Nothing much to worry. You have not mentioned her age and does she have pain in other joints or body parts. And since how long she is feeling that pain. Sometimes the simple cause could be the footwear we are using. Ask her to start wearing Dr. Comfort sole chappals which we can easily buy from the market. Even at home she should wear this. STop wearing flat chappals. And secondly she can start doing footsoak in lukewarm water with a bit of rock salt before going to bed. It will overall relax her nerves and she will feel better.

Hi m having unbearable pain in my lower back rib of right side for last two days. Got ultra sound done at Saket super speciality which shows no abnormality taking doitrin/meftal whenever pain occurs it gives relief for 7-8 hours than it occurs again .pain moves from lower right back to stomach. US reports shows no stones or any abnormality please suggest.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Thyroid is a butterfly shaped organ which is located in the neck region and produces thyroid hormones. Thyroid hormones have far implicating effects on our body and regulate our bmr ie basal metabolic rate. It is simply stated as the energy required to carry on the basal or basic functioning of the body. For eg our body requires energy for digestion and for digestion our intestines have to undergo peristalsis which is the movement of intestines to absorb nutrients from intestines. This energy is regulated by thyroid. So an important symptom of thyriod dysfuction is related to this basal function. If your thyroid underperforms ie hypo thyroidism then you are constipated but if it overperforms ie hyper thyroid then you get frequent loose stools. This explains the effect on only one aspect of body functions but thyroid has multiple effects in multitude of ways on our body. The trick is to just keep it right. Neither hyper nor hypo. Your reports points you are hypothyroid. But you need another test called anti tpo to confirm this. Your hair fall is linked to hypothyroidism. Hope this helps.

I am suffering from rheumatoid arthritis. My age is 33 yr. initially I was diagnosed as reactive arthiritis by Dr. in Jehangir Hospital & then sapho syndrome by another Dr. at Sancheti hospital. My joints pains a lot. Frozen shoulder, the leg fingers r swollen, spine pains, right knee joint swelling, right leg ankle is paining, left leg too. Overall i'm feeling like 70 yrs aged person. Im having multiple joint swelling n pain, stiffness, psoriasis on whole scalp n wat not! if you can please suggest some solution. I feel very low.

1. Increase intake of barley flour, horse gram (a type of bean), split green gram, honey, celery seeds, cumin seeds, dried ginger root powder, garlic, bitter gourd and castor oil. 2. Avoid eating fish and milk together or milk and jaggery together. 3. Avoid incompatible, heavy, and oily foods. 4. Avoid an improper diet and lifestyle, such as waking up late in the night, suppressing natural urges of the body, and getting direct exposure to cold winds. 5. Go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid or semi-solid diet for an entire day, depending on your strength. You can follow this with hot fomentation (application of moist heat). This can be done by soaking cloth in warm water and giving a compress over the affected parts or steam bath or taking a bath with lukewarm water. These are the best methods of digesting ama. 6. Go for panchkaarma therapy for 10 days in some panchkarma center.

Hi we should give strignth to left leg so take following remedies 1. Lakshadi guggul 2 tab twice a day 2. Dashmularishta 4 tsp before lunch and dinner in ayurveda there is mention panchakarma treatment. Panchakarma means five procedure for detoxification of body in this five procedure for leg pain you should do basti treatment. You will get good result so consult good ayurvedic doctors.

Can you tell me whether there is any weakness in legs, numbness or any other associated neurological symptoms etc? you can start with physical therapy, calcium and vitamin d supplementation, gentle anti inflammatory medication like etoshine for 5-7 days, daily brisk walks for 2-3 km in mornings. We will again see after 2 weeks whether you are improving or not otherwise we will get some blood tests and x rays of the involved region. Try some remedies for joint pain: -ice packs can be used to soothe hot, swollen joints. -heat packs help to relax tense, tired muscles. -splinting of swollen or painful joints may be helpful, a physiotherapist or an occupational therapist (ot) may provide temporary splints for you. -pace yourself: overdoing things can increase your pain, but so can not doing enough. Your physiotherapist can advise you on increasing your activity level at a rate you can cope with and on finding the right balance between rest and activity. -take regular graded exercise: graded exercise starts slowly and increases in small steps. This will help you to strengthen your muscles and joints and increase your fitness. Improving your general fitness and stamina will help you to increase your activity level without increasing your pain. -mobilising, stretching and strengthening: your physiotherapist will assess your muscle strength and the range of movement in your joints, and advise on techniques and exercises so you can keep your joints working as well as possible. As per her age, Height her Weight is very high. Take your Meals in between 7-9 Am Breakfast, 1-3 Pm Lunch, 7-9 Pm Dinner in as these all are symptoms of Blood Deficiency.

This may be due to reduced knee joint space. You may start with simple exercises of knee like static quadriceps i. E. Press roll of towel below knee than you can also heat the area prior to exercises.
