I am 35years women. I am suffering from obesity and skin problem. What should I do?

Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. There is no short cut. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. You can't target a single body part. You need to work on overall fat loss and toning. Once your diet is in place the skin issues will take care of itself too. I am sure this suggestion will at least help you with initial fat loss. If you cant break the plateau you might need professional intervention.

No it will not be a problem to release abdominal fat -but I think at your height 6.1 your weight is normal.

Kindly tell me your platelet count and Platelet can not be rapidly increase by any food item and if platelet are to low that patient has danger of bleeding than we need to hospitalize patient and need to transfuse Platelet

You are just 19 years old. I would suggest you to save your teeth and infact get a root canal treatment done for the same. Removal of teeth is not the only option.

Change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions (like kachory, samosa aalubada, etc.) sweets, cold drinks, strong sugar tea, coffi. Take less sugar tea, coffi will help to reduce weight. Take simpal veg food with salad both times. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking, after dinner walk slowly 1 to 2 km. Daily. Take dinner 2 hours before going to sleep.

Acl tear has to be surgically repaired. Now a days we are doing it with arthroscope. It is a safe procedure, usually done under spinal anesthesia. Patient is made ambulant within 2-3 days. We have good centers in delhi where it is being routinely done with uniformly good results.

I am a 23 years old male suffering from obesity .I also have a fatty liver. My height is around 174.498 cm and weight is 108 kg. For a few weeks, I have been trying intermittent fasting and it has so far worked. I also supplement it with drinking 2 cups of green tea daily. Dear user. I can understand. there are no short cuts for reducing your weight except doing stringent exercise routines. Eat nutritious food and do exercise. Dieting without exercise will have negative effect on your overall health. Green tea is good only with exercise. Without exercise, it will not work. Take care.

Your skin will be healthy and the face will be bright once you maintain healthy life style and disciplined habits. *. Take nutritious and timely food. *. Avoid fried foods and eat fruits, nuts, pulses, greens, milk and whole grains *. Drinking lots of water is good. Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits. *. Have timely and adequate sleep. Your body will be fresh after good night sleep. *. Be relaxed and avoid tension *. Daily jogging or such exercise to ensure good blood circulation which helps nutrients reaching the skin and all parts of body. Facial massage will also promote good circulation. *. Don’t expose to hot direct sun. Wear cap, full sleeve shirt and shoes which will protect you from sun. Generally 10 AM to 4 PM is the hottest. Avoid exposure at that time. *. Transforming yourself from skinny to strong requires more than a few visits to the gym. Gaining healthy weight requires as much focus and dedication as losing it. especially if you want most of that gain in the form of sculpted, lean muscle. Don't resort to garbage foods in an attempt to pile on the pounds faster. Plenty of calorie-dense, healthy foods are the best support for your efforts to gain weight. Step 1 Eat five to six times per day. Aim for at least three full meals and two smaller, but still calorie-dense snacks. Step 2 Increase the calorie density of every meal with healthy foods. Supplement foods by adding dense items like nuts to milk . These additions add between 500 and 1,500 extra calories per day -- enough to gain 1 kg per week. Step 3 Have an extra serving of protein at meals to support muscle growth.You can also include salmon and other fatty fish high in omega-3 fatty acids, which will boost your calorie intake. Beard is purely a genetic make up. It could be a pituitary issue, hair follicle or their lack of, or could possible even be genetics. To make hair grow you need to stimulate, moisturize, and cleanse. Use a soft bristle scrub brush for the face and use circular motions using a eucalyptus, menthol, and/or peppermint type cleanser or lotion. The invigoration of the brush and cleanser/moisturizer will wake up that hair follicles and gives them a signal to produce. Make a mixture of Argan oil, Jojoba oil, sesame oil and olive oil and massage your beard and moustache daily to grow and maintain black and smooth hair.

Hi lybrate-user Being overweight or obese is a gateway to developing dreadful diseases including type-2 diabetes, heart disease, and some types of cancer. We all know a simple answer to this: weight loss. Weight loss is a healthy living choice in which you consistently maintain eating a balanced, nutritious, detox diet, and be physically active. Healthy Diet plan A weight loss diet is not a fad diet or a crash diet. A weight loss diet is also not a diet that leads you to stress, and increases your chances of binge eating. It is a diet that amply minimizes your bad fat intake, supplies you with good energy to get you through the day, and which adds immensely positively to your body health. What makes for a weight loss, detox diet? For starters, you will need to say goodbye to all debilitating sugar food. It means omitting out from your diet: soft drinks, chocolates, ice-creams, jams, sauces and sugar-laden pastries. As you begin to get past the sugar diet, your body will begin understanding how to reduce weight fast. Next, you will need to incorporate the following for a healthy detox diet: 1. Eating 3-4 cups of assorted vegetables daily. 2. Replacing white bread with whole wheat bread. White flour food items like pizza, pasta, pastries or naan shouldn’t be a part of your diet. Instead you need to be opting whole wheat bread, chapatis, and brown rice in your diet. Even for biscuits, get rid of munching on biscuits made from refined flour, and instead snack on whole wheat crackers or bran biscuits. 3. Not skipping a meal. Make eating at least three meals a day your habit. 4. A good detox diet includes having plenty of water. Drinking more and more water helps eliminate toxins from body and keeps the system clean. 5. If you are a non-vegetarian, eat lots of fish. 6. For an effective weight loss diet, limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. 7. Increasing fiber intake in your diet. This is an important element for weight loss and makes for a healthy diet plan. Eating fiber rich food provides bulk, a sense of fullness, and prevents hunger pangs. It helps balance out the blood sugar and eases the elimination cycle. Foods include wheat bran, whole fruits and vegetables. Supplements of Psyllium seed husks and Guar gum are also rich sources of fiber. A good detox diet is finally complete with supplies that have plenty of antioxidants like Vitamins C and E, Selenium. Antioxidants are important because when we begin to lose weight we start losing fat from fat cells. Along with the fat, the stored toxins also get liberated. Antioxidants protect our bodies against these toxins that can cause damage and irritation to many tissues, in particular the liver. A herbal liver cleanser can also be a good antioxidant supply. Note on Exercise A healthy diet planis essential for weight loss but so is exercising your body. Exercises catalyze your efforts in losing weight. Among different forms of exercises, walking is the easiest because it comes naturally to us, is gentle on the joints, and accounts for a non-jerky way of improving metabolism. A regular thirty minute walk can give you the benefits of an aerobic exercise. Start walking at a comfortable pace, with sufficient speed as to give you the aerobic benefits and boost in metabolism. To increase your metabolic rate, try increasing the duration, the frequency, and the intensity of your daily work out. When more sets of muscles are used, the level of fitness improves. A healthy diet plan and exercising is a fool-proof way of how to reduce weight fast yet safely. Make this a lifetime habit, and a healthy, disease free, happy life would follow.

While many people think all new celiacs are underweight, studies have shown that most are a normal weight, while many are overweight. For example, one study found about 61% of newly diagnosed celiacs were considered normal weight, 17% were underweight for their height, and 22% were overweight or obese.

Following their diagnoses, the underweight patients tended to gain weight, while the overweight and obese patients tended to lose weight. The normal weight celiacs tended to stay at a normal weight.

Therefore, if you're overweight or underweight at diagnosis, you can expect to see your weight tend to normalize as a side effect of the gluten-free diet. However, if you indulge in too many gluten-free snack foods (which tend to be high in calories and low in nutrition), you could find yourself packing on a few unwanted pounds. So be careful.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.
