Eat a balanced diet. A diet that includes lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and dairy products supplies your body's nutritional needs, satisfies your hunger, and decreases your cravings. And a healthy diet makes you feel better and gives more energy. Make physical activity a regular and essential part of your life. Many studies show that people who exercise regularly benefit with a positive boost in mood and lower rates of anxiety by producing happy hormones called endorphins. It makes them mentally strong. Improved sleep & self-esteem is a benefit of regular physical activity. It strengthens heart & bones, tones muscles and regulates blood pressure. To increase weight, take dairy products, late night heavy food, increase alot of non veg food. Take fresh morning air. Try to get up before the sunrise and meditate. From my childhood I have an issue that I get lot of itching in my fingers (hands) And I get small pimple like things (i don't know what are they called) And they remain for a period of time sometimes months I even get itching (stomach) on my leg which leads to rashes I have not meet any doctor yet I need an idea what's happening to me.

It could be recurrent dermatitis or fungal infections in hand. Local application of antifungal cream might be helpful. Wear cotton clothes. AVOID over sweating. Keep the skin clean and dry. Consult with more details

Avoid spicy food in your diet and Also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water

Most likely it's due to age related problem in blood or nerve supplying the penis. But please don't try drugs shown in TV/ newspaper. Get check up by doctor to find out the cause so that we can start treatment accordingly. Try to get relaxed as anxiety often increases the problem.

Ideally Your weight should be around 63 so+ -- 2,3 is ok .more important is that your body's energy level should be maintained .follow some suggestions you will be able to loose your weight and you will feel energetic do yoga as you are doing, take some light breakfast but energetic such as daliya, cornflakes, don't skip lunch or dinner include more salad and fibre containing food ,eat seasonal fruits as much as possible eat less sweets as it increases weight. Prefer to eat fruits instead of juice.
