet nearby chest physician he will guide you properly.

If you have got TB for the first time till now. Then no need to get injection. You can just continue AKT4 kit as advised don't worry everything will be fine take care.
