Hi Lybrate User, Some weight gain is normal during / after childbirth... However in Indian households the elders tend to over feed the mothers with too much of Ghee and other high calorie stuff, which leads to excessive weight gain. 1. You can reduce your weight.. step by step. 2. Firstly stop eating all the high oily/ghee stuff. 3. Daily intake of ghee/oil should not be more than 5 teaspoons total. 4. Daily sugar intake should not be more than 4 teaspoons. 5. Eat a variety of fruits. At least 4 fruits daily. 6. Have two full cucumbers daily. 7. Drink 2-3 liters of water daily. 8. Eat lot of vegetables and salads. 9. Stop eating maida stuff, burgers, pizzas, pakoras, potatoes. 10. You don't need to do any crash diet by you can start reducing all the junk food diet. 11. Go for walks daily for 30 mins. 12. Do all this regularly and definitely your weight will come down. All the best.

apple cider vinegar as a dandruff treatment, as the acidity of apple cider vinegar changes the pH of your scalp, making it harder for yeast to grow. Mix a quarter cup apple cider vinegar with a quarter cup water in a spray bottle and spritz on your scalp. Wrap your head in a towel and let sit for 15 minutes to an hour, then wash your hair as usual. Do this twice a week.

It is common. Swell go off within 2-3 months completely. No medication is needed until infection and pain are there.

4 Causes Of Insomnia!

Sleep is the most essential part of our lives because it is the time when our body gets rejuvenated and recharged. However, due to numerous reasons, quite a few individuals fail to achieve proper sleep or any sleep at all. This condition in which a person is unable to sleep at night can be termed as insomnia.

Causes of insomnia
There can be varied reasons for different people that can cause insomnia.

  • Unhealthy lifestyle i.e. improper sleep cycle, improper food habits, untimely naps, substance abuse etc.
  • Medical conditions like sinus allergies, gastrointestinal problems, endocrine problems, arthritis, asthma, neurological condition like Parkinson’s disease, chronic back pain etc.
  • Psychological conditions like depression and anxiety
  • Certain medications aimed to cure other health problems

In case of the treatable medical reasons, insomnia is gone once the problem is treated. However, for people who have no idea as to why they suffer from insomnia, here are certain tips that can help in fighting it.

Lifestyle changes to cure insomnia
Starting with a significant lifestyle change can be a great way to change one’s sleep cycles and get a good night’s sleep.

  • Maintain a proper and healthy diet, with more fruits and vegetables and less carbs and fat.
  • Try to sleep and wake up at the same time everyday (despite the fact that you may not feel sleepy). This will train the body and regulate the body clock.
  • Avoid afternoon naps or any short naps during the day.
  • Exercise daily for at least 30 minutes.
  • Avoid caffeine as it has contains properties that keeps a person up for long hours.
  • Avoid intake of alcohol and nicotine. Although alcohol is associated with fun and partying, it is actually a depressant and causes improper sleep.
  • Avoid any meal right before bed time.

  • Restrict bed activities to sleep and sex only, nothing more.
  • Make a really comfortable and inviting sleep environment.
  • Try and get rid of all your worries before going to bed.
  • Reduce stress using a number of stress reduction therapies like meditation, deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation techniques, etc.

Apart from the lifestyle changes and the tips that will help you gain a better sleep, there is another therapy, which may be useful. It is called the cognitive behavioural therapy. You can go for chemical peeling for cost kindly consult with dermatologist in your area. For natural ways, add amla and beetroot juice in your diet and apply paste of masoor dal wth chiroungi powder mixed with raw milk scrub it mildly on face neck every morning and night. Apply lemon juice mixed with rose water after that.

Drink at least 8-10 glasses of warm water daily to make sure that your body is getting enough water. What are eating disorders? There are three well known eating disorders, anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and binge eating. Anorexia comes from the greek words An & Orexia meaning without appetite. It is a disorder characterized by an obsessive desire to lose weight by refusing to eat. Bulimia is a disorder that is characterized by the need to expel the food you have consumed. Binge eating on the other hand is the need to consume excess food to the extent that you become obese.

Here are some Do’s and Don’ts while recovering from an eating disorder:

Realize there isn’t a quick solution to it

Recovery takes time. You cannot expect to see results the next day. Be patient and eventually you will get the results that you want.

Write in a Journal

Verbalizing your feelings can often help ease the tension you feel. When you write down what you feel it can help you come to term with the situation. Which is a step closer to recovering.

Do something helpful for someone else

When you do something helpful for someone else and they appretiate your work, it increases your self-esteem. This in turn increases your confidence and gives you a more positive attitude.

Don’t ignore the problem

Pretending like there is nothing wrong doesn’t help you. Acknowledge the problem and take the necessary steps towards recovery

Don’t avoid feelings

Don’t be afraid to talk about how you feel through your recovery. Vocalizing your feelings can help you and those around you realize how your recovery is going.

Avoid stressors

Stay away from situations and food items which are triggers. This will reduce the stress or tension you might be feeling because of them.

Increase thirst, increased frequency of urination are some initial symptoms of diabetes but it can vary from being completely asymptomatic to non specific symptoms like weakness, tingling in feet, dry mouth, blurry vision, burning during urination. You need to follow a healthy lifestyle to prevent such metabolic diseases. Type 1 usually occurs at younger age due to insulin deficiency and treated with insulin injections. Type 2 usually in adults due to insulin resistance and treated with oral medicines.

Ofcourse yes, in any relationship there are always ups and downs. The mood state of the person changes depending upon the day, what they face, the stress they undergo on that day in work, family, the people they meet and if girls then depending upon their hormonal changes and tolerance level of the person. The same problems handled before in a calm way may vary later depending upon the changing scenario, situation it happened and people around. Give it sometime, some space and open up with her and ask. Normal temparatur of human being is 37 c and 98 f for good health first of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. In between you had many sexual intercourses and masturbation. No symptoms. Therefore this pain is never recurring. You don't have to worry about permanent solution because this is not recurring.
