Limit your screen time staring at computers, TVs or phones in the evening before going to bed Do eye check-up. Also check if you are having any cervical spondylosis. Also take Belladonna 30 – for headache one dose when required. Also note the following: Being a nutritional powerhouse, apple cider vinegar helps reduce migraines. Choose your white foods carefully

  •     Avoid white rice, bread, pasta. These refined foods promote weight gain as they are digested quickly and cause your blood-sugar and insulin levels to spike.
  •     Making the switch to wholesome wholegrain varieties will help you maintain a healthy weight and keep you full for longer, as they are rich in fibre and help keep your blood-sugar levels balanced.
  •     Includes whole grain choices like whole oats, quinoa, brown rice, daliya, buckwheat, whole grain pasta and grainy bread add in your main meal.

Drink 2-3 litres of water a day

We often forget to keep our water intake up during winter, yet it is important to drink plenty of water all year round for good health. Don't forget air conditioning and heaters can be very dehydrating.


    Try to drink at least two litres a day. Herbal teas count too.
    There are many wonderful health-promoting teas to choose from such as ginger (great for improving circulation), green (a powerful antioxidant and can help promote weight loss), and chamomile (helps calm your nerves).


Eat protein with every meal

 

  •     One of the best ways to maintain a healthy weight is to eat good-quality, low-fat protein at each meal.
  •     Protein foods have a low gi and help to stabilise blood-sugar levels, which in turn will help curb sugar cravings and prevent you snacking on sugary carbohydrate foods.
  •     A good guide is to keep protein servings to the size and thickness of your palm. Some healthy protein choices include nuts, seeds, legumes (and legume-based foods such as hummus), egg white, fish, lean meat, chicken, low-fat dairy and soy products.
  •     Protein foods also help to create a feeling of fullness, preventing you from overeating.

Fill half your plate with fruit and veg salad

 

  •     At least half of your diet should be made up of fresh fruit and vegetables (including legumes).
  •     Fruit and vegetables are an excellent source of important vitamins and minerals including vitamins a and c, folate, iron and calcium.
  •     Purple, red and orange varieties are particularly high in potent health-promoting antioxidants.
  •     However, if you are watching your waistline, don't overdo higher-gi veggies such as potato, sweet potato and pumpkin.
  • Aim to have about three pieces of fruit a day. Try adding fruit to your porridge, and make stewed fruit have with muesli or natural yoghurt in the morning.

 

Start your dinner with soup

 

  •     Have a small bowl of low-calorie mix veg soup before your main meal to help manage your weight.
  •     Doing this is not only a great way to increase your vegetable intake, it can help reduce the amount of food and calories you consume in a meal.
  •     To save time, make a healthy vegetable-based soup at the beginning of the week and freeze portions.
  •     Don't forget to add immune-boosting ingredients such as garlic, ginger, onion and miso to help protect yourself from colds and flu.

Hello, 1) I think you heard wrong ,daily sex is not recommended in any science. As per Ayurveda sexual life is depends on several factors like physical & mental health, food intakes, exercise,season -climate condition ,age. 2) yes semen ejaculation is in both cases but feeling behind masturbation is different most likely loneliness, some crazy feeling & fear .that reduce your libido & strength resulting in low sperm production. When you have sex with your partner that helps you in increasing libido ,strength, confidence, mainly proper feeling of satisfactions. Note: every thing is best in it's limit. YES and NO. There are many men and women who watch porn and still have a routine regular health and well being. Its NOT Harmful that way. BUT there are some individuals who are "hooked" to porn, they are so engrossed in it that they cant have an erection unless they see porn, or they cant get aroused unless the porn is switched on This is called Porn addiction. As a girl it may not make much of a difference, as girls dont have to have an erection, but most guys who are habituated to porn dont get erections unless they see it Porn watching is interpreted by body as "sex" and this causes the pleasurable sensations akin to sex. Like at Sex, porn watching activates the "reward circuit" in brain and neurotransmitters which are released makes a person feel "pleasure" But UNlike sex, porn is available in abundance and at mere click of a button, so every porn user usually sees more porn at every sitting, and this depletes the neurotransmitters in the brain. To get the same "high" or pleasure then the watcher has to switch to newer more advanced forms of porn like multiple partners, group sex, S&M, old and young porn, porn where urination etc is seen and even porn where rapes are shown. ALL this makes the person more happy as the watcher gets more pleasure, but inadvertently this sets a high "benchmark" for his excitability. This causes the porn addict to feel less aroused when they engage in real sex, as there is NO such high. This is what causes erectile dysfunction, dis satisfaction, reliance on artificial means like dildos to get satisfaction etc So "habitual porn watching" is harmful and it can create havoc with a persons life. Limiting it to few viewings may help To break the habit on ehas to keep away from it ands indulge in more creative pursuits to kill boredom, reading novels or playing music going out on dates, or dinenrs or picnics to build a human interaction helps Abstain from porn to get rid of it's addiction. You can masturbate when you feel aroused but, that would be done when you are having sexual thoughts, and privacy.

Dear........ Now seasons of viral infections- cough and cold,fever. pl. Go for Tests..mp,cbc.urine r/m,ns1,blood c/s. X-ray chest. Never take asprin medicines. feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Cold sponging if get high fever. drink warm water, juice,green veg. Soups,lquid diets, dalia, take protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, avoid cold area,cold things .i.e. ice creams, fast/junk foods, chinese foods,spicy foods, fat meal, take bed rest , You can also take tab. Tamiflu from govt. Hospitals. Or take tab. Paracetamol 650 mg twice a day after meal.

Rashes appear because of friction of your hand and u are advised to mastubate once in ten days and if necessary apply caladryl lotion and dark lines is a normal finding

Hi lybrate-user, Try to keep to a regular timing for going to bed*Avoid fried and heavy foods. Eat early and light food at night so that the food is almost digested by the time you go to bed. Prefer fruits and green vegetables. Fix daily work schedule and be busy with your work. Don’t keep pending problems in mind. Note down the points and leave them for next day’s action. Don’t do stimulating mental work or keep watching TV which can keep your mind agitated or active. This will not allow you to sleep. LCD screen will also have adverse effect. Day’s physical exercise makes you tired and induces sleep. *A warm bath in the evening will also be helpful. Low volume music also induces sleep. Keep your bed room neat, dark and cool. You may cover your eyes with bed sheet. *Drink plenty of water during the day rather than toward bedtime. Don’t have stimulating drinks like tea or coffee. Drinking a glass of milk before going to bed is fine. If not releived of your problem revert me back ill help you as apart from doctor I have 10 years experience in Yoga and meditation. Tc.

If you have not morning erection this is the causes of erectile dysfunction due to over masturbation in young or teen age 1- leave masturbation if do 2- do not watch pron movies. 3- take nutritious and healthy diet 4- avoid fast food, spicy,and oily food. 5- may take ayurvedic medicine for strengthening your sexual strength to a grater level. 6- do abdominal crunches, leg raises ,push ups 20 nos each and yoga. 7- add up salad as staple in your food.
