Hair adds a distinctiveness to our personality and there are so many different ways to style it to suit our mood and occasion. But due to factors such as pollution, stress, poor diet, etc. our mane starts to look dull and lifeless or we even start losing hair. To combat these hair woes, you always have home remedies to your rescue.

To beat hair loss
Most people are likely to experience hair loss in their 30s because at this time, hormonal change, stress and an unhealthy diet take their toll. Besides trying to correct factors leading to hair loss, adopting a few herbal remedies is also helpful in facilitating hair regrowth.

Onion and garlic
Onion and garlic have been used in traditional medicines for regrowth of hair.
Chop the onion into fine pieces and squeeze the juice out.Apply to the scalp and leave on for about 15 minutes; then rinse with a mild shampoo.
Crush a few cloves of garlic, add in a little coconut oil and boil for a few minutes.
When this mix cools down to feel warm to the touch, apply it on the scalp with a little massaging action.
Repeat this treatment two to three times a week for best results.

Coconut
When it comes to caring for your hair, coconut provides a host of ingredients that naturally condition and promote growth of hair. The milk of the coconut contains proteins, essential fats and minerals such as potassium and iron; using it regularly can reduce the breakage of hair. Coconut oil also carries the same rich ingredients and it helps to make the hair stronger right from the root, through the shaft to the tip.
Regular use of this oil to massage the scalp has a protective action against hair loss.

Henna
Known for long as a natural hair colour and conditioner in Asian countries, henna has a major role to play in strengthening hair. When combined with mustard oil, it works even better.


Hibiscus
Coconut oil and hibiscus are the secrets to the thick mane of hair we observe in people living in Kerala, India. Hibiscus has rejuvenating properties – it nourishes hair, prevents premature greying and also helps cure dandruff. Regular use of the flowers can help prevent hair loss too.
Crush a few flowers of hibiscus and mix with sesame oil or coconut oil to make a fine paste.
Apply this to the scalp and hair, leave on for a few hours and then rinse with cool water and a mild shampoo.

Hello, Homoeopathy can prevent further greying of hair but the already grey hair can not be turned to black. for white hair you should take lycopodium 200 , 5 drops once in 15 days, morning empty stomach. Take wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , once a day , daily. Apply A-1 Black Hair Oil on your hair thrice in a week. Wash the hair with A1 Black Shampoo.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Normal nipple discharge more commonly occurs in both nipples and is often released when the nipples are compressed or squeezed (nipples may secrete fluid when they are stimulated or squeezed during love making). Some women who are concerned about breast secretions may actually cause it to worsen. They do this by repeatedly squeezing their nipples to check for nipple discharge. *Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce carbs/cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, cakes, creams, fried foods, processed food and junk food. * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Even with desk job, you can spend morning and evening time for work out *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase.

Maybe you have a higher metabolism. Also its possible you are not taking the right foods at the time when needed by the body. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Hello lybrate-user, some tips to lose weight are 1.1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week. We also can plan your daily diet plans where you can achieve 4-5 kg weight loss in a month.

It is very important for you to remove fried foods from your diet if you have any intentions of losing weight. ���Make sure that you do not include fried chicken, fried meat, fried rice or any other fried snacks in your daily diet. ���If you completely eliminate fried foods you can see remarkable changes in your weight in a month or two.

Hello, first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. Eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. Include more protien rich supplements to your diet. Take phosphorus 200, 5 drops, morning empty stomach, once in week. Wiesbaden 200, 5 drops, daily morning empty stomach. Apply arnica hair growth oil (b &t) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. Wash hair with arnica montana herbal shampoo (sbl) drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night.

Yes, you may go, laser therapy leaves temporary marks but they go after 2-3 days. It gives good results but has to be done at a proper clinic, under the supervision of a well qualified dermatologist.

Reaction to anaesthetic drug may be the cause. But there is no way to confirm before hand. It is natural that you are scared of anaesthesia, once you have faced problems. Now that you are pregnant, it is not always necessary to undergo lscs (caeserian) delivery. If you can undergo normal delivery, there is no need for any anaesthesia. You must inform your treating doctor about the episode. If at all you require anaesthesia, your anaesthetist will take extra preventive steps. But there is no way to predict and prevent such events before occurence. Only when some specific cause is known it can be prevented. But if you may not require anaesthesia, i. E. If you undergo normal delivery than there is no worry.

Protein - hair is made up mostly of protein so a protein rich diet is necessary. But not if your main source of protein is a large steak. In fact, eating large quantities of meat as americans do can be counterproductive. A steak will increase testosterone levels, and this has been linked to hair loss. Eggs are an excellent source of protein (see link below on how to boil the perfect egg). Also add nuts, seeds, beans and fish. Other good choices are organic soy foods, and hemp foods. I can add too that the korean diet has little or no meat on a daily basis.
