A diabetic person also need to attend counselling session along with their medications. Her symptoms are part of the illness. Besides this, it must be difficult for you to manage with your mother's doubting nature. It may not be possible to control everything but only those things that are under your control. Some things you may have to live with and in this case you need to know how to manage and cope with it. Counselling will help you to find this balance and tools to manage your issues in the best way. If you have any queries about this please contact me on private chat.

Asthma can be most probably reversed if you Avoid your triggers like smoke, food products, drugs ,stress etc Decontaminate your decor. No pets and no carpets No first hand or second hand smoking Clean regularly Regular exercise Maintain a healthy weight Maintain optimal humidity Changing your diet and eating habits is a must .and environment change where you reside or work or commute will also definitely help if you want specific advice how to treat Asthma naturally take a consult. Every Asthma patient is different and triggers vary. Remember You have to treat the root cause and not the symptoms.

You are 20 kilos more than what you should be. With such an over weight, you will have snoring problem. You can fix up an appointment with bariatric physician (specialist doctor for weight loss) and under go the weight reduction treatment. It will reduce your weight through only fat loss, hence it will help you a lot in reducing the snoring.

Hi, Cough for more than 2 weeks is a symptom of tuberculosis which needs to be evaluated to finalise the diagnosis. Tests like sputum examination might be required.

How much of ghee should be taken daily? How it should be taken? For adults and children?

Diploma In Diet & Nutrition
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Hyderabad
How much of ghee should be taken daily? How it should be taken? For adults and children?
Total fats to be taken in one day should be about 5 teaspoons. These can be distributed as 2 Mufa oils, 2 Pufa oils, 1 SFA oils. Mufa are like Olive/Groundnut oil, Pufa is like Saffola/Rice bran and SFA Saturated Fatty Acids, like Ghee, butter etc. You can vary the proportions a bit. So you can take one or two spoons of Ghee for adults or kids. Daily diet portions are also dictated by height, weight, age and activity level.
