Hye, Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Nuts, fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help. Weight gain is not about only proteins, but a balance of all nutrients.

Your dm is not controlled and there is impairment of kidney. Tell me how much is each medicine taken? you will probably need insulin/change dosage of the medicines and diet control. Read my article in health tips on hba1c and diabetes. You need to be constantly reviewed. Come to consult privately.

can b econtrolled only by use of LABA ans ICS combination by inhalation with spacer. Avoid trigers and try identifying allegens causing trigers.

Dear lybrate user, dust allergy occurs due to the production of histamine in blood. This production of histamine is provoked by the entry of certain foreign substance in our respiratory system through the air we inhale. However if you are suffering from dust allergy from a considerable prolonged time then you should take the following medications:- 1) 5 drops of homoeopathic pyrogen 1000, thrice daily in empty stomach. 2) 30 drops of homoeopathic mother tincture cassia soph q, thrice daily, after meals, in a glass of water.

There are many theories regarding drinking water... However I suggest to drink water according to your thirst only - as this depends on the kind of job you perform/what enviroment you reside etc. Drink a glass of water after each meals this is a must......thereafter whenever you feel thirsty take a sip or two.

YOur age is 20 and if you were staying with your Girl friend like a married man, you WOULD NOT have had sex so many times, in a day, as there would be ample time to do it. You were with your GF for a short time and your excitement and her cooperation within a limited time allowed you to have sex 5-6 times....because in youth, many men have a short "refractory period.".... when a man ejaculates, either at masturbation or at sex, after ejaculation there is a "period of time" called refractory period during which a man cannot have another erection. This is to allow the penis to have good recovery. There is NO harm in doing sex 5-6 times if your partner allows. Just ask yourself a question: If you had your favorite food with you in lots of quantities, would you keep on eating, till everything is finished, or would you eat it and keep some for another time? If you eat it all, wont you feel indigestion and feel like vomitting? Same analogy applies to SEX.........repeated sex will make her vagina sore and swollen up. If you value your GF and her health, you would not give her such unpleasant thing, just because you want sex. Rather than having sex 5-6 times, try to spend more time at each act, learning to enjoy and give joy a leisurely done sex is more pleasurable than short 5-6 sex episodes which last few minutes!!!! Learn how to have sex over time, using all senses, of sight, touch, taste, hearing etc......

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.
