My mom has cervical spondylitis. Since 5 years. She is under treatment. But still no changes. Recently I read a post here. It was about cervical and it was related with jasmine. Can I know what can be done?

Yes please get to know where you can find night flowering jasmine tree (harsingar). Or contact some mali. Get 10-20 leaves everyday. Try to get extract (juice) of half of these and your mother should sip it. Rest may be boiled in about a litre of water. When 1/4 remains, let your mother drink warm. Better if you do twice a day. Contact after about a week or ten days to intimate progress. For other supporting medicines in ayurveda, please consult privately.

Hi, take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and rhus tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

It's probably a case of osteogenesis imperfecta. Extreme safety is required. This condition usually improves as the child grows. Thick carpet in whole house is recommended. Anti skid tiles in bathroom. Gentle handling of child. Extra padded clothes, dipers. Give calcium and vitamin D supplements. Unfortunately there is no cure for this disease.

I have pain in my knees. I feel it most when I sit ,or stand up. Or climb stairs. I feel tired very early. I feel tired when I get up in the morning. When I have more physical work I feel if my every muscle or joint is paining. I have to take pain killer. Suggest something.

Tiredness and generalised fatigue is sign of low haemoglobin (anaemia. There are other reasons too but Indian female anemia is common .Test your blood for HB CBC .change it diet plan accordingly.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Most often loss of bone density or loss of bone health is due to deficiency of nutrients and wrong eating habits. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels and definitely deficiency of major nutrients. . Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Include cereals like ragi, seeds like sesame, coconut and pulses like rajma, chana ,sprouts in your diet. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Avoid excessive tea, coffee, and avoid aerated drinks. Sleep well. Exercise at least thrice a week. This is essential for bone health.

Hi it's because of over loading of joints by body weight. Mention your body weight and height. Maintain a good body weight to avoid this problem. Start wearing a knee supporter for some time. Till that time do. Knee,hip and ankle joint exercises.

1 year back I was playing cricket that Time I fallen dawn due to which on my knee I got hurt that bones makes sound but its not a fracture but from that day till now if I would ever try to go play I will be getting hurt there only on the knee and its pains a lot the skin become fat there and I get problem in walking please help me.

Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.
