Hair fall or loss is a multifactorial problem where hereditary along with environmental factors and diet play an important role. There may be variety of factors responsible such as Iron deficiency along other important nutrients i.e. Biotin, vitamin A, zinc. Hi pradeep here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. . Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed .it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

No need to go for tests. First of all clean the intestines by TRIFLA pure powder daily for few days. Then you need to take yeast in food. Milk at night with sugar (if suits you), Pittavirechan by herbal bitters (Powder or Capsules available) for next span of 2 weeks. Simultaneously you need to smear oral cavity by IRIMEDADI TEL daily twice (Do not cry for taste). Smearing by gargles is good but it consumes much oil so do it for few days only then start smearing with swab. Wash with clean warm water by mixing Tankan Bhasm 1/2 tsp to a glass of warm water. Before you wash mouth by clean water, smearing should stay for 10 minutes minimum. Keep on spitting at proper place. If it goes down the throat, no harm except irritating taste.

Hi for breakfast you can have brown bread sandwich, one egg, one multigrain chapathi are dosa, ragi idili and dosa, oats dosa are idili are any other form then after noon one small cup of wheat rice are normal rice with lot of veggies, i. E palya are sabji, and only one chapathi, evening have cup of green tea are coffee with out sugar, and only one slice of fruit like one piece of apple are sapotha etc, are you can also have sprouts, again in night 2 chapathi are any other food mentioned from above, here make sure you have 4 meals a day and qualitative and quantitative avoid sweets, potatoes, bannans, ice creams, junk food are out side food, juices with sugar, include all veggies and green vegetables in food avoid red meat and chicken, you can have sea food s, fish prons etc, for more results you can try ayurvedic medicine, for more details you can consult me.

It is normal to lose about 30-80 strands of hair in a day. The common reasons behind hair fall are lack of essential nutrients in the body, improper and unhealthy dietary habits, hormonal imbalance, certain medications, dandruff, alopecia and other scalp disorders, stress and tension etc. Natural oils such as coconut, olive, jojoba, almond etc. Can be used to massage the scalp for countering hair fall. Gently massage the scalp prior to head bath twice a week. Also check hemoglobin for anaemia and thyroid status with serum tsh. Have more proteins and trace minerals like copper, zinc, selenium in diet. Start taking a hair nutrition supplement. Keep stress away with regular exercise, yoga, meditation. Follow the tips *avoid caffeine and nicotine. *refrain from consumption of alcoholic drinks before bed. *avoid large meals and beverages late at night. *it is good to exercise, but not too late in the day. *don't take naps after 3 p. M. *have the right sunlight exposure. *take a hot water bath before going to bed. *relaxation before going to bed helps. *a good sleeping environment can be helpful. *don't stay awake for long time in bed. *say no to late-night television.
