All men/women are different in their sexuality and health. You need to go for check up with sexologist to know the cause and get guidance/treatment for improvement. If you value your sexual health and want to enjoy quality sex in marriage then understanding and learning about sexuality is needed. As we all believe that what we know by hearsay or porn watching is great but in fact what we all know and understand is only penetration and that's not quality sex.

Partners’ Responses to Entry Dyspareunia

A new study in the Journal of Sexual Medicine has examined the relationship between a male partner’s cognitions and a woman’s experiences with entry dyspareunia.

Specifically, the study focused on male catastrophizing and views of his partner’s self-efficacy. Researchers explored how these two factors influenced his female partner’s pain intensity, sexual function, and sexual satisfaction.

Dyspareunia refers to painful intercourse. Entry dyspareunia occurs when vaginal penetration causes the pain. It is estimated that 21% of women have problems with entry dyspareunia, which can greatly affect quality of life.

The study authors defined catastrophizing as “an exaggerated and negative set of cognitions during real or anticipated painful experiences.” Self-efficacy was defined as “the confidence an individual has in his or her ability to perform a specific task.”

One hundred seventy-nine couples participated in the study. The mean age for the women was 31 years. For the men, it was 33 years. The mean relationship duration was six years. Women reported having pain for a mean of six years.

To assess the couples, the following measures were used:
• Pain Numeric Visual Analog Scale (women’s pain intensity)
• Female Sexual Functioning Index (women’s sexual functioning)
• Global Measure of Sexual Satisfaction (women’s sexual satisfaction)
• Pain Catastrophizing Scale (women’s and partners’ catastrophizing)
• Painful Intercourse Self-Efficacy Scale (women’s and partners’ self-efficacy)

After controlling for the women’s catastrophizing and self-efficacy, the researchers found that the women’s pain was less intense when their partners had higher levels of partner-perceived self-efficacy and lower levels of catastrophizing.

This authors suggest that in the case of couples dealing with entry dyspareunia, a man’s catastrophizing may make a woman more aware of her pain, thus increasing its intensity.

However, partner-perceived self-efficacy and partner catastrophizing did not appear to affect the women’s sexual function or satisfaction.

Many women continue to have sex despite their pain out of concern for their partners, so intercourse could be happening no matter what levels of partner catastrophizing or partner-perceived self-efficacy were present.

The authors also noted that women’s own perceptions of their sexual situation may carry more weight than their partner’s views.

“[Women’s] cognitions about pain (for example their own self-efficacy with regards to pain management and degree of pain catastrophizing) may serve to better explain variation in their sexual experience,” they wrote.

The study results point to the importance of considering the couple’s relationship when treating women with entry dyspareunia.

“Explaining to the couple how they both have a role to play in the experience of entry dyspareunia pain may serve to increase partner implication in treatment, diminish the identified patient’s feelings of guilt, and help in motivation toward change,” they wrote.

Although there is no cure for this problem yet, it can be controlled. Some simple natural remedies, medications and lifestyle changes can help manage the symptoms and reduce complications. Eat a balanced diet. A diet that includes lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and low-fat dairy products supplies your body's nutritional needs, satisfies your hunger, and decreases your cravings. And a healthy diet makes you feel better and have more energy. Make physical activity a regular and essential part of your life. Choose fitness activities that are right for you to help boost your motivation. Stay at a healthy weight. If you need to lose weight, doing so will lower your risks for diabetes, high blood pressure (hypertension), and high cholesterol. Dairy products should be avoided or limited. - additives, food chemicals and preservatives should be avoided. - alcohol and caffeine should be avoided. - sugar should be avoided. - 2 liters of filtered water should be consumed daily.

How to increase breast size. I am 19 years old n my breast size is very small. Plzz suggest me sumthng.

M.Ch - Plastic Surgery
Cosmetic/Plastic Surgeon, Indore
To increase your breast size: no medicine can increase breast size. No peels or massage can ever alter size. Breast implant is most effective and common procedure to increase size of breast. In this procedure silicon implant of desisted size is pushed under breast tissue. Procedure is done under anesthesia so there is no question of pain. Patient can go home in 3 to 4hrs. You just need to wear supporting bra for some time and can return to work next day. Externally the look and feel of breast is just like natural young breast. Within few hrs you will regain your confidence and have attractive chest figure. In future pregnancy there is no problem in breast feeding. There is no risk of any major illness or disease associated with this procedure. Implants available in different size.

6 mistakes women make when it comes to sex

we bring you the mistakes that women make when it comes to sex.

For some women, whenever their sex lives become dull or a bit less exciting, they come up with a mental catalogue of all the ways their partner isn’t quite measuring up. While men tend to get a bad rap when it comes to understanding women’s bodies and what turns us on, making them easy targets in the blame game when sexual satisfaction starts to wane.

Little do they know that they also make their fair share of bedroom errors because it takes two to tango. Top sex and relationship experts are of the belief that women make plenty of sex mistakes of their own, only that they do not realise this neither do they admit it.

we highlight the six most common mistakes women make in the bedroom and what they can do to get the satisfaction back in their sex lives.

1: Not initiating sex with your partner

In the olden days, our parents pumped into our brains that it is unladylike for a woman to come out openly and initiate sex with her man. They felt that if a woman does that, she is seen as being pushy and aggressive but those times are long gone and men see women who allow them to do all the work as being prude.

Generally, men want to be pursued by their partners just as much as women do. Most guys feel like they are always the initiator and that sets up disequilibrium on the passion scale in the relationship.

Holding onto outdated ideas about sex roles also inhibits sexual satisfaction. Women are as much interested in sex as men, so why hold back when you want it?

Show your interest by taking the first step from time to time. Your partner will likely appreciate it, and you may find a new level of satisfaction in taking responsibility for your sexual experience.

2: Worrying about your looks during sex

Many women lose sleep thinking what they look like during sex and this stops them from enjoying sex as much as they would want. This could even ruin their chances of achieving an orgasm.
If you spend the whole time thinking how fat you are, or how big your tummy is, you will not only inhibit your pleasure but that of your man as well.

Instead, concentrate on the pleasure of the act and give yourself permission to have an orgasm.

Men want their wives to abandon themselves in sex play, and that’s not likely if she is anxious about her physical concerns.
It is amazing what men don’t notice if you’re enthusiastic, energetic, interested in them, and flexible minded.

3: Assuming sex is casual for a man

Some women still hold to the old belief that sex is just sex for men while women are not sexual at all but modern research has shown that sex is a very important act for men and should not be minimized in any way.

Some researches even supports the idea that both men and women find sexual intimacy in the context of a committed relationship to be more satisfying and it is very clear that the people who have the best quality and most frequent sex are married couples.

Never assume that a man is not romantic. Two huge mistakes in this culture are that women are not sexual and that men are not as romantic as women, and this is a very wrong assumption held by many.

4: Believing he’s always up for sex

Another big mistake women make with sex is believing that men are always ready for it at anytime. Sure, most teenage boys are ready and willing just about any time you ask, but this is not true for men. The pressures of everyday life, - family, work, bills - can zap a man’s libido. This comes as a big surprise to many women, and often his lack of interest in sex is something they take personal.

They know themselves that they are not always interested in sex but they still love the man. But when they discover he doesn’t want to have sex, they think, ‘he doesn’t love me.’ This is not true. He just doesn’t want to have sex at that time and that does not mean he loves you less.

5: Not giving him guidance

Talking very directly about sex, what we like and don’t like can make us feel uncomfortable, even with a partner we’ve been with for a long time and otherwise feel close to. But it’s the only way to achieve a satisfying sexual relationship.

A woman must take responsibility for her sexual encounter. No man can bring a woman to orgasm if she doesn’t take responsibility for her sexual experience. Even the best lover can’t know what she needs without her letting him know. Do not assume that your man knows every part of your body and thus, knows what to do at every point in time.

If you can tell him in a way that doesn’t kill his ego, he will appreciate it.

6: Getting upset when he suggests something new

After a couple has been together for a while, it’s natural to want to spice things up with a little variety. Just because your man wants to try something new doesn’t mean he’s unhappy with you or your sex life. In short: Don’t take it personally, though it is important that you tune into your comfort zone.

Nobody should ever feel obligated to do something they don’t want to do in the personal and intimate area of sexuality, so if your man asks you about trying something that’s outside of your morals, make it clear that it’s off limits for you and explain why.
Of course, do this in a loving way as best you can. If it is something that is not really a moral issue for you but you still don’t want to, again explain why. If it is a simply a startling request and you’re initially uneasy about it, try not to overreact.

Instead, let him know you need some time to think about it.

What is the main reason for allergies when eating red meat or other meats like mutton etc.

BHMS
Homeopath, Raebareli
Every person is allergic to one or the other substances present in this world. In you case it would be meat/flesh in some others it many be fish/eggs/tomatoes/brinjal and so on. I would explain a bit to you -- If you are allergic to meat, your body considers meat to be a physical threat. The first time you have this response, your immune system makes specific immunoglobulin E (IgE) antibodies to fight the threat off. These antibodies attached to immune cells throughout your body. After that, each time you eat meat, the allergen binds to the IgE antibodies and causes the cells to release massive amounts of histamine and other chemicals to try to protect you. Depending on the tissue in which these antibodies are released, these chemicals will cause you to have symptoms that can range from mild to severe. A severe allergic reaction can include anaphylaxis, a potentially life-threatening reaction that must be treated immediately. A bite from the Lone Star tick can cause people to develop an allergy to red meat, including beef and pork. This specific allergy is related to a carbohydrate called alpha-gal and is best diagnosed with a blood test. Although reactions to foods typically occur immediately, in the instance of allergic reactions to alpha-gal, symptoms often take several hours to develop. Owing to the significant delay between eating red meat and the appearance of an allergic reaction, it can be a challenge to connect the culprit foods to symptoms. For further queries get back to me.
