Check his calcium and vitamin d3 and thyroid hormone levels. Sometimes tremors r due to these common cause. Would insist you meet years pediatrician.

Hello lybrate-user. There could be many underlying causes for recurrent mouth ulcers. Your diet/ stress/ any tummy issues/ any vitamin deficiency etc. So it's best that you see a dentist and figure out the cause and then get the treatment. For symptomatic relief, avoid hard/ spicy/ hot food items. Apply dologel-CT or Mucopain on your ulcers before brushing and eating. Get it checked soon. Good luck.

A healthy diet should include a variety of foods from each of the food groups, including plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins and low-fat milk products. It is important to avoid junk food and foods high in calories during the recovery phase of a cesarean section because of the need to limit physical activity. Women should discuss weight loss with their doctor following delivery of the baby, some may suggest waiting to start a weight loss plan until after the 6-week postpartum check-up.

Hello Be fit you need to take enough, protein, vitamins minerals, fiber, and good fatty acids in your diet, but unknowingly we are not getting all these in our diet. Let me suggest you best natural source of supplements to fill this gap. Especially if we are working in a ac environment, we have better chances to expose to all new kind of diseases, like vitamin-d devifiency, diabetes, cholesterol. Etc etc. Let me suggest you the who certified good supplements. Also do some physical activities every day for 1 hour. Drink more water in a day. Read books for peace of mind. Have a adequate rest to get better health, do general check up every year to know your health status. Ready to help you with more info. Have a nice day.

What breakfast should be given to your kids before exams?

When you are studying for your finals, good nutrition slides down on the priority list. Eat smart during morning. The idea is to get some protein, calcium, fibre etc. A bowl of cereal with milk and a piece of fruit would do the trick. The best food is banana, blueberries etc for your brain as they are the powerful antioxidants and contain natural sugar which offers clear energy.
You can add scrambled eggs, spinach, bell peppers, brocolli to your meal. The darker the color, the higher the concentration of nutrients.

How much is tea or coffee adivised?

Coffee/tea contains caffeine which is a stimulant. Too much caffeine can interfere in calcium absorption and affects the proper growth. In addition adding cream or sugar can leads to weight gain and cavities. Few sips is no big deal. In children who consume caffein may have some negative cardiovascular and neurological effects like anxiety, insomnia, mood swings, hyperactivity, poor appetite. As caffein is an addictive and addiction in any age is bad especially in childhood. Still if you want to take tea or coffee then I say not more than 150 mg (2 cups) to avoid negative side effects. 

What should kids eat during the preparation to avoid sleep and laziness? 

They shouls eat smaller 5-6 meals in a day rather than going for heavy breakfast, lunch, dinner to avoid sleep and laziness. They should eat smarter to maintain physical and mental energy necessary to study well. Eg iron rich food - meat, cereal, spinach.
Vitamin rich food like whole grain, wheat germ, eggs, nuts etc
Fish and soya are tge brain boosters
Smart snacking can enhance studying. It not only balance the nutrient levels but also keep blood sugar level stable. Eg a small baked potato or sweet potato, a banana etc 
Last but not the least, you have to stay hydrated, as discussed caffein should be kept to a minimum. Better choices include water, fruit juices, milk, antioxidant rich green tea etc.

I am a 60 year old man. Though I do not eat much I still continue to have a pot belly. How do I get rid of this? I leave for work at 6 am in the morning and reach home from work at 9 pm or sometimes later. Only Sundays is free for myself. I am unable to do exercise on a regular basis. On Sundays I go for a one hour walk. I do drink Lemon Honey in warm water first thing after I wake up. Any suggestions?

Eat lot of fruits & green leafy vegetables & drink plenty of water. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need coronoplasty (smoothen teeth edges) along with t. Rebagen 10, morning one tab & one at night for 5 days, c. Becosules 5 cap, for five days in the morning after meals. Hexigel ointment on the area of ulcer. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...you can take my 'obesity treatment package' which is available on lybrate in health packages
